Hi AJ! I really like your videos and Im practicing along…. Although I’m doing the postures that work on wrists, I found it difficult to lift the body at once in wheel pose..my wrists were stiff… I managed to lift the head first and then hips but could hold only for few seconds… Any tips for strong and elastic wrists would be helpful…. Also can you teach some postures to tone lower abdomen?… Thank you! Subscribed!:)
