Thanks for all these great stuff, God bless you brother, the man, the coach, the best ❤️
include the combo please, its frustrating without it in the time box
As always excellent workout. Some days I have to push myself to complete my daily workout and your 20min HITT and 30 Min HITT workouts are what I need. If I do bag workouts I love it
Losing weight and definitely getting definition in my arms! Thank you!
Hey Nate. Love your workout movies, made them all. Can you add some workouts where you develope longer combos? Like punching training?
Great workout! Do you have any calorie statistics for this workout?
Thanks again for these Coach Bower! Keeping me in shape during the quarantine
One of my favorite HIIT’s from you. Straight to work, and new combos to change it up.
Thanks Nate!
Still can’t get used to the punishing lunges at the end and, for that reason, I love it!
thank you man i finished it and I’m feeling like a killer now great workout
Do you have a calendar or other ways to see which workout you should do day by day? I am a recent subscriber and love the workouts you have.
Wow absolutely amazing and extremely tough workout! Thank You
Nate thank you for providing great training videos and the motivation to train hard. I hit the bag in my garage, and I’ll never push myself on my own like you push us all in your videos. Great job!
Your numbering system is confusing. 2b is actually #8. 1b is #7. I’ve seen the 1, 1b, 2, 2b…numbering system but no boxing trainer is going to be calling out numerical-alphabetical punches. The standard is comprised of punches 1 thru 10. Much simpler. I appreciate you may be doing this to may it easier for the uninitiated to understand but if they don’t understand your numbering system it is just as confusing. If you were to provide a list of 10 punches it would be better for learners in the long-run. Also, whatever punch combination you make up, it should flow naturally, as if you were fighting. If you make up unnatural combinations it can create bad habits and is adverse to body mechanics. Your 1-2b-3-2-2-3 involves a double right that results in the 2nd right being thrown like a jab. To throw a double right correctly you need to sway back/rock back before the 2nd right is thrown.
I have just finished the workout and I feel good, it was awesome thanks Nate
Nate bower for president. Official slogan “shred with me”. If that doesn’t get you pumped up you might want to check your pulse.
Subbed Another great video to review prior to hitting the gym (garage, actually). Keep ’em coming.
Rule one: never punch a bag that the rolls on you!! Always before he left you go.
Ngl I go to that gym.. it’s by a beer store right? Found this vid randomly lol what are the odds
Yo Nate! Thank you for all of your videos, man. They been surely improvingmy boxing skills and endurance. Big respect from Brazil.
Hey guys..35kg punching bag is good for home workout for amateur?
Hey Nate, this is a great workout. I’ve been boxing for six years, had a few scraps and love this sport. Beginner and up this is an excellent workout. Thank you for making these videos keep it up man
j’ai regarde votre video il fau reconnait que vous etre fort j’aimerait etre comme vous
where can i buy the full length dvd for this workout session? Definitely like the motivational talk in the background, topnotch session.
Thanks the heavens for this channel and boxing video. Let’s get it, next level
Nate can ya direct me to the 1 and 2 of this. I can read combos first? Vibes from Ireland man
Half way through I was done but your voice kept me going.thanks love it.
I pushed through did the workout and almost threw up at the end of it bc I haven’t drank any water today
Nur zur Info schönes Video aber die Haken sind alles Innenhände was keine Punkte gibt.
Just for info nice video but the hooks are all inner hands which gives no points.
This is my third time trying this work out and I’m excited to see what’s next! First time ever putting on gloves. Thanks for the help!
Just one thing: Don’t drop your guard when you throw that cross…
Great video man, how many seconds do I rest between Rounds though..?
Thnks man your vidéos are very helpful thnks again from Algeria
I’m not sayong this to be critical and by any means saying I’m better (because I’m not) but I noticed marjorly when he was doing his 1-2s that when he punched he was more “pushing” so to speak. He wasnt snaping his wrist back to its original position. Great work out video though. Already lost 20lb. So thank you
I haven’t done heavy bag work in years but I just got a new one. And it was FREE. This was tough. Looking forward to more like this.
So far of all the 20 min sessions in channel that I have tried, this was the most tiring.
How heavy is that bag. There are bags 40lb and 100lb. Which one I need to use
Can u do this without gloves for ten minutes on bag fill with sand of 45 kg???
This is perfect Coach Bower! Looking for as many heavy bag routines as all I have is a heavy bag and resistance bands.
i hate when someone throw that kind of hook…but he’s got a good technique though
I have the boxing box, but do i need to have gloves to do it? and one more? I’m 230 pounds how much do you think I have to do this a week and how much do I need to run?? to get more cardio and resistance. Thanks I would appreciate any type of advise.
Hey bro im training to be an amateur boxer. But and its my third week now. The problem is after the mitt pad work i lose most of stamina. Due to my coach wants me to punch faster. And my question is should i go push myself to the limit while hitting the bag. Or just try to hit the bag at normal speed and power. Just trying to create a combo?
First time seeing this guy’s video. Seems like a really cool dude and definitely doesn’t seem cocky about what he’s doing and information he’s giving you. Quality video….Well done good sir.
This vid was dope! Think you and I have some things in common. If you’re down to join our community of dope up-and-coming YouTubers, just sub back and let’s support each other to the top. Peace!
To the point and very easy to follow. Thanks bro, all the way from Guam
awazing routinetried maybe 3 times in last few days. Still not getting my hooks correct in freestyleI think I am still slow on landing the left punch and getting the left hand back quickly.
Love your work Coach bower. Just wanna say you deserve more subscribers than all the useless yt accounts getting millions of subscribers. This work your are doing is useful for life and really beneficial. Love from
in the second combo you said 1 2 block but you are slipping. Can you tell me why u did that?
WOW! Let me just say that in all of your workout videos this by far is the MOST ACCURATE COMMENTARY/COACHING by far. The “don’t get frustrated when can’t land the combos yet” then switch to “now your getting comfortable with them, your hitting them now” (i’m paraphrasing) to “now your hand are starting to feel tired, push through!” And “your going slow for me now, speed it up” in times when I try to conserve energy for the later rounds, you push me sir! You motivate me! MORE POWER TO YOU! MABUHAY FROM THE PHILIPPINES!!!!!!!
Just added all the 20and 30-minute workouts to my queue. Six-pack city here I come! You’re the man, Nate! Thanks for the great workouts!
Excellent! Took a screenshot of all the rounds. Will try this!
I have a amature fight coming up Dec 16, my coach is kicking my ass. I’ve been adding this routine in the morning on my own. I have notice my puching stamina has increased. I’ll take all the help I can get to win. Thanks brotha from the lone star state.
Thanks coach i have heavy bag at home.i dont doing 2 years training at gym i like at home.thanks for answer
awsome video. thank you. could you do it without the music please. big ups
Great videos and very useful workouts, these are the drills we the people need, thanks!
This is one of the best workouts you can ever do and it’s HARDWORK too
This is the best one yet! (Although I did yell at you a lot) Great addition to #1 and #2. Thanks!
I use all 3 sessions everyday.. For session 4 can you incorporate fakes, fake jabs etc? Thanks!
been using your heavybag videos for a couple of years now great workouts, just finished doing this video really enjoyed it thanks nate bower
Dude I love these videos. I was so pumped when I saw you did a round 3!! It was great. Love the 3 speed 3 heavy round. Can’t wait for round 4!
Many thanks shareing your knowledge through these testing times. And keeping me sharp..
i did this after 33 minutes savage heavybag workout.. gave up like 2 times in stupid crusty lunges. Too hard.. my hamstring hurt so bad. Still got through. Cheers
I made it through round 7. Had to tap out when 8 started, I’m too out of shape.
Good lord this will gas ya fast if you’re out of shape.
Just the right amount of workout for those of us who love hitting the heavy bag. Went to Title Boxing for a year or more and to an actual boxing gym for 2 months. Doing it at home now since I got my heavy bag up and a real hi-quality speed bag. Been training with this for a couple months now, hopefully be ready for Round 2 pretty soon!
i just didn’t understand that how much time long every round and how much time long rests between rounds?:)
Don’t know why he drops his hand to throw a punch, a clear tell to an opponent an can be beaten to the punch or countered easily. (the guy doing the second round 1-2 punches)
I really wish I could download this and hit up the gym with it in my headphones. But the music is intolerable. I can’t.
Love your videos man, unreal workouts and great motivation. Appreciate it!
why 1 and 2 minute rounds? not being a dick just genuinely curious why they’re not all 3 mins
I do all these sessions..you changed myy fittness level tbanks man
I’ve been doing 8 three minute rounds with 1 min. rest. Traditional boxing rounds. I got a tear drop water filled heavy bag. Don’t buy these! Not easier on your joints and the tear drop style makes throwing hooks a bit awkward in that you can’t really turn your hook over very well. These workouts leave me exhausted but I’ve never found workouts that are better than a heavy bag workout. Throw in some walking lunges after you’re done and you’re cooked all in just 35 minutes.
This training video is very helpful thank you for your quality and teaching tips.
This is fantastic. I’m a beginner and the cardio alone is great. If I can pick up even just some basics with boxing then that’s just a bonus. Thank you Nate Bower!!
Mr. Nate. What is a good pair of boxing shoes that you woukd recommend?
maybe show movement in rest before rounds start for beginners
Im 13 years old weighing at 220 pounds. I did this work out and I feel great but I’m 13 lije I said and this is my first boxing work out. Is there a place that I could go for beginners
Hay man can I get the same gloves like yours can u post them to uk? Thanks
This guy’s doing serious damage to his wrists & tendons hitting a heavy bag straight on with such hard punches
What’s one of the best ways for me to work on my speed (I use relatively heavy gloves so swinging fast is a bit difficult) do any of you have tips
Hi Nate, really yours are the best workouts on youtube I think… thank you so much! One question for you: I like your boxing technique, and I see in this video that, in your left hook, you don’t rotate your left foot. Often, trainers teach left hook with an inner rotation of the left foot. Do you think it’s more efficient without this rotation? Thank you!
Nice combination punching, Nate. I like the look of this workout. I’ve just started my YouTube fitness channel and filmed a boxing HIIT workout ( https://youtu.be/fEPi2Ajuvc4) so can appreciate the work that has gone into making this.
Hahaha. Like ur style fast hard serous.. U have good left hooks to….I’m focused on power.. speed accuracy..then slowly turn da volume up as I warmer up..to higher levels of danger..n then each sesh..rest good cuz each time I face the bag its kill switch..walk in at the highest form of power n hits wth fast as u possibly can move w h deadliest intentions…it really is strengthening me know o be come dangerously protected… Fun stuff..!!!(((Dig in!!!!!!!!!)))) Stay hungry continue the push kill mode level by forcing arms to do more n more staying clam as u see ur Self in full throttle mode..gtting use it
What have u filled the bag with that it is soo much tight….
Hi Nate. Wondering if you can provide some advice in choosing a heavy bag. I weigh 60kg, and I’m uncertain whether to get a 30kg 4ft bag or a 35kg 5ft bag? I’m athletic in build and a novice. Thanks
I’ve been doing a mixed set of your workouts for the last two months. The fluidity of my movement and power punch combinations techniques is now beginning to stitch together
nate i use this at my gym..im 55 years old and this is awesome..im really enjoying it many people ask now if i used to be a boxer.. and i show them nate bower fitness i started two weeks ago and my punches and stamina are getting way beetter.. thank you guys…
Impressive very nice video guys, superb techniqe. I Just want learning from you.
Oh god…oh god..my shoulders are gone, can’t feel them. Killer workout! Thanks to guys for uploading
Done this workout quite a few times now and it is yet to get any easier. Great workout guys well done.
This was a tough one. Combo’s are complicated and had me thinking too much.. Great quick workout!
Great video. Second video I have done of yours and loving it!! Reading the other comments on here had me cracking up because while I was doing I was in the middle of the workout, I did not even hear the music. Keep it up!!!
I bought an [Ultimate Bag], I set my cell to count down 20-mins. I don’t do a burn out the workout, but just constant I’m not trying to impress anyone cause there isn’t anyone watching, even if there was. (My goal is teaching myself to keep breathing relaxing, trying to set goals.)
I find, my shoulders feel pain like someone is smashing the front Delts with a hammer.
Anyone know why?
To explain how my punches are they are as punching outwards, straight outwards, I turn my forearm as I punch where the impact is focused where index and middle figures are hitting touching the bag.
I don’t punch, like as for trying to give someone a hug.
NateBowerFitness: I hope it is or was ok, to put this link on your page? Please, review and explain more depth. Thanks….
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P6by6LBfo6g
Towards why I get this pain in my front delt area. As I don’t punch the bag every day, and I’m not a boxer at all. I punch the bag mainly to Burn Calories Primary reason.
Thanks in advance.
Sam…
First boxer lowers his gard to much after right hand punch ne careful for the left hook counters. Good work out
Great video! I just subscribed & I will definitely be continuing to watch them!!! Thanks!!!
A lot of people on here talking about him dropping his hands.. ok fine he is. The workout is for you, as a workout this is awesome!!! Well done for that and I’ve downloaded the app.. Thank u:)
Hai, can you please let me know what is the height of your heavy bag? 110 cm?
Wanting to start doing these workouts. Where can I find heavy bags like the ones you have there? Thanks in advance.
Hey couch could you take a look on my have bag workout and give some advise please.
My personal KICKboxing training:
*5 minutes weight training for the arms.
*5 minutes kickboxing with leg weights.
* 9 rounds of 90 seconds all out and 30 seconds rest
I do this 1-2 times a day
GREAT QUALITY.TODAY I DID 33 MINUTES STRAIGHT NO BREAKS NEVER NEVER NEVER 2 SECONDS BETWEEN ANY PUNCHES.I HAVE A BELLY AND IM 63 YEARS OLD.IM HOPING ITS A GOOD ATHLETIC ACCOMPLISHMENT.I DONT KNOW HOW LONG I CAN KEEP IT UP.I THANK SWIMMING SPRINTS.I MIX LIGHT MEDIUM HARD THROUGHOUT WORKOUT.MY FAVORITE IS AFTER A HARD SEQUENCE I TRAIN TO RECOVER WHILE STILL WORKING.I DO LIGHT DUMBELLS BEFORE AND AFTER.WITHIN 35 MINUTES OF BAG I WAS SWIMMING.SPRINTS TODAY WERE A LITTLE WEAK.
ONLY MY HANDS ARE SLIGHTLY SORE.
THIS KID IN VIDEO THROWS NICE PUNCHES.
awesome thanks for that. just tried it out on day one of owning a new bag and gloves. had a bit left in me so did it twice. I dont think I’ll wear a shirt next time; I’ve never sweat so much much ever. Beats running for cardio hands down
Nate, honestly I love your heavy bag workouts. It’s great for my overall stress management and weight management. Use to be a boxer, got busy with life, got lazy and had multiple excuses. These workouts have been great for me and aided me into regaining the momentum I previously had. I love your channel and enjoy boxing workouts with you. You are exceptionally great. Thank you for your videos.
Thanks Nate. This is a nice vid. It complements my shadow boxing routine. Paul Bradford -England
i’ve just tried it and boy you should have some REAL men balls 2 perfom it)))) very effective & badass workout! THUMBS UP @NateBowerFitness
I swear it don’t matter if Marvin Hagler was doing a video on YouTube people would bitch and say something negative and most these people prolly don’t do any kind boxing or working out stop hating people
Thank you very much, I really appreciate your job. Now I m training at home watching you and trying to imitate. Its the best videos on YouTube for those wanna train at home
hey ive come up with a 20 minute workout of my own curious as to what youd think about it
great video, Thanks. I workout to this video every day for 2 weeks now.
great video great workout man….however try to put more power on your punches
Thank you for the heavy bag workouts. I use them often as part of my fitness routine. Do you use 14oz or 16oz boxing gloves?
is jump rope still a valid way to get the cardio endurance up? I’ve never boxed before and I’m sadly out of shape, but I really want to use this to train myself. is it feasible to use only your videos to get things right, or should I look into a class or instructor?
I cant believe you expect people to memorize these combos on the fly.
it is highly irritating to try to get an effective workout when you change the combo as soon as the previous one finally gets downloaded.
everyone isn’t a golden glove competitor.
Tried this yesterday for the first time. You are right, it requires some repetitions to maintain the fluidity as this routine has multiple punches.
I can’t believe people will complain for something they’re getting for free… lol
Yoo I’m surprised that I made it through the video, being that 350lbs. I’m very new to this. I feel like this would shed some weight off of me so I’ll be back with a weight check in weekly.
Today Thursday July 23, 20
My weight 350lbs.
Dang Nate! I have been on and off on my MMA gym before Covid-19. I do have a heavy bag at home and you helped me make good use of it. Following along your workout is better than doing my own drills alone. Good workout! I’ll stick to this! Thanks Nate!
Any one from Tulsa want to get together and do these together dm me.
Your videos are wonderful, Nate! Please do keep this up. I’ve recently taken up an interest in boxing for fitness because weightlifting just isn’t fun when it’s all I do. New subscriber here!:)
Your content is a lifesaver while in quarantine. Thanks and keep safe brother!
Is it possible to shadow box with this if I don’t have a punching bag
Why would you keep the same combos through the whole thing? Great workout just wish the combos changed up more man
I love your video Brother. I’ve had all of them on a loop for about 2 years and my skills have indeed sharpened. Much Love
hi can someone tell me if do this full workout on a medium size punch bag will i lose weight. i will be very thankful if you will tell me
This was great but one small suggestion-the background music playing throughout is distracting and kind of annoying. But great video, I just started doing heavy bag workouts because my gym just got them.
So glad I found this channel. Been boxing on my own for the last year. Your guidance helps change things up and push me harder. Thanks bro!
Thanks for this workout! I feel good now! It was harder than it looked great workout. Thanks Nate!
Been doing your 30 minute HIIT heavy bag workouts 5 days a week for 3 weeks now during this isolation. Starting to feel the difference now. Really appreciate you putting these up for free
I really liked this workout, so I made a printable pdf so I can hang in my home gym. I can just glance over at it while working the bag.
Here is a link for anyone else who wants to print it:
http://lsadevelopment.com/media/20%20Minute%20Heavy%20Bag%20Workout.pdf
One more session brother and I can make the whole-thing. Love it
I’m enjoying these workouts. I’ve been boxing/mma for a while but the basics are always the best. Thanks
Nate, thanks for the new video! I wash having issues with the 30 minute one, but this is perfect
Great drills Nate. Which bag do you personally prefer. The aquabag or a traditional heavy bag?
I LOVE YOU NATE!!!!!! LOL. For real though I love all your heavy bag workouts!!!!
Hey Nate, this is a great workout. I’ve been boxing for six years, had a few scraps and love this sport. Beginner and up this is an excellent workout. Thank you for making these videos keep it man
How I can come and have a workout session with u man, do u come to Uk for seminars? Thanks
Love these videos. Should do them without the royalty Free music
Hi please I wanted to ask you a question How many calories are burned by doing this type of training?
Freddie Roach said when you throw hooks. Make sure palms are facing down
Great stuff Nate! Tried the shadow boxing beginner video, and was so pumped I ordered a Century Wavemaster stand up bag. Just finished my first real workout with it using this video. Great instruction, and more importantly, consistent form on your strikes to attempt to emulate. Definitely made a new fan! Now to find a MMA equivalent with some kicks, knees and elbows!
Love the videos, Nate. My fiance and I have been doing them for 2 months now and have a blast every time. We’re both seeing great results. Thanks for all that you do.
Nate this is a perfect workout,im not a pro.but not a beginner and this helps with technique and the simplicity of it helped me push my own pace and staying focused
can you do some more 20/30min Heavy bag HIIT workouts? stuck in quarantine, I think I have done them all 20x each,
These videos are great.
But could you make one workout that’s less technical, so just burst of punches and then floor exercises in-between.
Sometimes we want to just sweat and increase cardio in our punches without thinking 1,2, duck,3 etc
Maybe give this a thought. But I love your workouts
Hey Nate, absolutely love doing your workouts! Can you do an intermediate / advanced ultimate heavy bag workout like this where there are no “freestyle” rounds? Just like this one but with 3 punch minimum combos? Ive done all of the 20 and 30 minute ultimate heavy bag workouts!
Thankyou from Australia!
Another high quality boxing workout production by Nate Bower
Do you think the heavy bag will tighten up the fat under my chest and up under my arm?
After doing Session 1 for a couple of months, I was glad to see this one. Session 2 is really good. I did this session for the first time today. Thank you. Your series has been helpful for my knees, my breathing for singing, and stress from work. Much appreciated. Y’all do this one!
Hi Nate and thanks a lot for your videos!
Just one thing I don’t understand: On the title picture of round 5, you write “6-3-2 Cross-Left Hook-Cross” which is uncorrect.. The same just under “1-5-2-6…” Am I wrong?
Thanks again, great job
Awesome workout Nate! I found your videos 6 weeks ago and am loving them. (36 year old dad:))
Thanks Coach Bower! This one really got me today. I also can’t believe that even 9 months ago I couldn’t dream of completing this without stopping and here I am
I love that knuckle touch on the end of the video. I knuckled touched you too. I took the fatigue away. Thanks. I do your sessions everyday. Keep up the good work. More power
It’s a killer boss and I’m gonna kill, love and respect brother❤️
Did the 30 mins then this 20 mins, bloody brilliant! Shattered in a good way. Thanks
I want to see Nate spar one day and see what he’s really got
Hi Nate im new in boxing. But i like very much your channel. My hands are swelling and have wounds but no stopping. No pain no glory. Thanks 2 thumbs up
loooove the combo at the top. miss your workouts. back injury has me down.
Brilliant. After doing quite a few of the videos over the last few months finding during the freestyle portions I have so many more natural 2/3/4/5/6 punch combo’s than just my old 1-2 or 2-3! Cheers Nate for making me better everyday.
Hi. I have been following your punching bag and workout routines for last 2 weeks. Thanks a lotits been great working out watching your videos. I have one big big question about #3/hook. Some trainers say that it should be landed when you are close to the bag with your arms parallel to the floor but I see you doing it from quite far and not exactly parallel to the groundI don’t mind doing it your way but can you post a video or point to a video that shows different ways to land a hook
This is great!! I am just starting out and I really appreciate the full head to toe view so I can see your footwork too. Also love your commentary! Thanks Nate:-)
Long video to watch, interesting all the combos and movement, plz show double ended ball/bag tutorials

hi @natebowerfitness. What’s the different between the 20 min and the ultimate 20 min workouts. Is ultimate more exhausting?
Anyone that thinks this is easy, try nate’s urban savage shadow boxing for 20 mins and then this workout, it is a killer.
Hey you doing great job Man.
I wanted to ask you, how often should I do this workout in a week?
Just started boxing learning myself. Love this video really helped thank you.
Desde Guadalaga quiero decir que esta persona me alludo a mi boxeo,,, >>>l love this men,,, Why he is the best in this years and that it keep 28/10/2019
You went in on this one Nate! Very inspiring! I couldn’t stop smiling!
HUGE fan here!!! For this video though, would you be able to say the instructions out loud for round 8? I listen to these in the background when I’m doing my rounds. Thanks!
You are truly one of the best and greats✊… Thank you and God bless the time you give us #motivation
Couldn’t make it through by 10 seconds. Good stuff, I’ll try again!
Thanks for these vids man! I work hard and long days and often miss out on my boxing lessons. I have a gym at home, and because of you videos I can work-out at home too and not become fat. thank you very much, keep em comming!
Thanks! I have been looking for videos like this on here. Most of the videos go around teaching you how to punch but I needed a video to learn how to do the drills
Great workout videos!! Using the 5 round series for 5 days a week.
Holy shit… Your work out almost killed me. thanks man gonna catch my breath now
Nice video Nate!! But your shots are predictable…You always have same pattern.. First you touch your head with gloves then you put lower your lead hand and then you hitting..
So I am incredibly out of shape. By the end of this I was ready to fall over lol. I’ll be back at it tomorrow. Thanks for these videos.
Hey its me again. I did your last one but could not do this one all the way through
do you have any fight vids? itd be cool to see how your work on here translates
This workout is nice. Thanks for putting it out. I’ve done it a couple times and I’m feeling my lats. Good pace too.
What is this mostly useful for? Is it just to lose weight? Or get better cardio for fighting? Or improving your punching technique? Or power? Please answer
Sick workout i got destroyed after 20 minuts. Thnks for sharing, greetz from the netherlands
This was one great. I feel as tired as when I run 10K. Thanks
Thank you Nate…
THE Best workout video out there.
I’ve been doing it 6 days a week for 2 months. I already lost 35lbs. I’m in my best shape since I stopped boxing 18 years ago.
I am ready for number 3!!!
Great video!!! Gonna make sure I try this workout asap. You make it look super easy. But I know for a fact it’s way more intense than it looks hahaha Liked and subbed! Keep up the good work.
This a great video and helpful one, but I believe it’s incomplete because you didn’t mention how much time of rest between rounds, is it total recuperation or not!!!!
great video how often should i use the heavybag how many minutes? how often should a boxer shadowbox for how many minutes?
just finished it… whew. gonna have to try Rd 1+2 back to back
Sweet! A new workout! Round 1 was Awsome can’t wait to try this one
The last one was great, and hard not to go 2-1 in the end. Love these workouts, thanks for providing them!
Love your workouts. Reignited my love with boxing workouts thanks!!
That was a good one! loved the last combo, had me thinking and moving. Cheers Nate.
250 calories, average HR 152! And I wasn’t able to hang the entire time!!!
Sir did you have a vedio training about iron hand to finsid any fight from one punch like tyron and kimbo slive
Did this one again yesterday at the firehouse. I might have over done it. My left shoulder (number 2 for me, I’m left handed) is killing me. I think I strained/pulled something. I’m 52 years old. Do you recommend that I take a few days off or just try not to hit the bag so hard? I usually do one of your videos every 3 days. That’s my shift at work, every 3 days. Thanks for the great videos and any information you can provide Nate.
Am I the only one incapable of landing an upper cut on the bag
When it comes to the jabs do you only use one arm or can you jab with both? Just noticed he only used one.
Hi Nate, new subscriber here. Love the videos. I’m very new to all this. I’m 52 years old and I’m a firefighter.. I’m trying to add new things to my work out routine to mix it up a little, so I decided to hit the heavy bag at work. Could you possibly do a basic video for newbies and show us what the numbers you are referring to mean? I’m left handed so I’m not sure if that makes a difference.. thanks for the great videos and keep us old guys motivated.
