Question, important to know; is the intensivity per minute the same for you short and long Hiit videos? or are the shorter videos much more intensive to achieve the same burning calories than a longer Hiit video?

I’m two weeks into your 8 week round 3 program. Every night I look over the next days workout to know what i’m in for lol…but i have a question, What if you have knee problems? This is a whole lot of not-so-good movement for someone with crap knees. Do you have a suggested alternative workout so that I can stay on track with my program? Having tried and tested many youtube workout videos from Jordan Yeow, Frank Maderano, Sydney C etc, I can say the best by far is Fitness Blender. This workout looks good, dont get me wrong, but most people have average to low endurance and stamina, they will crash and burn in no time with this one. Perhaps this is for more seasoned athletes/individuals. Definitely not beginners.

Ive done several fitnessblenders 5 stars workouts and and i must say this is one of the hardest at least for me, i had to stop many times to catch my breath, its brutal.
The lady at the beginning could be a little nicer like the dude is on the other videos. I workout with you just because he is nice and reassuring and gives people time to do the movements. I feel overwhelmed by her instructions and velocity and gave up 3 minutes after.

Well, maybe it’s no longer relevant because this is an older video and I haven’t noticed the new ones making that error, but just saying: It’s quite confusing at the beginning when she’s introducing new moves and before you’ve really had a chance to see what you need to do, the camera shows a close-up, then goes back to a full view where they have progressed to another part of the move. “What do they want me to do?”

I have been doing the body project workouts now for about a month and I am so pleased with the results. I am so happy that my body is changing. I had been sticking with Daniels low impact workouts to protect my knees and also because I didn’t really think I was fit enough to do high impact but I tried this work on Saturday and I am addicted. I have done it for 3 days in a row now and each day I am able to pick up my intensity and move more towards high impact movements. Thanks Alex and Daniel you all are truly changing my life. During this quarantine I have committed myself to a healthy lifestyle for the rest of my life which means at least a 30 minute workout everyday no matter what it is. Your works will be a great help with that

I’m feeling so much stronger from doing these body project videos! I tried this one a couple weeks ago and had such a hard time! I decided to do more intermediate excersizes for a while longer. I am a New Zealander and I do one of your workouts every 2nd day. I love it and I enjoy the intervals inbetween…I am 65!!! However, whilst doing the exercises, I notice Alex does not perform the punches as Daniel encourages. If she looks at herself, she will see what I mean. I did it yesterday with a thought: I’m pretty sure this is how special forces are trained! Yeah baby! Sweat kept running down me non-stop for 15 min after the workout! I’m definitely not an advanced so I did some exercises in a lower version, but you can get through, because every exercise focuses another muscle group.

I was relieved when Daniel said the last group was about high knees and jumping lunges.. not burpees!

This video was amazing! I could feel it my legs were burning and I loved it! Should I be taking a break for ex. I did it tonight I can take a break tomorrow cause my legs get sore not that it matters I just don’t want to cause an injury if I push to hard! But thanks so much for the video!!!

i did it i did it i did it! Sunday night after cleaning my whole place I did it because I knew I needed to after going out last night and having wine and pizza at 8:45pm… Now I can relax, wake up and work out again:)

I did it once but I don’t think we will do it again. Alex thanks for your videos but this one is boring. We also think the workout sets not organised well enough to be able to do it. Hope this is a constructive comment.

I am switching between HIIT, which I love, P90X Plyometrics, and a 25 min. Tony Horton video on youtube. I then do sprints at my detention ponds in neighborhood. Losing fat like crazy and getting lean. I’m also not losing weight, which I didn’t want to do anyway. Keep it up.
Anyone else do these and then look in the mirror expecting abs

I did almost everything close to her except when it came side squat step n jump..I gave up and did just normal squats whole time of that exercise..and the got back to following her pace..phew..I m sweating!! Thank u!

I did this with out watching first. I was praying there wouldn’t be high knees that’s what took me out the mountain climbers combined with high knees

i promised myself i would work out every single day. no matter what. im so out of shape and i need to lose weight and i remember hiit workouts did wonders when i lost weight a few years back so here i am again. i couldnt get past 13 minutes of this workout so im going to update hopefully every day to remind myself and discipline myself. hopefully i will motivate others too.

I am sort of a beginner. I have been doing your workouts for about a month, stopping a bit during June, but now I’m back at it! I tried this video today just to see if I could do it. I completed it, although I had to alter a few of the moves, but I’m so proud of myself for trying! You guys are awesome!
It was rough going but I finished with the help of warrior cries!
This was very good, but I had to pause because I was using heavy weight on some of the exercises and couldn’t keep up with the instructor’s speed. I suppose light weight would work better for this workout.
As a busy parent, I appreciate how much work can be crammed into 30 minutes.
I’ve been doing this work out for over 7 years now 1 to 2 times a week,it’s excellent,not easy every time I do it,but the total body workout keeps me well toned for my regular runs.A certain level of fitness is definitely required before attempting.Thank you Daniel.

Did this as Day 9 of the 8 week work out plan round 3. Problem I felt was Day 6 was the lower body Tabata and I was still quite sore from that, going into these squat jacks, thigh slap jumps, jumping lunges, etc. Is it okay to do these after only two days of rest from the butt and thigh tabata? I am limping around now! But good workout!

This one makes you SWEAT that I can say. Tried it today hoping it would help me cure an hangover and I must say it definitely helped despite me not being able to finish it. Maybe next time I’ll be able to do it!

I really like this kind of workout because they are complete, I think you should do more of this video, I would like to do more exercises for upper body, abs and lower body, you do a lot of cardio but I would like to do more others exercises.

Ramadan season, and I did this work out while fasting, holy crap man! i am still sweating after 2 hours and a cold shower. I was hoping my calorie burn will be on the high end of the 500 but I only burned 330 according to my fitbit:(…on a positive note i am able to do mountain climbers for longer period now, only problem is still the lateral push ups

6 minutes into the exercise and I could feel the aura of Buddha embracing me. So I would either die to Covid or this exercise when grounded at home.

alright, going to do this every day, or, as often as possible during quarantine because I’d like to get fitter. (I wouldn’t call myself over-weight, but I have pudge I’d like to get rid of. This is coming from someone who does very light exercise regularly (I try walk every day)). I’ll update as I go along:D
10/4/2020 didn’t complete the exercise, I don’t think I got past the second set of sets. however, it helped release some knots in my back that were like, oOf, painful. I’m honestly kind of proud of myself for just getting the motivation to start. My goal for tomorrow isn’t to necessarily complete the video, but to make sure I atleast try again and get further.
14/4/2020took a break over easter, got further into the routine, but not completed yet. I did find what I did though easier than before, so thta’s good.:D
I found this routine last night in bed as I was searching through Fitness Blender videos so I knew what I was going to be doing this morning….thought it seemed like an amazing challenge! Knew it was going to be hard but pushing yourself and the feeling at the end is unbeatable! But anyway reading through it I had thought it was going to be 50 burpees, then 40, then 30 etc. rather than seconds so I was actually so relieved and ending up loving this so much more than I thought I would. Honestly love the range of videos you have, never get bored!
Can anyone help me with a query_ can I change a HIIT routine everytime I do it in the week or no, I should stay with one for a minimum 3-4 weeks to see actual benefits? Asking since most of the HIIT routines are structured somewhat the same with almost similar exercises if not the same.
This workout is great! I love the different variety of HIIT, it kept me from getting bored!

2019: this video still makes me swear and nearly die. High knees are my nemesis. I need to keep doing this video even though thh middle section is hideous and just when you think the worst is over Daniel hits us with that last leg-killing exercise

Really good workout! Made it all the way through, albeit with some modifications (couldn’t do all those push-ups and had to get on my knees…) I loved the way high intensity and low intensity were alternated, and I didn’t even miss the breaks:)
I decided to just watch and I know I’m gonna be dying after I do this workout. Thank you so much for creating short work outs for us busy people!! It helps us realize that being healthy is not impossible. These are like little shots of expresso…small, but get the work done.
Thanks for uploading this! These combinations are like GOLD! My coach taught exactly same thing. I have to do all these kind of moves for 30 mins long, plus some self defense techniques for 3 times a week. Well of course I have to eat healthy. I lost 5 lbs and 2% of body fat within 3 weeks. The best results in my class is 3% body fat loss, cuz she worked harder than me and she never had cheating days on food lol shame on me
