i made the cacao chia pudding and it didn’t turn out the way i thought it wouldconsistency is watery, didn’t have agave so had to trade it with honeynot sweet at all! taste of the cocoa powder was really overpowering… sorry, just a thumbs down from me for this recipe.:(

Lovely Video clip! Forgive me for chiming in, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you considered Rozardner Immediate Meal Reality (just google it)? It is an awesome exclusive guide for how to cook healthy snacks minus the normal expense. Ive heard some great things about it and my friend after many years got excellent success with it.
Tip for others: remember if you look for ‘low fat’ it should ALWAYS say ‘..and sugar’. If you get only low fat they pack more sugar into it.
It’s hard to make these when you don’t tell the temperature or how long I’m supposed to put it in the oven for!

You can squeeze potatos before cooking. With this way you can get rid of extra carbohydrate (but keep that in mind you might also lose some potassium and other elements which is inside potatos water)

I never thought that I was eating my oatmeal healthy because I put strawberries and honey into it. I’m 14 lbs. away from my goal!!!! Yeeeeettt.
The way I eat my oatmeal is strawberries and honey. But I only use two strawberries and 1tsp of honey. For lunch, I make sure to have something light, it can be tuna, chicken salad, or chicken. Last for dinner, eat before 6 p.m. and make sure it’s lighter than lunch. I usually eat a salad or chicken with veggies. But off the bread, take away the snacks, drink a lot of water, and most importantly have confidence that you can do it.
Eating these meals won’t necessarily help because everyones body is different. You need to figure out what you can’t and can eat.
Joughurt dip, greek or Turkish yoghurts with garlic powder, lemon, salt and mint. Let that sit in the fridge and eat it with sweet potatoes. It’s amazing

I’m NEW to your channel and the title got my attention because I working eating better. Your yogurt idea looked delicious. In the morning I also have yogurt but I only mix in flex seeds. Your idea to use fruit made it look not only more scrumptious but more filling. I’m going to try peanut butter on a celery stick. I ‘m a fan of peanut butter but not celery so I’ll see how this goes

I love most of these swaps the only one I wouldn’t go for is the hot choc! I’ve tried those lighter hot choc sachets before and just haven’t enjoyed the taste, the sweetener is overpowering. However I do love making my own hot choc with rude health almond milk, coconut sugar and a teaspoon of cocoa powder. No idea what the macros are but I’m sure it’s healthier than a regular hot choc!

I tried the first one with some carrots. Carrots bring very specific flavour. Next time I would use only 1 carrot and without cinnamon. Instead I put little bit tumeric.
