A shoe should be a tool, not a fashion statement. It also should be comfortable and last, and unfortunately most brands aren’t, no matter the price. Foam bottoms instead of rubber and paper thin inserts.
Trail runners. I had an Achilles heal injury and it healed the fastest in trail runners. I don’t buy the ankle thing. I’ve found I can relax and move my foot better to avoid an injury with trail runners.
Merrell makes the newer ‘Move’ Glove, in pig skin leather. I don’t get mesh because it is fragile, especially Merrells mesh which is very weak.
The leather ones are tough as nails though, water resistant out of the box, fully gusseted, with a leather treatment close to waterproof. They have this ribbed Vibram outsole that is grippy on any surface without relying on lugs that wear down too quickly, grippy even on slick rocks in a creek bed. The inside is a smooth leather, which is good because that is more durable than mesh, and dries quicker if water does get in from around the ankle.
I wear 12 in Nike, needed 11 in the Move Glove, Size 11, 9.7 ounces per shoe. They’re very good. Merrells site has them for $84, there’s coupon codes available I got my $64 shipped free.
I hope they sell out so Merrell will keep making them, and no I don’t work for Merrell.
This is the exact opposite of a selling point. I was seriously considering buying a pair to try out. No way in hell any company with a good product needs to have stupid commercials like this trying to represent itself as medical opinion. Pure trash.
Nice video, and by the way, Asolo is the name of a town near Venice, it is pronounced as if it was written “Ázolo”, not “Assólo”
You can train as much as you want but it doesnt do you any good when something bad happen
If you are in rocky terrain far away from people you choose mountain shoes that support you ankle
99% if the trips might go as planned but you might run out of luck sooner than you might think
If your on a easy trail choose something lighter
All in all use common sence
Welovel! Jacques has a great take at the end as to why someone might get those. I personally growing up never had money to get expensive shoes, I completely understand getting a knock off when u ain’t got money for the real deal
I always wondered what happens when a pro needs to have these or other colourful shoes in white with added dimples. How dey do dat den?
Me likey likey perhaps combine this with an ongoing review try to walk the walk and do the talk perhaps have a go out there and record the view and combine with drone shoots of the surroundings…..perhaps future town / cities visits different countries different counties mountings diff environments and….yea you got the idea…wheare different walking shoes and reviews….expand my friend…obviously this depends on sponsorship…but that comes from companies…make yerselve known matey arrrrrr 7 seas 7 kingdoms…perhaps your new title..?
Great video man, I been barefoot for almost a year and still working on foot strength. Thanks for the tips
Thanks for listing your scientific resourcesI like to read the research! Enjoy your channel!
I use the Vivobarefoot Primus Trek with the same sole and walked about 200-300km and they are great shoes. I walked with these shoes and Merino wool socks through heat, rain, water, mud, no problems.
I have a pair of these and am still breaking them in but am definitely a huge fan. It is an adjustment though as my favorite go to hiking shoes are my vibram 5 fingers. Vivo does a great job of giving you a barefoot feel but there will never be anything like the 5 fingers allowing each toe to move independently. It’s the closest thing to being barefoot but when you step on something it doesn’t hurt. I did a trail earlier this year actually barefoot for a good two miles until my feet couldn’t take it anymore, slipped on my 5 fingers and felt like I was walking on clouds.
there is second reason for an elevated heel,
simulation of fitness.
I must be lame because I just wear Keen shoes…. current pair is 3 years old and has been to Alaska, Alberta, Colorado, and Iceland. Used for cutting trees, hunting, fishing, mowing, everyday use, and moving cattle. Not pretty but they last forever.
Only thing I know is I have never purchased shoes or anything to impress someone else….im not rich but I am well fed.
From personal experience with Vivo shoes, which I used for years, training and daily life. They are directly dangerous in T4+ grade grade hiking, moist or not, they offer no security, especially when you know the difference between them and TX2 or even Evo GTX kind of tools.
They are ok for <=T3 trail running/hiking and nothing more, but for moist T2-T3 they offer very little support.
Also the durability is terrible, a few full day hikes in mountain terrain and they are done.
Vivo is a fashion shoe brand, a really nice one for sure, they offer a nice way to strengthen your feet and ankles in every day life while looking good at the same time.
Just received the gray pair yesterday. 55$ and they’re actually pretty cool. Haven’t worn them out yet.
Hi man! Sick video, just found your channel! Awesome stuff. Definitely trail runner camp quick question, now that your moving towards more minimal shoes for hiking, dyou reckon you’ll move into minimal shoes for trail running as well?
Dude that song is so bad ass! Thanks for the share and review!
I wonder, how wearing a bearfoot, haahaa, sorry, a typo, barefoot shoe would influence going down hill technique. I just watched your other video and you say heel first, if I go heel first in barefoot shoe, wouldn’t it be too much impact? Crossing fingers that Spain will be open by August for inside country travel and I will be able to put it to practice in Pyrenees!
All you men out there buying Jordan’s, really? You want to wear around the name of a basketball player on your shoes? What’s next, y’all gonna go spend 1000$ to get the new Stephan Curry skin with the light up attachment If you are above the age of 21 you shouldn’t wear kids b-ball shoes. Grow up, grown men don’t play basketball anyways, unless they are black and live in projects, it’s called facts not anything with being biased.
Well… if you have flat feet you just need that arch support ♂️
Probably not for everyone
New hikers here. My triathlon shoes were zero drop. New hiking boots (Merrell) have a little drop but not a ton. I like them because they are thinner and I could “mold” to the contours.
My trail runners are zero drop too.
Thanks for your informal videos.
This is the 2nd one this evening that has helped us
Cheers
These are REALLY comfortable boots, however, I found the sole wore threw quickly. If you know a good cobbler, I think a fat tire bike tread would wear better, longer.
The sneaker market isn’t fun anymore. Any new sneaker is either backdoored or instantly snagged by bots. Because of this, the fake market has gotten so so good, it makes more sense avoiding the second hand and buying a UA
If I get a chance to listen to some music when on my hiking trips I always choose music like Delta Parole or Guns N Roses, the rawness is the best with nature.
“blind test”.
Now talk about how overpriced sneakers are and how people get a sense of self-worth from these brand names that you advise people to buy, which are all manufactured the same place as Wish shoes.
If that shoe you bended had a Nike logo on it, you’d talk about how flexible it is. Maybe society should look at it the other way around.
Aside from the show, I love the edits on this video. You get what you pay for though.
They have shoes called the Trek and they are the best foot ware I have ever owned, so much so I have a pair in brown and black. I wear them as an everyday shoe
Heads up those are not developed out in Stanford that’s the smart system model that Abeo makes. What you have is a running shoe from the Abeo aero line. Do you have any more from this brand that you like? I like the video.
Highly recommend putting superfeet insoles in them. Also the rubber sole started separating from the leather around the toe area after about a year of hard travel wear. They are nowhere near as durable as a pair of Merrells
Jacques: “before you buy this, let me educate you on all the things it took for it to get to this”
Me: The shoe is $8… Just buy it and throw it away if you don’t like it…
Am I the only one thinks Sean was wearing an underwear playing tennis?
I understand where you’re coming from, but you might want to look into how Vibram Five Fingers were sued for making false health claims that are like what you’re claiming barefoot/minimalist footwear does for the body (i.e. making the foot stronger and more independent.)
I used vivo barefoot shoes to become a barefooter myself. I certainly wasn’t expecting the amount of leg pain I suddenly had muscles I never knew I had, waking up!
It took a while to become completely comfortable with these new sensations, one tricky aspect was teaching my legs and ankles to relax as I was subconsciously holding onto tension and therefore it was needlessly painful to walk.
But I’d recommend something minimalist like that in your day-to-day as that provides practice and develops foot strength.
If I have to use shoes now I prefer VFFs. I like how closely it fits my foot, and they’re pretty versatile even if not waterproof.
But the best footwear I’ve found to be my own pair of feet and use shoes as a tool rather than be wholly reliant on them indefinitely…
I would say Chinese are totally beating brands and prices, i think we have seen very crazy prices like 100-200 Euros, and they are producing it in China also. So Chinese decided to show for how much money they make it and also they can earn some money. So if famous brands produce it for 5-10 usd and earn 90% that is too much.
90 seconds I do as many toe raises that I can with the assistance of an over head pull up. I go completely down and as high as I can. It’s quite the mini work out once a day
I think for light hiking day trails those would be great. But for Heavy packing long hikes I think those shoes could cause more issues. Just my thought.
Or, you could not be a garbage parent and teach your kid what to value in life and the value of the dollar pertaining to work. Pick your friends by how they judge you,, not your clothes. Parents now get kids plastic surgery and hair removal for vanity reasons. Pathetic!! Those expensive shoes cost about the same as the Chinese junk. Same country, same manufacturer and same materials.
This is great, I completely agree with it. I switched to minimalist shoes in 2018. I had a job working outdoors on natural terrain, and even still, it took me a full calendar year of daily “foot training” to get to where I could go to that job in minimalist shoes consistently without thinking about it. For at least the first three months I would literally put on the barefoot shoes, get the mail or go get my laundry out, and then switch back for the rest of the day. Even though I was ultra careful, I still strained my achilles towards the end of the first six months because I thought I was “ready to go.” Wrong! You should triple the amount of time you think you need to get ready for full-time barefoot, even on flat uncomplicated terrain. Start with just a few minutes, then a few hours, then alternating days. You’ve been in conventional shoes your whole lifeit’s pretty cool that you can transition to barefoot at all, even if it takes two years. It doesn’t matter how long it takes as long as you get there healthy!
I mean the thing is they are all manufactured from the same place each shoe is real. They are not the same of course and they are not sold as if they are retail or knock offs.
Does anyone know about using these boots with gaiters? Not sure how well it would work with the flat soles.
Boots had heels as heels are easier and cheaper to replace than to resole the boots, from a time you would only once in your live buy boots.
You wear those to school, you’re coming home having a bad day.
I use trailrunners for all my bushwalking now have switched from rigid soled footwear that are only useful for wearing crampons. However, I did use merrell barefeoot trail runners but found them with too little cush for pack walking off track (i.e. on pointly rocks) but were fine for formed tracks like the Inca Trail and daywalks.
Pack carrying I wear salomon trail runners now that have a little more structure to them. I walk on and off track in Alpine Victoria and Tassy and they hold up fine would never go back to boots for general 3 season backpacking.
You can’t call it a hiking boot, they leak water badly and even with the insulted insoles removed they are absolutely roasting and I live in a very cold place! For light waking ie half an hour on easy trails they are OK, but it’s basically a fashion accessory.
Seems there are lots of complaints on the quality of these shoes, they fall apart. Any issues with that? Have you got any other brands that you would suggest as well?
I was broke but not Kmart broke, take me to the outlet,…. Get me some Grant HIlls
my feet love Chacos sandals with hiking soles! i also wear trail runners, sometimes boots and for bushwhacking, Danners………………….
I agree the big lumbering hiking shoes makes you feel trapped to simple lumbering forward. When home I love to go to nearby rocky/mountain island and jump from rock to rock and explore. That feeling is such an amazing one.
However my first hike was in normal or close to trail runner shoes because it was my first time and I did not have any gear at all. During that trip I understood that is why you would want something really high duty. It was mostly the water, snow and mud that caused the biggest issues.
A wet foot is the worst experience to have, and the shoes I bought fixed that problem ´(Alpine Cruiser 2500 M-bell) and still I can walk fairly well without sweating.
As always i like your videos, keep them up:)
Wanted to ask, what is the benefit of having this kind or boot versus zero drop trail runners, for example, ‘Mesa’ from xeroshoes has the traction you need, not as flexiable as their other shoes, maybe try it out as well.
What do you use for running?
you can wear sneaker instead of this flexible shoe whats the difference..i dont trust it
Depends if you’re dealing with rain or not, trail shoes are great, if you want the best trail shoe/boot the under armour fat tires are super light and tons if grip and water proof
I have trypophobia so the 4D mess with my head. I get nauseous.
Wish is a bullshit! 230 dollars before and now 15 dollars hahahaha some real shit
My biggest problem with lighter footwear is they are disposable.
If you use them a lot obviously they last for a shorter time period than a pair of boots that can be resoled.
The end result is that they end up in landfills at a more rapid pace.
My Danners for instance(Lights, Mountain Lights 2s, or Explorers(US models,) can last 20yrs a pair as long as I maintain the leather.
They can be resoled, new hardwear can be replaced, the liners & membranes can be replaced, etc…
To me, the shorter lifespan of “disposable” footwear completely goes against LNT.
…which I don’t think is a selective approach persay.
Again, this is something I never hear folks mention when it comes to this type of footwear that I personally feel should most certainly be considered.
Even my approach shoes can be resoled/repaired.
Tried these on the tahoe rim trail and ended up injuring my foot.
I think the muscles in the foot need a long training period (several months of shorter hikes) before putting in serious miles in barefoot shoes. I ended up switching out to altra lone peaks.
I would like to see someone take that first white one and just take the sole and put it on something with a dope upper…..
Could Palladium’s like the Pallabrouse qualify as a barefoot shoe? I love them for hiking as they’re light, super breathable and dry fast (I even got a waterproof version for a couple hikes in Tasmania) but people often told me they’re not good for long distance hikes because of their lack of support. Yet since I’ve started using them I completely stopped having blisters or injuries around my ankles
Would you recommend these boots for backpacking with a heavy backpack in the mountains
I just started watching you, I’ve always loved shoes, I can still remember my first pair of Nike 30 years ago.. idk what the color was named, but they were white with almost a hot pink allover.. but I digress.. I’ve watched a few including the future of shoes, and this one.. I appreciate your love of the shoes and it means a lot that you can find the positives in wish shoes.. fully expected you to immediately go nuts verbally destroying them… but u didnt.. I appreciate your appreciation of what did and did not go into it.. your a real shoe head.. I’m glad I stumbled onto your channel..ps please tell me, have you ever tried reebok zprint? I’ve got ten pairs and they are my most comfortable shoes. I bought every pair I could and I’m glad I did.
I was really interested in these after watching this video, but looking through the reviews on Amazon you can see a lot of complains (with pictures) about the quality of these boots. Bummed out that they don’t last long, especially for the price. The search continues.
Have a pair of Vivo Trackers love the feel of them but they fall apart so easily:( Only had them a year and mine are currently held together with super glue. Still haven’t found anything as comfortable, just going through superglue like mad.
Just go barefoot. What you can do in a barefoot trail boot you can do just as easily barefoot.
The shoes looks sexy to be honest. I can see wearing it with casual clothes lol
Definite jump in video quality with the addition of sexy Chase. I am a fresh convert to barefoot shoes and have been using Xero shoes for everyday running (3-5kms) for about 2 months now. I overdid it by running 7kms which caused swelling of my inferior extensor retinaculum (had to look that one up) tendon sheath at the front of my foot. I own a pair of ASOLO Powermatics that feel like they’re walking me, but am fixated on improving foot and ankle strength with the barefoot shoes. Would definitely recommend Xero shoes. Plus all their shoes are vegan if that floats your boat.
My favourite was the Men’s Breathable Running Shoes Comfortable Sneakers Fashion Shoes Sports Shoes Jogging Shoes Walking Shoes can’t wait to cop a pair.
I have been aware of these boots for a few year, or boot like them. I have such problems finding boots to fit my feet, I have a normal size heal but wide and high front. I also seem to get foot cramp and always get stiff calves and pains up the sides. Would you recommend these boots to fit wide feet and to help with uncomfertablness?
Are the boots meant to be worn with socks just like a more typical one?
I actually got a pair of white ones, took two weeks, they are actually are kind of fly, I don’t wear them alot but I like them.
I’ve got trackers and primus trails, and several daily wears from vivo. Definitely takes time to train your feet, legs, and gait. Love them though! Been wearing nothing but barefoot for almost 2 years now.
I’ve been using vivobarefoot shoes (for street) not for hiking. I’m really happy with the pair. I will provably buy one of those when my altras burn out.:)
Personally I use to buy expensive shoes in high school and collect a couple pairs and get mad when i dog them out. I bought a couple pairs of wish shoes. I love them, great price. Comfortable. I use to care what people think in regards of buying shoe.now I could give a damn. I remember saving up for a pair of retro 11s in 4/9 months off rotation dogged them out. Im almost 40 and I rather spend money on my child than buy a pair of yezzys or Jordans. Wish shoes vot some great styles and amazing prices.
These types of boot are great. the design is similar to the jungle boots l use when hiking the world biggest cave Hon Song Dong in Vietnam
Gotta admit tho, some of those designs are pretty nice looking. Derivative but nice
Horrible design, look cheap, and not good for your feet or your game, wow K-Swiss! Well done!
i wear sneakers for the look, so if some kicks look nice and are decent enough quality, i’ll buy it regardless of the brand
arite arite arite! how much they are breathable? air circulation? pls
The only difference between wacky sneakers and branded wacky sneakers is MARKETING. And this channel is a media outlet who helps market brands.
Im already surprised you can get shoes for 8$ to be honest. It’s already amazing. On the first one, the sole is kinda copy on the Li-Ning Arc Ace. But the material is very different. A little variation on the pattern also, but its what looks the most similar.
I hike in Vivobarefoot Primus trail runners. I thru hiked the PNT last summer in them, they are perfect.
Nice to see a tree behind you!
In many ways the shoe you are reviewing is a crossover. You get the minimalism, the tactile response, the wide toe box and the zero drop of a trail runner, but you also get what many TR’s don’t have. Ankle support and durability. I think one of the added benefits to minimalist style and trail running shoes is they tend dry out pretty quickly, and this is especially important for foot management and trail health for blister prevention. I could see using these in a Spring or Fall scenario, and switching to a more traditional trail runner in the summer and a stiffer warmer boot in the winter. It will be interesting to see the long term review. Cheers Amigo.
Id love to try a pair of yeezys but unfortunately yall gang rape the shoe stores on release day and someone like me who makes money to buy them but doesnt have the time for lineups and lotteries for it and cant justify overpaying on stockx, i just wanna casually walk into a footlocker or something and just grab em off the shelves or i dont want em
You made me feel sad eith what you said, there are a lot of people out there that need help
I don’t care if people wear fakes you got to do what you got to do, I remember when my mom got me my first pair of j’s when I was 12 and I took care of em religiously
I love your humble point of view for sneakers. You’re very wholesome
What other boots would you recommend with a wide last? I had an ankle injury and with research found that after I recovered my ankle was extremely weak. To cure this I wore vibranm 5 fingers. Totally strengthened my ankles but I now require a very wide toe box boot or shoe. Being in the construction industry this has made boot buying very complicated
By the time you save to get the real thing, its not even important and your like… You know what, think I’m a just buy a Wendy’s 4 for 4

Very Nice,,, Thanks now have to find shoes and boats like that in this country,,,, thanks
It’s a shame. It seems we now live predominantly in a materialistic society where self-worth or need to “belong” or be a part of a Class Group is determined by the shoes you wear.
There is something fundamentally wrong with the message in this clip.
Why tf dose this guy only have only 2k subs. You’d think he’d have like 2 mil.
Like it’s so professional
I ain’t rlly gotta problem with these types of shoes since they are unique in some ways and they do add to the culture. Knock-off shoes are just cheaply made and poor quality, they dont give the respect that the name brand deserves
What if the mashup shoes were of good quality (nicer foams, nicer knit upper, high end stuff) at a higher price for sure, but still from a new comer brand? Like Facebook has been on the tech market, copying anyone else tech to grow its offer and conquer. What’re your thoughts Master J?
I have the Abeo Dakotas. Great shoes. New balance, sketchers and all others mentioned have nothing on abeo when it comes to durability, arch support, impact absorbent and comfort.
Has anyone tried getting the shoes and then just installing some gel inserts? To me you would still have invested only a fraction of the cost and might have good comfort too.
If you’re the type to believe that a shoe can get you clout than that makes me sad.
Audio and video editing is so bad, i can not watch this. Jesus christ.
I recently bought my first pair of Jordan’s and really feel the connection of what Jaqcues said about saving to buy the real deal. Cuz you hear references to the legit things in songs and such and getting legit Jordan’s was a dream come through for me
Been making the same transition myself and those look sweet only reservation is that for multi-day hikes carrying gear my soles will have taken a pounding!
I love the styling of the midsole in the white ones. And #jacques this is one of the best videos that you created. Coz I also been on that time that i want some real ones but we don’t have that much to afford it. So this brings me back to those yrs. Thanks for doing this. And I love your point of view on this.
Me: WHAT ARE THOSE?!?!
Jacques: The Yeezy Adidas Reebok Nike’s!
Much respect bro, I love your whole Outro, straight truth from the heart.
Please can you remove this video as you do not own it. It also uses my name.
Like the look of those boots. Funny you should mention the heel.I had a pair of hicking boots which had a higher heel than what seemed normal. After walking around in them in the house I had pain in the foot under my foot behind my toes. I had to take them back and get a refund.
Why is he moving the shoes all over the place..stay still man.. You’re giving me a headache
I’ve seen a few different pairs I’ve liked the look of while browsing Wish but even at those prices the quality is so bad I’d never buy a pair.
The actual message of the video is dope! Thanks for being so relatable Kustoo!!
It has been so dry the last years that most of the times i hike in road running shoes, it’s still so dry that even if it rains for 2-3 days i don’t need any traction.
Regarding Zero Drop Shoes, the problem is that the avg person does not move very much so some muscle and tendons like the calfs and achilles will be shortened, so for a beginner or even someone who does occasionally some sport 2-3 times a week starting out with a Zero Drop Shoe is the worst thing you could do and can lead to serious pain and injury. You should start out with a normal shoe and after you got many miles in start some shorter hikes in Zero Drop Shoes. Also some people have genetically short calfs so Zero Drop Shoes will never be right for them.
My brother…I appreciate the knowledge and the breakdown and guiding us thru what the shoes are and aren’t…but THEY’RE 8 DOLLARS! 8 DOLLARS!
Vivo’s ‘Tracker’ boots are great in dry mountain conditions but do not wear them if you’ll be on wet rocky ground. They have zero grip on wet rock and are absolutely lethal it’s like walking on oil slicks.
Last year i went off into the terrain on my joggers; instant regret!
Sorry, i”ll stick to my meindl mountain boots.
El modelo del comienzo es una mezcla de un leBron 15 low, con la suela de un adidas springblade
I actually like the white ones. I was hoping u would try on the white ones cause even tho its not an original if it fits OK then am good with it. Even name brand sneaker companies steal designs from other brands. So I don’t mind these cheaper brands as long as it fits OK. Cause trust me I’ve seen some dope designs on Wish. But to each his own
both pair of these shoes started to squeak very loud and is very irritating.Others have aso complained hopefully the company will provide a rebate.I wouldn’t buy these ever again and am telling any prospective customers not to buy them until this loud squeaking noise is resolved.
Reached the summit of my first mountain today in these shoes. They’re fantastic
Great review man,, some people don’t know that every one is on a different level of spending n who cares long as your happy with your kicks,, some don’t have sneakers at all so,,, if u love sneakers respect them all,, some ain’t made for everybody lol
Do one with dhgate shoes they are actual replicas with no flaws ❌
A few years ago I devoted a good amount of time to researching this exact issue and came to the complete opposite conclusion regarding “barefoot” style foot wear, but I’m willing to consider it again. I’m just not convinced that it’s anything more than a marketing scheme and that the data really supports the idea that it makes a genuine difference the majority of users. To me it sounds like the “front balance pack” or the Tumpline. The kind of theoretical ergonomic idea that makes sense on paper or in the lab, but is full of problems in the real world. There’s more than one reason that traditional methods exist, myopic thinking and confirmation bias leads a lot of smart people down the wrong path of thinking. UL hiking is absolutely full of examples of smart people who get caught in logical fallacies about shaving off 100g from one item and somehow that will make a huge difference to their experience on the trail. Also, 4 or 5 sources would not get you a even a passing grade at any acredtied university, you need a lot more research than that if you want to show that you considered that entire field of reaserch and didn’t just cherry pick research to confirm your own hypothesis. This doesn’t mean you are wrong Chase, I’m just skeptical that you can upend hundreds of years of reaserch and design with a handful of articles.
Well its a real Shoe just not good quality.. What the fuck do you expect for 8 dollars…
K Swiss has consistently made the ugliest shoes in the world. There is NO accounting for taste.
I have been wearing Vivobarefoot Primus Trail FGs for about 2 months now and walking exclusively in them thinking about doing a large hike (multiple weeks) in a month or so from now but haven’t done anything more than day hikes in them yet and they were without a heavy pack. Is it a dangerous idea to throw myself into a large walk without more training? I don’t like the idea of going back to conventional footwear but I don’t want to hurt myself either.
I have bought from wish also….. Most important take away from my comment!!!!!!!!!!!
YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! LOL!!!!!!! If you don’t know you will soon enough! Lol!
okk, well that pretty much goes to show you how much bullshit there is to the sneaker industry in general. Those $9 shoes off wish honestly look sicker than most shoes at finish line rn.
Well done video. But i would challenge one particular mentality when it comes to shoes and that is the form over function aspect that many more designers follow. In most cases, high end shoe manufacturers design shoes to look a certain way and most any woman will tell you, the flyest shoes usually aren’t the most comfortable. There are some obviously talented people in China that may have the same passion that A-List designers have, but being stuck in China relegates them to this level of shoe design only to have their credibility diminished because they’re not famous.
Please do a blind review of fake jordan 34 vs og just saw a fake pair with air bags front/back would be veye opening if u can feel the differences, blees u and greets from
Have you tried a addidas terrex freehiker?? The gtx is gortex an waterproof.. most comfortable shoe ever
nice looking boots, ever time I buy hiking boots I think of them old military boots that went up to your calf and how they got it right
You didn’t even try on the white joints! Did those springblade ripoffs work, or what?!
Trecking sandals also work well provided you already have strong feet and ankles. Only marginally removed from being barefoot, with zero support but does give you a footbed for protection against abrasive and sharp objects underfoot. I wear nothing else both hiking and not hiking.
I feel you on the “do what you gotta do” part but nowadays there are so many more options than what I had I really don’t understand the appeal of a known knockoff. With Ross and Marshall’s etc getting decent shoes on a budget is more feasible now. I remember when I had to get poor quality knockoffs cause that really was the only option
martin koban. total knee health. makes the same evidence based conclusion
