Any process that causes inflammation can lead to adhesions. When you have mechanical trauma from a blow, cut or surgery it can lead to the formation of an adhesion. Infections, cancer, and radiation treatment can also cause adhesions. All of these can lead to scarring inside the body as the tissue is damaged and then the body repairs itself.Surgery using a laparoscope is less likely to cause adhesions than open surgery.
Other causes of adhesions in the abdomen or pelvis include: Appendicitis, most often when the appendix breaks open (ruptures) Cancer; Endometriosis; Infections in the abdomen and pelvis; Radiation treatment; Adhesions around the joints may occur: After surgery or trauma; With certain types of arthritis; With overuse of a.Adhesions are lumps of scar tissue that form inside your body. Previous surgeries cause about 90 percent of abdominal adhesions. They can also develop from trauma, infections, or conditions.Adhesions are areas of scar tissue that typically form following a surgical procedure that bind two areas of tissue or organs together.
Adhesions can also form due to the body’s response to trauma or infection. Adhesions can occur anywhere in the body and are caused by the body’s normal repair mechanisms. Examples of areas where adhesions are common are in the abdomen, in the pelvis, and around the heart.Abdominal adhesions are the most common cause of obstruction of the small intestine.
5 Intestinal obstruction may lead to lack of blood flow to the blocked part of the intestine and death of the blood-starved intestinal tissues peritonitis, an infection of the lining of the abdominal cavity Intestinal obstruction can be life-threatening.There are three general types of adhesions: filmy, vascular, and cohesive, however, their pathophysiology is similar. Filmy adhesions usually do not pose problems.
Vascular adhesions are problematic. The adhesion develops when the body’s repair mechanisms respond to any tissue disturbance, such as surgery, infection, trauma, or radiation, resulting in inflammation. Although adhesions can occur.Adhesions form when inflammation occurs on the surface of the abdominal organs or the peritoneal lining of the abdominal cavity; the formation of scar tissue is a normal part of healing when there is inflammation. The cause of the inflammation can vary considerably.
Abdominal surgery is the most frequent cause of abdominal adhesions.Adhesions are bands of scar-like tissue. Normally, internal tissues and organs have slippery surfaces so they can shift easily as the body moves. Adhesions cause tissues and organs to stick together.
They might connect the loops of the intestines to each other, to nearby organs, or to the wall of the abdomen.Types of Adhesions. more complications » Causes of Adhesions. Although one of the leading causes of adhesions is surgery, infections can also cause them to develop.

My wife suffers from this and is in the hospital now. I just watched a video about the Wir (?) method which involves massaging the adhesion out. Like separating chicken. I’m looking for preventative solutions.
I’ll be praying for you and healing of your body. I wouldn’t have known because you’re also so bubbly. How long have you been vegan?
Thank you for being so transparent! and I cant with y’all at the end of the video!
You are such a warrior woman! A true inspiration for all of us moms. Four kids, a business and this on top of it?? Sis your a beast! Sending positive and healing vibes to you!✌
Fuck you fucking human body ruined my fucking life I can’t do anything about this and doctors don’t give a fuck and can’t help me fuck you all

I am so sorry you’re in pain. Try upful blends tea. They have all kinds of alkaline teas great for supporting the reproductive system. Upfulblends.com
As a nurse I really appreciate the helpful videos. Thank you!
I have twisted intestine and maybe tumor. So I eat less and exercise lightly, but I have tumors in my lower back and acid reflex. Sad but true.
Hey Fineapple, have you heard about Serrapeptase, I heard it can really help with internal scar tissue as many vouch for it. Actually looking into it for myself as well. Check it out, hope it can help. God bless sis.
Also be sure to follow @queenafua & @anuuma.alchemy on IG. She has tons of remedies for the reproductive system. Hope this helps..
Thank you for the video. I had a Gastric Sleeve about 3 weeks ago. My doctors wouldn’t explain a Bowel Obstruction to me your video did so much. Thank you again!
“inability to.. ahh… do a poo” sounded like me in an OSCE when i get stuck for words.
They feel like streaks of lightning with pain. Like somebody’s ripping your skin off.
I can’t go for almost 3 weeks now and my stomach is starting to hurt and i feel nauseous.pleasee help me what should I do and what will the hospital do if I go to the er? Someone told me that they think I have a blockage and im starting to believe it
God i have this dont even need a doctor to diagnose ik my body well enough. Tell me why my gut squirmed when she said they regularly slide past eachother throughout the day?!
I take hydrangea by natures sunshine for fibroids passed some last month and haven’t had any pain since. I took them about 4 months. Also try e-tea for the cysts

amazing video, my hubby may be blocked as hes felt to sick to eat for several years, peg feeding due to severe weight loss was started but it caused great pain when placed. since hes hardly been able to use it as he feels even more sick after just a small amount of liquid food, sometimes he sicks it up too. Hes loosing more weight as he cant tollerate the peg feeding, i wonder also if the peg was placed wrong?
I recommend people take their health into their own hands. I’m taking Serrapeptase and Bromelain. These are enzymes said to actually dissolve adhesions. I’m willing to do just about anything to be relieved of these things and the pain they cause.
Just yesterday I purchased a homeopathic remedy called Thiosinaminum 30c or 30x to start.
It is said to dissolve scar tissue, fibroids and glandular tumors. It’s worth a try. If none of this works then I’ll have to have surgery but I’m extremely hopeful. Serrapeptase IS relieving me of my colon pain. I hope this help all of you out there.
One more thing… be sure to take digestive enzymes before each meal. They will not only help you to digest your food better, but they will also help to reduce those adhesions. Good luck!

I just had an endoscopy and a colonoscopy at Mass. General Hospital. I had polyps removed in my bowel, probability that I had an H pylori infection at one time. No diagnosis as to why I have severe constipation. Its so discouraging, I DO NOT POOP Doctor. I know I have no movement, but they never even discussed this. I’m so frustrated.
I wish Dr. Sebi was still here. God bless you! You’re amazing!!!!
Ty for explaining, my 5 year old always has problems with going to the bathroom, he keeps holding it in or holds his poop until some just goes in his underwear.. Idk if he’s lazy then he says it hurts when he goes..so I’ve been giving him meds to poop but not sure if I should every other day or everyday until he’s cleaned out??? I keep telling my son you can’t keep holding your poop..I told his doctor and he did say its very dangerous..
these animations makes understanding easier and learning permanent. how do i get a downloaded version so that i can watch offline
i broke all of mine free, little by little, using that cayenne pepper/tumeric mix, yoga and weightlifting. took about 6 months (maybe 8) before the last one finally released. had a LOT of muscle atrophy to deal with after that, but i (slowly) found my way back. hope this helps somebody else.
You never know what someone is going through. We’re praying for your strength.
I have adhesion in my uterus….from my second delivery….Can I pregnant again? And delivery will be difficult?
My cousin has been last 5 years this symptoms but can’t explain his doctor now i send this video my cousin and he explain to doctors very clearly.
I feel bloated in lower stomach and at night it causes very painful erection and nightfall,
THANK YOU SO MUCH I ACTUALLY JUST FOUND OUT I HAD ADHESIONS AFTER LIKE 6 months of “ibs? gerd? anxiety? splenic flexure? celiac? fodmap?”
For all of you ladies and men out there with abdominal adhesions, please get yourself some Serrapeptase and Bromelain. I would also add nattokinase but you can start with the first two. Since I started taking Serrapeptase, the constant severe pain in my colon due to adhesions is gone! I’m not kidding.
After the very first dose that pain is gone. I had robotic hysterectomy taking everything but one ovary and it was really rough. When my surgeon went in she found that my entire abdomen and pelvis was covered in adhesions. They were wrapped around my colon, the 16cm ovarian cyst and a ton of fibroids. I was a mess and had no idea. I had never heard of adhesions before.
I joined a couple of adhesion groups on Facebook for support and to help others suffering. Let’s squash these mofos for good
Great information on adhesion barriers. I would also suggest that if someone already has scar tissue/adhesions (and they choose not to have another surgery), there are other conservative options. They should definitely consider Pelvic Physical Therapy (Women’s Health Physical Therapy) as a viable treatment to manage/decrease associated effects of adhesions. It works!
I had this happen and I was in the hospital for five days with a nasalgastic tube. It was terrible; I’m still traumatized from this
Wow! You are a very strong for sharing that part of your life. My doctor wants me to remove the lining from my uterus so that the fibroids will stop growing. I think that I am leaning more towards having my uterus removed. I’m not going to have any more children anyways. Plus I have acute intermittent porphyria (AIP). I started my vegetarian journey a few months ago, and now I’m slowly incorporating more vegan options in my kitchen. I am a new subscriber and I love watching your videos. I am looking forward trying out the restaurants you covered here in DFW. Of course whenever it is safe to do so. Thanks so much for sharing!!!!
I cannot get anyone to even touch me. I was diagnosed with chronic pain after a kidney cancer in which I had a partial nephoretomy. I had a doctor look into my condition and was informed the scar tissue and adhesions had wrapped around the major nerve trunk goining through my pelvis area. The doctors all refuse to do anything for fear of damaging nerves. I deal with chronic pain all the time.
Fantastic video with lots of easy to understand information. Thanks for sharing. peAce
My best friend just had this done a week ago and it was a slow recovery, like she walked slower than usual but she’s doing well
As an artist studying medicine this has to be the best YouTube channel
This is an excellent video…i am watching this to understand my inability to go… i not only feel i have gotten the best info but that it was presented to me in a way i could clearly understand….i will be looking for more of your videos great job
Can someone please help me my mum had a hysterectomy 5 years ago and suffered from chronic pain every since she cry’s everyday and is agony she had key hole surgery late last year and they was successful in removing the adheasions she had a new lease of life but a month later the chronic pain returned and worse please has anyone got any advice or has been through the same and has a positive outcome? How can she live the rest of her life like this I am heartbroken for her she can’t move without being in agony we are in the uk
Sending you good vibes! I have not been diagnosed but I am 99.9% sure I am going through adhesion issues. Watching your video was like listening to myself explain the pain and how difficult things can become. When I called my doctor today, they told me to go to the ER but I already know the run around. I have had numerous surgeries, including one for a large tumor the size of a honeydew melon that was removed 25 years ago. They left one ovary which had been operated on numerous times. I had a complete blockage from the scar tissue probably 15 years ago. That was no fun! It took 2 weeks to diagnose. I know what you mean about moving a certain way and feeling “stabbed or you or being torn apart” I literally told someone today that if I love a certain way, the pain is so sharp, it drops me to my knees. You stop breathing. I am here with you girl and your video was inspiring. Just so happy I found you. I believe we are in this together. I hope you feel better somehow someway. Much love.
Ironically Bromelain in pineapples is known to help with prevention of adhesion…I hope u already have heard about this, if not please research.
Why is it that venous compression causes dimished oxygen? Shouldnt it be arterial compression causing lack of oxygen since venous blood is already deoxygenated?
Would appreciate it if someone could explain
How do I present my case to a doctor. I am in severe pain everyday. I had an exploratory surgery in 2014 they found 2 huge tumors covered in scar tissue and adhesions. The adhesions wrapped around my rib cage and cased severe pain. My issue now is they left a tumor in my breast that has either gotten larger or has fail down right under my left breast. My surgeon is not listening to me like before and is saying that more surgeries causes more scar and adhesions. I need help I’m now trying to get into ut Southwestern to see a specialist. There are no mri, ct scans ex relays that will help me due to the scar tissue. Please help [email protected] yahoo.com I’m in Dallas tx.
I’m tired of dr excusing me of lying I have NO reason too. I’m totally happy I’m my career and my life.
Awesome white board lesson! Wish this was how med school was taught. I made a video on small bowel obstruction with a few radiographs and CT examples if anyone wants to be learn how to identify it by imaging.
My wife was having volvulus of small and large intestine became gangrine and also 6 month pregnancy
Is pregnancy also causes this type of intestinal obstruction?
Thank you so much for sharing this personal experience ❤️. When in my 20s, one night I cried in pain for hoursit felt like a knife twisting in my stomach. I don’t know how I got through it. It was horrible.
I ended up having a laparoscopic surgery and found out I had endometriosis.
It was an emotional time for me and I went through a lot. I believe my surgery, and the endo, caused me to be unable to have babies for years. Anyway, fast forward into my 30s and now 40s, and I haven’t experienced that pain and now have 3 littles.
But at that time, I was super sad and cried my eyes out because there didn’t seem to be many answers.
I am sending so many positive thoughts and energy your way. You’re a strong woman.
You’ll get through this✊. One of the things my doctor did was put me on the BC pill for years. That seemed to help at the time.
Hugs and looking forward to seeing more of your journey.
Sitting in the ER watching this. Wife has been dealing with recurring gut pain at Level 10!! No one should have to live with this. If they just give her a morphine drip and send us home I (and SHE) will just SCREAM . Fentyl, Trulance and Zelnorm work only temporary. Then there is the VIOLENT Chills that last over an hour in the middle of the night. It’s TERRIBLE for her to bear and scares the hell out of me. What a helpless feeling she says “just shoot me”!!
My lifes problems displayed on a white board. Thanks for explaining! I’m gonna go eat a salad now!
Also want to add, the doctor part, depression, hating that my body can’t do simple things…crying. This is my thought process as well.
Thank you so so much. I’ve had distention in my belly for a long while. I dont know what’s wrong yet but its caused major problems that I mistook for spinal injuries, had numbness in my gentiles and falls. But nothing was wrong with my spine. After a long time of having numbness in my gentiles I suddenly didnt anymore one day and at that same time i felt something horrifically huge leave my tummy and started on it’s way through my bowels. I’ve gone into shock with every red flag in my brain going off, severe pain in my abdomen, distention, even sepsis i believe over xmas break but like the girl said before me it’s super hard to get a diagnosis. Thank you so much for this video I know now what kind of doctor I need to visit who will take me seriously enough to figure out what’s causing all these symptoms.
Hi thank you for this video. I have been suffering for years and only today reading on adhesions and watching your video am I understanding what is going on with my body. I am in constant pain and have seen so many doctors and had so many scans. I feel so down. I just keep praying to figure out what exactly is wrong with me. Thanks again for the video and I pray you feel well soon. Can u advise what the best diet would be. I am already gluten and dairy free. Many thanks
you’re so brave. Castor oil packs, hand held tummy massagers, serrapeptiase, and fasting for autophagy…theres a whole protocol. Im so happy you have a man to help support you through this. You are strong you are brave and you have all the tools within to heal yourself. I believe in you <3
God bless you beautiful . You are an amazing, brave, strong, funny woman. I know the most high will continue to heal & deliver you. Much love you to hun .

i have the same condition, I am 21 years old male. i had my surgery when I was 17 years old. Taking a poo every morning is really scary, but hydration and healthy diet really helps me. And also moving a lot and exercise…Hope we can get pass through this..
Good
evening sir/mam!Very nice video full of information, last year one of my friend
got affected with the same disorder and I was tired of trying everything but he
didn’t see any result. Home remedies are the best to treat any disease and
along with it you need to change your lifestyle and mode of treatment. Healthy digestion
is much needed for smooth functioning of life. You should adapt Ayurvedic
treatment for better results from Planet Ayurveda center. Thank you.
Debilitating. Muscle spasms (Charlie horse) in the abdomen. Horrific pain. I wish doctors would automatically use adhesion prevention methods.
I’m truly sorry to hear what you are going through. I’ve never heard of this so thank you for sharing your story and bringing awareness to it.
Hi queen try herbal tea blend from Krystal Alkaline Doula on FB.Her website thealkalinegoddess.com. IG thegoddescollection. Sending out speeding healing ❤️
I really hate you’re going through this. I’ve had both ovaries removed at the age of 12 due teratoma tumors and the pain was like no other. I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. I still have some pain, maybe its scar tissue but I pray you find the help you need. I couldn’t imagine the pain you go through on daily. We will get through this my sista
My baby girl have no vaginal opening plz and my pediatrician suggest me to the surgery
May God continue to bless you and give you the strength to fight this illness…and whatever do keep that sense of humor!! Xoxo!!
I super duper appreciate your video. It helps me a lot when I’m doing my revision. And last but not least I was intimidated by your sketching skills. It makes the whole video more interesting.
Serrapeptase is the only treatment I can do along with stretching and still moving. I cannot take any pain medication prescribed or over the counter. I went from not being able to walk, and can barely do stairs most of the time. I struggle but the Serrapeptase has made a huge difference. Can get it at Natural Grocers. I tried to work landscaping-not happening yet. Slow process.
Tomorrow I will be having my third surgery in a year. I am having a good bit of anxiety but considering the amount of pain I am in, I decided to try one last time. This video has made me feel less alone and I am so grateful to have found it!
When I had peritonitis the two worst things was the burning bile that would shoot up from my stomach to my throat and mouth like a baby spits up milk and the non stop hiccuping which besides being annoying was painful cuz it would tense my stomach muscles. My question is, do u think that the venous compression reducing my oxygen was what caused the non stop hiccuping for 3-4 days before I ended up in the ER? That’s all I can think of cuz I heard that the hiccup is a reaction from the body trying to increase oxygen intake and I never get the hiccups but this was literally every few seconds for 3-4 days straight along with being deathly sick curled up In a ball on the floor in too much pain to move. Also ever since then i became a different person. Meaning I used to be full of energy etc. ever since the incident my memory is foggy, I feel like I’m sleep walking through life. I’m so fatigued that doing the simplest things are so hard. I never have energy and it’s made my life hell. I literally feel like I’m not even the same person who went into the hospital and this isn’t the same lifetime. My life before feels like a foggy dream. It’s made my life hell and torture. I have felt crappy and burnt out fatigued beyond belief ever since. I never have energy. I stupidly always thought maybe it was the blood transfusion and the donors blood that filled my veins was the cause for this. But as I learn more about this new wave of ur gut being ur second brain and having a lot of influence on how your entire body functions I’m wondering if was the mircobiome change from all the gut bacteria, good and bad, being killed from the 4 months of broad spectrum antibiotics by IV then 2 months of oral antibiotics I was on. Anybody have any knowledge or insight as to the cause of this 180 degree change in energy and constant fatigue & lethargy???? (Backstory of it helps determine the answer…..Back in 2004 I was 23 fresh out of the army unbeknownst to me I developed a strangulated bowel blockage due to a hernia which eventually ruptured while I was in the ER In line for surgery ( I was told. Though I was conscious, I guess I had mentally blacked out from the pain because my last memory was arriving to the ER waiting room) next thing u know I went into septic shock and renal failure etc. all I know is I was arriving at the Er registering then I was waking up a day or 2 later in the ICU following emergency surgery, a blood transfusion etc. I was hospitalized for 4 months having surgeries, fighting the infection with antibiotics and pleurisy in my lungs, an open wound the size of a footbal from my chest to my belly button. No food, just ice chips and an IV, and was not able to go to the bathroom (other than urinate) for almost two years. I was 280 lbs when I arrived to the hospital. When I discharged I was 117 lbs. it kinda sucked. )
I think I have this in my penis because I am uncircumcised. I pull back and it isn’t a problem but see this skin that is connected to my head which starts to restrict me from pulling back all the way. Will I need this surgery or should I try to remove it myself?
I had this a couple dayz ago this was the worst luckily it was just an inflammation they put a tube in my nose all the way To my bowel to get rid of the food pile up
I have h pylori and at scan coming There is malrotaion off small bowel loops… But I am not understand why my heart speed fast… Give me advice I am to long time this stomach heart problem tell me what I am do many doctor me go but not well…
Very clear. Thank you so much, your videos explain my situation so clearly. I had an obstruction in 1999 caused by an adhesion due to a not recognized (it was IBS the doctor said) and healed chronic appendicitis (which began in 1983).The surgeon saw the healed appendix and old scar tissue around it which made the adhesion to my peritoneum. I got surgery but they kept the appendix intact, only cut through the adhesion. (OMG!) They had let me wait 32 hours in hospital before surgery and that explains I got IBS I think (maybe due to less oxigen in the area during the obsruction??) and I got diverticulosis also (due to the pressure from the obstruction??? Then after 19 years, I had an appendicitis again!! (because during the first surgery the appendix was not removed!) and yet the appendix was perforated. (because they again waited too long before surgery: 31 hours).
I am dealing with an obstruction right now. Doctors say constipation so just tell me to take stool softeners. An enima does nothing I did 2 in a 24 hour period. Today I used the recommend amount of stool softener and drank 2 litters of apple juice and 1/2 cup of olive oil. That stuff makes it out but nothing like normal.
My grandma fall down four days ago and this cause pain at the back, vomit and constipation over these days. Could you help me to figure out what would be according to her symptoms? I would be very grateful for your help.
This literally breaks my heart and my soul goes out to you hun, I’m new here your so beautiful and stronger than you think. That’s the thing doctors take your body apart and pretty much leave us to fend for ourselves
We have a lot in common. Living in invisible pain 24/7, Thank you for sharing. ❤️ keep being strong and i will to.
The worst symptom right now is constipation. It sucks so bad. I’ve tried EVERYTHING! Magnesium Citrate is my current thing. Not really working. Idk. We gonna get thru it boo. I’m in Dallas too! Ayyye ❤️
I had large intestine surgery performed when I was 2-3 months old and always wanted to know exactly what it was. I would like to look back at the records.
I have many adhesions and many surgeons are not willing to do surgery to fix this issue because they are afraid they will cause even more adhesions. I have abdominal pain, a dull pain constantly, I also have a hiatal hernia. Which is kept under observation. I go from not eating.. Just clear liquids back to solid food several time a year. Sometimes I even have to go into the hospital for observation and IV therapy.
No matter whether you need to increase your fertility or your partner’s fertility, you can do it without having to intervene with surgical procedures. Just try googlng Dobbie Nerkstrol’s website. It talks about a way you can use to become pregnant inside 4-8 weeks.
I just learned about serapeptase and nattokinase. I hear serapeptase is for healing internal scar tissue. Maybe these will help. Thank you for the video.
Check out Dr. Kang in Houston, TX 8329218000 he’s a holistic healer, and look up grandpa’s secret on youtube
Just got diagnosed with this after years of drs appointments. This helped me understand what’s going on a lot
I done all the test its all normal. I think my doctor she said i have this. But i dont want surgery again.
I’m showing most of these symptoms and suffer from regular painful abdominal cramps, should I go to the hospital lol I’m kinda scared
Hey Fineapple Vegan I just want to say I love your channel but when you were talking about you sickness it reminded me of the scriptures in the bible Mark 5: 25-34 about the woman with the issue of blood when you get a chance read it and tell me what you think
Hello dear..i feel tou i have abdominal adhesions as well.. i had to remove a large benign tumor on my right ovary up to my stomach…so i ended up with adehsions that cause a small bowel obstruction
…i always depressed and scared that it would happen again i have 3 kids and i am thankfulnfor everything but i really hate that i could have another SBO.
Had no idea where to start on writing a research paper for large BO and this helped a ton with getting started. Thank you!
Thank you for sharing this. I too, have an “invisible illness” and am always in pain. I conduct myself in a similar way. I’m so used to the pain that it has become a part of life. So I’m always smiling, always being silly! Because I’m here and I get to…I GET TO hug, kiss, and hold my babies and husband everyday. So I keep it moving….
Peace to you, sis. I’m 2 days new to your channel. I love your videos and yes, we are gonna get through this together! ❤❤❤ We is skrong!
Maybe try using a massager on your abdomen while you are just relaxing and watching tv. I got a Wahl from Walgreens and use the straight edge on mine. Its slow going but definitely is working. The vibration breaks up the attachments and you can feel the separation. Really cool!
I had to have an emergency surgery last year. I’m in the hospital now for another surgery on my abdomen. They said there was A LOT of scar tissue. Ughh I didn’t realize the organs could adhere to each other. Crazy.
Lord I will be praying for you… I can only imagine your pain. You have a great spirit, just started following you and love your videos…
Hi Doctor! Need help! My mother was diagnosed of collasis. There is a blocked in the large instestines thus resulting of diarehea with blood.
I think I may be experiencing this now. Waiting on a returned call from my GI Dr. Thank you for this video! It’s very informative & easy to understand.

Good info for parents with baby’s going thru these problems thanks!!
My invisible illness is diverticulosis. I became a vegan because of it.
Can bowel obstruction cause lower right back pain? I have severe lower back pain before I go to the bathroom. Will an x-ray pinpoint the location of the bowel obstruction?
One cause to add to this is Omental Band. Rare but happened to me 6 months ago, not fun.
I had a operation because of that I now a scar across my belly and I died for 10/5 minutes when I was a newborn baby and when I was in hospital it was my mum’s birthday
@Armondo Hasugungan But doesn’t all bowel obstruction come for poor diet (you mention nutrition but the food we buy and consume is not nutrition or nutritious) because the food we buy is over processed and contain more chemical than a chemical plant? So thereby causing the body to decay and deform prematurely? Also the obstruction found in babies is it new born babies or toddlers?
Cheers for this, I have been researching “quick constipation cure” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of Qaneah Neynna Takeover (should be on google have a look )? Ive heard some decent things about it and my co-worker got cool results with it.
What an easy to umderstand explanation, subscribed right away!
I❤️❤️ you! I know very much how you feel. I have scar tissue all on my intestines and bladder. Endometriosis and PCOS with fibromyalgia and chronic migraines. I’m a teacher but I miss a ton of work, can’t work out, I am nauseous all the time.

Mother in hospital 75 yrs old has had small bowel obstruction for 9 days they still have the NG tube in collecting fluids. Fecal vomiting. Hallucination and confusion. She is perhaps 100 lbs not given food or water for the duration how long can this starvation/dehydration go on before they operate? Obstruction has not reduced whatsoever.
SERRAPEPTASE!!! Please look this up, it is literally a miracle supplement for adhesions, fibroids, cysts, scar tissue and chronic pain. Please research it, it truly does work.
Thank you for opening up about your personal journey. Wishing you the best and health! ♥️
I want to be your friend. I’m pretty sure I’ve got adhesions too after a massive pelvic infection. I am waiting on a laparoscopic surgery to see if adhesions are the problem; but I really think they are. Everything inside my pelvic area/bowel feels all stuck together now. I’ve been so sad lately over it, it’s only been three months of it and it’s driving me insane. I need some inspiration until my surgery. You are the perfect inspiration. So pretty & so much swag.
Take it from some1 who was diagnosed with Stage 3 Colon Cancer which caused an Intestinal Blockage…listen to your body, gst checked on a regular, and follow all preventative measures. Sometimes you cant prevent certain stuff but dont help it. But im a cancer survivor and i dont want no1 to go threw what i went threw. Stay safe and take care!!!
Btw you gained a follower and a subscriber because I love the realness! ❤️❤️❤️
Take care of yourself boo!!! We love you and we support you through it ALL!!
It hurts sooo bad I felt like I was gonna die. But all I needed was surgery and then I was ok. It was caused by a duodenal atresia from when I was born.
You have a greater purpose in life keep making the people smile
I believe I have dyssynergic defecation. I have been this way since I was 5. This would be classified under myopathy. I realized that there were white bumps appearing all over my body if I allowed stool to build up. After a few days of taking laxatives, enemas and the aid of a finger my skin began to clear up. I guess that the toxins were entering and circulating around my body and caused the skin problem. Does anyone know how to treat dyssynergic defecation?
Thank you so much for saying all of this! I wish I could give you a hug! I’ve had two screenings where they saw pre cancerous cells on my cervix. I accepted it. I was at the point that I had no information and just accepted it and put it in the back of my mind. Now that I’m vegan, and plant based. And especially that I looked into alkaline diets and other super healthy holistic healing type methods, it all clicked for me that I have probably healed myself. I’m still scared to get that checkup, but I can officially say that the debilitating cramps and pain I was in every single month for days on end since I was 13, has gone away. So what I know about cancer, cysts and tumors as well as how the body repairs on a lymphatic and cellular level has really changed my perception. I went from accepting it as a fate to knowing that I am in charge of my health. Drs. Don’t tell you everything you need to hear, bc they aren’t educators and also because it’s part of their money machine to keep you right where they want you. If they cured you, you wouldn’t come back. If the secrets out then no one would need themespecially surgeons. I really feel for you and completely understand. I’ve lived around Texas most of my life and we all know we have the best medical systems and facilitiesbut that doesn’t mean we need to be in them. We pay enough. I will say something that I love about your channel is that you are real. Don’t ever think you aren’t real, or that it isn’t coming across that way. And just know it’s nothing but love to your beautiful family. I hope I run into you one day, I mean Texas is a big place but still. I’ll also say that I no longer use oil in cooking and that really has made a huge difference. Yea going plant based helped so many things, but going that extra mile to stop using oil changed even more. Granted, I still consume oil obviously when I go out to eat, or some things I buy that has it in it already. But let’s say I follow one of your recipes I would just omit the oil. I’ve learned a lot from Dr. Morse he’s crazy, he talks about out of body experiences and time travel, but when he’s on his topic I’ve learned a lot about the body and anatomy. The body does repair itself and fruit is the best way to do so. Now I’m not a fruit only person, bc I have kids and we have to eat, and I don’t listen to every single thing he says. But there’s levels to healing as well. Like if I go back to the dr and find out the precancerous cells are gone, but then go back to eating bad and then end up they come back…. I’ll only have my self to blame. But that’s why by just being vegan you can alleviate some symptoms. But if you want true unwinding healing… then you have to take it further and cut out oils and some cooked foods. A lot of people just don’t do grains, or beans and nuts. Or some people cut flour out. Some do all of the above. I’m not saying eating raw is like this easy to do lifestyle, and I’m not even saying that I do it, but I am saying people who have tried it really heal themselves inside and out. But yes there is no judgement and obviously it’s hard to just be raw food day in day out. Also yoga is amazing and I’d love to see a little yoga video from you!
Soon I will show you what adhesions have done to me you won’t believe it.
Thank you Dr. Excellent explanation……. what books are u using to prepare your lecture? I am poor man who has difficulty with my bowel movement, who’s not be able to get the correct diagnosis. So I need to study on my own to figure it out exactly what is causing problem with my bowel movement. Thank you!
My story goes as follows: Fighting Adhesions from repeated surgeries.
1. One afternoon I experienced great pain in my lower right abdomen. Turned out that my appendices had to be removed. This was done laparoscopically.
2. Two years after that, I had a partial hysterectomy done due to fibroid issues. The surgery was slightly invasive and all went well.
3. One year after that, I had a full hysterectomy done due to more growth of fibroids. I underwent an invasive surgery (Bikini cut) Immediately after this surgery, one day after, I experienced a small bowel obstruction. The symptoms were: severe pain in the abdomen, distorted stomach, vomiting, could not pass gas, or move a bowel. I stayed in the hospital for an entire month to get this issue to rectify. To eliminate pressure in the stomach, an NG tube was inserted into my nose down to my stomach. This is very painful to get the tube installed. Very unpleasant experience.
4. Two weeks ago, which has been now three years since my last surgery, I experienced another obstruction. The symptoms were exactly the same as described in story #3. The process to eliminate pressure in the stomach with the NG tube was repeated. Three days after that, I was rushed to emergency surgery to remove ADHESIONS. I am recovering with a large scar from this invasive surgery that I could not have avoided. You know that obstructions can cause anyone to go septic.
My advice is to avoid invasive surgeries as much as possible. For those of us who went under the knife before, we are not alone. I am looking for a natural solution to fight this invisible illness. I wish that Dr. Sebi was alive because I’m sure he would have created something powerful for us. The chance of getting obstructed again is sadly greater because of the repeated surgeries. The thought is mentally, physically, and emotionally very stressful. Yes, the pain has caused me many trips to the hospital. My diet is very clean. Mostly fruits and vegetables and water. I hope to get some more advice from the feedbacks and comments.
Me too, I’m here with you. Have it everyday. Pain. I dress up look cute etc but people don’t realize everyday I’m in pain. Doctors don’t take it seriously. After beating cancer, and still hurting. Ruining my stomach from taking ibuprofen everyday. Now on Tylenol and doc prescription and that don’t work, I’m exhausted. All from 2 hysterectomies. Laparoscopy and then nephescopy. ( kidney removal). Now I need scar tissue removal. Or pain management. God bless u and this post, now I don’t feel alone not crazy. Like I would like to do sit ups too.
I have fibroids as well. I was made aware of my fibroids when I gave birth to my 1st child. I know that hormones can make fibroids grow so I try my best to stay away from soy. Is soy something that you try to stay away from as well?
I had endometriosis and a complete hysterectomy at the age of 40 and have adhesions on the left side. I am now 65 and have lived with this for the last 25 years. I have back issues and when my back is acting up my adhesions are worse. Not sure what that is about.
Wow, you are so strong!!!!! Im going to pray for you! God has a plan for you. ♥️♥️
Have u tried being raw began for a while? From what I’ve learned it’s veryyy healing for the body.
Can u help my brother because my brother have adhesions…im from philippines

The greatest explanation of how the symptoms relate to the physiology! Watch from 8:14
Thanks for this video. I know all too well about the different Dr’s and test. I just live with it, the pain. I’m now trying to transition into the vegan eating. It will help with a lot of medical issues I have.
Armando. Fantastic video. I’ve had a number of small bowel obstructions due to adhesions and the first time I went to A&E by myself in a taxi with a sick bowl convinced I had food poisoning! I was quickly diagnosed but the surgeons shield you from all of this. By the time of my 2nd 2 weeks later, I was a google expert and therefore terrified, lol. I also got MRSA and sepsis that time and was lucky to survive. Best video I’ve seen though with just facts and no scaremongering. Thanks.
I have had Chronic Pseudo Obstruction Disease since 2004, when my entire large was removed. My surgeon did a straight pull-through procedure, so no bag. This is a rough disease. I’ve educated hospitals, as most hadn’t even heard of it. Thank you so much for this video. It will help me explain it better. Just a note, specialists are surprised that I’m still alive.
Thank you for such a descriptive and informative analysis of bowel observation. Unfortunately, I have had several due to adhesions. Excrutistiating painful.
My heart goes out to you. I had a cyst removed while 4 months pregnant. It was hard. I cannot imagine how hard it must be for you for all you’ve been through. Sending you much love.
How was the recovery period? I am having this surgery june1st. I have had multiple abdominal surgeries that left me with a lot of scar tissue damage. Has anyone had any problems? What’s the pain level?
I have cyst on my ovaries it causes me pain nausea and vomiting
Ive had surgery twice. One for my appendix that busted, another for a small bowel obstruction had right after. I stil have reoccurring bowel obstructions which are never fun. When i feel them coming i take ibuprofen and it alleviates the pain & everything is fine by the next day or so. Is this okay?
This helped me so much! I just learned that my pain and issues come from adhesions and this video confirms it. I relate so much and I can’t wait to see what all you do to get through this. You’re an inspiration.
Taking apricot seed extract, called laetrile dissolves tumors. I used it to dissolve nodules in my thyroid. It is actually a natural cyanide that kills abnormal cells, while leaving the healthy cells to regenerate. The brand is Novodalin. You need the 500 MG pill. There are 100 tablets.
about the bowel ischemia (as a complication) I didn’t understand what the liver has to do with it
I just had this procedure done, it’s a pain full first couple of days.
Feel your pain my love.I’m 51 and had severe Endometriosis since I was 13. I’ve had over 46 surgeries to date the last time I was in hospital for 4 weeks and had 6 hour surgery before Christmas. These are crippling illnesses that no one wants to discuss. Thank you for your strength of character. What helps me is being out in nature hot water bottles.Music.Nice make up and perfume, be kind to yourself.
Adhesions are brutal… stay away from old doctors they don’t know what they are doing.
i had fibroids removed a year ago and i’m in pain in my stomach and pelvis every single day since. its so debilitating.
Maybe just don’t draw any arms on stump-man at all… He was a harsh introduction to your art.
Mayan abdominal massage and Castor oil packs with heatt will dissolve it ladies rub it away, ur body will absorb it.
I had a complete obstruction with bowel attached to the abdominal sidewall, and the bowel was attached to my ovary and Fallopian tube. Ten years later, I finally found an adequate doctor who could manage more than one incision and he found multiple adhesions. I had bowel to bowel primarily this time. They have this new stuff they coat the areas worked on with that helps adhesions from growing back. It’s called Seppafilm. My doctor said the second round of adhesions were primarily caused from a cyst removal two years ago. If anything, that first surgery saved my life. I knew I’d probably go through this again. For those of you asking about adhesions coming back because of surgery, it can happen and is likely to happen but if you don’t have the surgery, you could die. So you just have to take the good with the bad. You usually get relief for a while. I had a good six years before I felt terrible and needed help again. Unfortunately it took me nearly three to find a decent doctor. Don’t settle for crappy doctors!!!! I had to repeat a surgery within 60 days because the first one did not perform the surgery correctly.
Bless you. I have ulcerative colitis and scar tissue. I’m working on becoming plant based. I know exactly how you feel. I understand completely❣️
OMG!!! THIS IS MY STORY!! Then on top of that I suffer with fibromyalgia and sciatica I’m definitely praying for you
I pray for a healthy and safe healing
I know what you are experiencing all too well. I have had several surgeries and even fertility issues. Recently I went “cold turkey” on getting off of caffeine. I do not drink coffee, but tea and plant based energizers for exercising. The caffeine, I have noticed was the common denominator in my increased pain and monthly flow. This month everything was 99% better. Oh and I also started adding one scoop of turmeric to my daily protein based shakes. I hope to meet you this weekend and I am open to sharing more of my journey. What I suggest is spiritual fasting as well. I get lots of clarity and wisdom when I fast. I don’t do it often, but when I do I receive so much clarity and physical relief as I am obedient to the message(s) I have received. Blessings to you.
I feel more relief to hear that I’m not the only one that is dealing with this pain. Although I haven’t been diagnosed yet, I am 99% sure that’s what I have. As I have all the symptoms of endometriosis but I am living with this constant pain for more than 2 years in a row and first they discovered an ovarian cyst and than fybroids. It’s indeed an invisible pain but it is very powerfull as it affects your daily routine and moods. Thanks for sharing your story and stay strong
I watched this video very carefully and you never brought up one very common problem that a lot of people have but never get diagnosed is parasites! And the easiest way to get rid of them is Diatomaceous earth. And the funny part from Pharmacist to Doctors they know nothing about DE as far as food quality! Sure as in this video Doctors know different ailments to the digestive track but I find it humorous that they don’t know how the original issues started.
is it wierd tat i watch these videos after school while eating chocolate cake? ;0
My prayers for you and your healing journey. Thank you for sharing your illness with us and you are truly an inspiration and so strong!
Omg yes i have the same thing i hate it so tired of being in pain all the time.
I had this surgery done 3 times.last time I got scar tissue removed was last summer. I had a horrendous bowel obstructions and part of my intestines died from the scar cutting off blood flow to it. I had a tummy full of scar tissue (had like close to 20 surgeries on my tummy). They spent 9 hours working on me to fix the bowel blockage, remove all the scar tissue, and saw that two surgeries I had on my tummy was done wrong so they also fixed that too. The surgeries I had done to remove scar tissue was done when I was 15 and 16.
Thank you so much for sharing your story.
I have been going through this issue since 2002. I had my final surgery in 2007 and had my hysterectomy but I still have my ovaries.
It was discovered after my third surgery that all my organs were attached together with massive scar tissue. I too had to learn how to eat as I’ve suffered with so may digestive issues and I have been to SOOO many doctors who just didn’t know how to help me.
I was diagnosed with having celiac after years of suffering with food allergies and adhesions.
I have eliminated red meat, beans, legumes, foods high in choline, dairy, soy, and gluten.
The “invisible pain”. Is SO REAL!
I took so much ibuprofen for the pain and it impacted my GI tract and completely wiped out all of my good bacteria and destroyed my body’s natural PI balance and flora.
Its been an uphill battle with depression and anxiety but with lots of love and support from close family and friends. This year I have made the decision to eliminate fried foods and less meat. Since I’ve started eating less meat I have felt so much better and with Gods help this year I pray to been meat free.
The only reason I haven’t fully converted is most of vegan options are made with soy.
This condition has caused me to suffer with yeast in my body and it’s been very difficult to eliminate and it was discovered my enzymes either quit working or I was born missing some and now that I’m considered ‘chronic’…they are discovering all the issues with my GI tract.
Every day is a battle and I have spent so many days crying because I just want to be normal. YOU have blessed me today with this video!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart because unless someone has been through this they will never understand!
I just canceled my second Colonoscopy/Endo/Biopsy because it’s going to cost me $5000 because I’ve not met my deductible.
This video has inspired me and I have hope and will continue to fight!
Thank you again from the bottom of my heart!
I have been encouraged and I will keep fighting until they have all the answers and God has definitely got us!
We got this and Gods got us!
Have you done any fasting, I think I heard you mention that you eat every two hour or six time a day. How can your body heal if your digestive system continually working.
My doctors made it sound like it was going to do good for me… I hate my stomach now
Is it possible that UC/Chrons can cause intersuseption or can this cause UC/Chrons???
My grandmother is currently in the hospital with this…two adhesion blockages, they can’t get them to open they’ve given her 5 days to a week ♀️. #HappyNewYear
that part of hypotension was brought during my fqe back in 2017,thank God i had seen this video.perfect
I am sorry to hear about this. It’s a possibility that sea moss could help. I know it helped me with my stomach condition. It’s definitely worth looking into. God bless ✨✨
Oh my goodness my friend. Sending you lots of healing prayers
I have MS. I was diagnosed last week. I have to become a vegan + gluten-free chick. Watching your videos gives me hope! That food be looking good!!! lol I also have the “invisible illness” too. Stay strong beautiful! ❤️ God got us!
i had adhesion surgery 9 months ago and now im dealing with the pelvic pain again only to find out there back
Peace Queen! I really appreciate you putting yourself out there like that. I’ve been watching your show for awhile now, and what I’ve noticed and love about you is the love for your husband how you guys work together as a team the love you have for your children and the passion you have for creating content for your fans. This video has touched me in so many ways. I can relate! I’m a type 2 diabetic and even though I’ve cured myself with a plant base diet I still have my days when I shoot my videos I fight through pain as well. You are an inspiration keep doing you sis!! You are appreciated!!
You should try and go for physical therapy and get massaged for scare tissue in the abdominal i myself am going to something sommelier i hope you feel better soon
Hi there I know how it feels like to feel insecure and feel like the whole universe is against me. I’m a Wattpad writer and I’ve written a book about scars and insecurities, internal scars and external ones.. I’m SwitHarmoney55. You are not alone….. ❤️
Harmony is a book of a naive girl named Harmony… As the book suggests. All she wants in life is to find happiness for herself and her family nothing more. This is an autobiography of her and she writes about everyday struggles and pain everyone seems to ignore but have a great impact in their lives. In the beginning she writes about her past and how she grew up, how she met everyone she knows now and how she’s related to them. Harmony had never had any real friends and never felt like she belonged somewhere, but at least she had Tom who was the boyfriend of one of her childhood “friend”. It was ironic how she fell for him…Harmony had hidden many things from everyone and that’s why no one can understand her odd behaviour. As time passes she discloses that she has scars all over her body and she feels like she’s trapped. Scars can symbolise anything that prevents anyone from doing what they love and want to do, maybe a mental illness, a condition, a disability, a defect or mutation and even being trapped in a wrong body. Her scars are a mystery…. she thinks that she’s not normal and everyone is, she feels isolated and very depressed. She was filled with insecurities and she tells how they have affected her life and everyday movement. She speaks of how she hates her scars and how she can’t bear to look at them, she never dated or been with a boy and her friends are letting go bit by bit because she rejects their offers to hang out with them. The way she was so massed up with her scars and insecurities she wasn’t prepared for the next climax. She learned the hard way that scars were nothing compared to emotional trauma. On Valentines day, the day of expressing love she discovered that her stepfather hated her and wanted her dead, she felt betrayed and unloved by both her mother and stepfather. Her mom breaks off the relationship but soon everything turns to the worst. After moths she discovered that her mom was abused, she went to jail for trying to save her, the police refused to help and she describes how it was hard having to swallow that. She realized that if she wanted to make this a better world she would let everyone know that they all have to be the heroes. She had doubts and hatred towards her mother and her loyalty because she didn’t understand what love was and why her mom kept forgiving that evil man. She speaks about her feelings and how she desperately wants everyone to get through whatever pain they are going through, mostly she ignored her pain and focused more on being the “right motivational writer”. Throughout her writing you will see how selflessly she involved everyone and tried to make them feel comfort and to understand that the right path is always the right way. She had her ups and downs, but later had understood that life isn’t perfect and the most horrible scars you could get are the scars that you can’t see and touch. All she wants from everyone is to be the best that they could be…..
I had lysis of adhesions to get rid of the current adhesions, followed by having massage therapy to make sure they don’t come back. Best of luck to ya!
Queeeeeen! Thanks so much for sharing your story. I too struggle with an invisible illness Lupus. With my diet change I don’t have many flare ups. But it’s still there, my body constantly is trying to fight it off so I’m tired ALL THE TIME. I’ve kinda grown accustomed to being tired.
I do have a doctor that you may love though, she started her own Alternative Holistic Wellness practice. Dr Melita Williams in Plano. She doesn’t accept insurance but is affordable and has multiple ways to pay that suite your financial situation. She is THE BOMB!
