The body’s response is an adaptation, which refers to your body’s physiological response to training. When you do new exercises or load your body in a different way, your body reacts by increasing its ability to cope with that new load. There are different phases of adaptation that your body experiences.It must be understood that the alarm stage is the stimulus for adaptation, and for us it is the stimulus for improved fitness.
