Guys, losing weight does not need to be hard (I used to think it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Look for a diet plan called Custokebon Secrets. Seriously, that program has transformed my entire life. I’d like to start a group chat full of people who want to lose, gain weight or want to do sports more often. I’d really like to have people in there who support and help each other. I think it would help me very much to keep my goal when I know there are people who stand behind me.
My family doesn’t support my idea of losing weight, because they think I already have a good body and I shouldn’t lie to myself. But I feel so unconfident in my body and I know I’m not the only one. People say to me that it should love myself but I can’t I just feel uncomfortable.
I want to change it so bad but I tried many times and failed because I didn’t really believed in myself and I had no one to talk to. I don’t wanna tell someone my plans because I think it’s embarrassing and I know they wouldn’t support me, they would try to stop me.
I’m a student and my mother cooks for me so its hard for me to maintain my diet. They always think I want to starve myself when I don’t eat as much as I usually do. I don’t like doing sports in groups because I had some bad experience as a child. I sometimes workout in my room but I do it as quiet as possible so no one hears me.
That’s why sometimes I stop working for my dream because everything seems to be against me all the time.
I know some of you struggle with the same problem and that’s why I want to create this group chat. It’s for motivating us doing sports, giving Tipps for others, sharing new ideas or videos you recently found, quotes that inspired you and want to share, showing results and believe in each other.

As a kid I loved the raisin bran cereals with milk. All sugar and barely any nutrition hahaha but it kept me hyped until lunch for sure.

Loved each one of them! I prefer banana peanut butter toast for breakfast with cinnamon or coconut flakes! Also I eat Greek yogurt with fruit, oats and nuts or just oatmeal I am definitely going to try the tofu banana bread! looks so yummy!

Here are some less overwhelming vegan breakfasts for on the go that i never see suggested:
TOAST with nuttlex and hummus plus a handfull of blueberries or a banana. Or with a nutbutter or with vegemite.. There are so many vegan spreads out there that arent even specifically vegan.
CEREAL: swap animal milk for plant milk and you are done.
SMOOTHIE: bananas plus whatever berries you want plus water. Also works well to make a thickshake.
When people think they have to spend a whole lot of time in the kitchen making everything from scratch is when they give losing the animal products a pass.
Waffle sandwich aaaand thanks to Kite Hill (me too!), I can still have this breakfast….
My favorite breakfast is oatmeal made with soy milk, raisins and nuts. Yum!

I’m not vegan (although I wouldn’t mind. My fiancé is the one who can’t be convinced) but a lot of your videos are super easy to modify to be the heathy aspect of vegan and add a little meat for my lover lol. Sometimes I sneak only vegan and he doesn’t even notice.

I made these wraps yesterday and added some smoked paprika and cinnamon and baked the sweet potato then also did some mushrooms in the pan and did a big ol batch and was able to get 10 wrapped up and ready to go in my freezer. They’re so delicious so thank you!

This felt more like a video advertising things and showing off fancy chic design than weight loss. I commend you for loainf weight but moat pwople who actually struggle with the process have odd schedules, lower income availability and busy family life. If I ever tried to sit down for a meal our house would implode. This may work for some, but we of the blue collar group fail to recognize.
