Adding high quality dairy like yogurt and cheese to your diet is a good way to increase your intake of calcium, as well as other minerals like potassium, phosphorus, zinc, and selenium. However.Nutrition experts divide the dietary minerals into two groups: the six major minerals, which includes things like calcium, magnesium, and potassium, and nine more trace minerals. The nine trace minerals are chromium, copper, fluoride, iodine, iron, manganese, molybdenum, selenium, and zinc.
Top 12 Trace Mineral Rich Foods. There are reasons that supplementing with trace mineral rich foods may be a good idea. In a second I will discuss how certain people may have an even higher need for trace minerals, but first these are the top 12 trace mineral rich foods to include in your diet on a regular basis to help ensure you are not.Chloride helps maintain proper balance of fluids in your body. Tomatoes, lettuce, seaweed, rye, olives, table salt and celery contain high levels of chloride.
Foods Rich in Iron, Manganese and Zinc. Iron is a component of red blood cells, which carry oxygen to the cells throughout your body. The water-soluble vitamins are the eight B vitamins (B-1, B-2, B-3, B-5, B-6, B-7, B-9, and B-12) and vitamin C. The fat-soluble vitamins are A, D, E, and K. There are many minerals, but certain ones are necessary for optimal health. Minerals are split into two groups: major and trace.
A well-balanced diet provides as abundance of minerals and vitamins. In refining cereals, grains, flour, salt and sugar, the food industry has robbed them of their natural vitamins and minerals. Some dietary sources of these nutrients are whole grains, cereals, bran and germ.
It is the bran and germ which are removed in processing.According to nutrition experts, the minerals from your diet are divided into two major groups. These are the macro-minerals, which consist of the six major ones including potassium, magnesium and calcium, and trace minerals, which are nine and include molybdenum, copper, chromium, fluoride and manganese. It covers all the vitamins and minerals you should get, preferably from food.
Calcium Foods that have it: Milk, fortified nondairy alternatives like soy milk, yogurt, hard cheeses, fortified.Of course, many of our daily minerals come from food, especially from plants. And many of the plants we think of as herbal remedies are, in fact, mineral-rich foods.
Added bonus: since the minerals in these herbs are in the form of organic compounds, they are easy for your body to assimilate. 1. Nettle.Micronutrient boron is found in a variety of fresh produce, dried fruits, nuts, beans, and lentils.
While there is no RDA for this trace mineral, foods like avocado, raisins, apricots, red grapes, celery, carrots, and broccoli can help you meet your requirements.Trace minerals are inorganic elements that are absorbed by living organisms through their diet or environment48. Traditionally, vitamins are more sensitive to heat, light or oxygen exposure than minerals.
However, trace minerals can lose their high bioavailability if exposed to these factors too due to the destruction of chemical bonds.Copper is a trace mineral. Even though we require only a small amount of copper, its role in our health is vital. It helps in strengthening the immune system, reduces signs of aging, and promotes bone health. You can get copper only through your diet.
The primary source of lithium in the diet is grains and vegetables, which contribute between 66 to 90 percent of the total daily intake. Animal-derived foods represent the remainder of your food intake. When it comes to beverages, water also contains high levels of lithium.
In some parts of Texas, tap water can contain up to 170 mcg per quart. The body needs many minerals; these are called essential minerals. Essential minerals are sometimes divided up into major minerals (macrominerals) and trace minerals (microminerals).
These two groups of minerals are equally important, but trace minerals are needed in smaller amounts than major minerals.Find out which vitamins and minerals your body needs, what they do, and what foods you can eat to get them..

Apparently sourdough has less phytates and is good for digestion as a fermented probiotic
And all this came from a Big Bang boom of absolutely nothing folks.
Great video. I continue to eat lots of vegetables based on your advice. I am feeling very healthy. You saved my life and I recommend you to all my friends. You’re are great!
dr berg what about vitamin C and high insulin, from what I understand the pathway to put C into the cell is the same as sugar, so high sugar will cause lack of c absorption?
Get him and Rhonda Patrick on Joe Rogan together!! I want to see their brains interact.
It’s over for Joe Rogan (regarding plant based nutrition) if Dr. Mills ever gets on his show.
22:10 https://nutritionfacts.org/questions/does-dairy-leach-calcium-from-the-bones/????????????????????
Thank you for your commitment to health and telling the truth. I also wanted to know what the research is on pre and probiotics.
**Dr. Berg, what is your opinion on cell salts, tissue salts or mineral tissue salts? Apparently, these important minerals are very important to balance your system, and allow your cells to absorb minerals more efficiently from you food in the first place. Since you have never touched on this topic, I am curious if you believe in it, are opposed to it or indifferent. Thanks for your consideration! **
I have white inner corners of my eye. Like the skin does anyone know what that could be? Iron?
Here’s some chemistry for you. On a vegan diet you’re missing the amino acids Creatine, Carnitine, Carnosine, Taurine and Glycine. You also can’t get vitamins A, B6, B12, D3, F, K2. You also can’t get Heme-iron, CoQ10, CLA, Hyaluronic acid. Not to mention the improper Omega 3 to 6 ratio. You can only absorb 30% of protein from plants due to not having a front fermenting gut and an extremely short colon. You are a religious criminal and should be locked in a cage for this disinformation.
Doc thanks. Short, to the point, wish all presentations were like this
I would have done better in school if my teachers had been able to present their material in this manner.
Very nice and useful video on a topic mostly ignored by doctors and patients alike. Thank you Dr. Berg
Dr Berg. I believe you are doing a disservice to people’s health by including vegan on this list. It’s widely accepted that a vegan lifestyle has been proven much healthier than the SAD diet; especially meat/animal product consumption. A quick google search for foods high in iron includes: spinach, legumes, quinoa, tofu, pumpkin seeds, broccoli….all vegan options and foods you yourself have promoted! Please don’t scare people from an over all healthier eating style with a fear of being iron deficient!! Otherwise-still a huge fan and ADORE seeing you and Karen interact in the cooking vids!! Respectfully.
If people will just stop eating meats and animal products, hemodialysis centers would cease to exist. But then again, it’s business. Most doctors wont educated you with this because it will take them out and they stop making money. It’s all about business!
“If you don’t wear seatbelts might as well have unprotected sex”
that one cracked me up
I would love to have doctor Milton Mills and doctor Neil DEGrasse Tyson talk about human life and nutrition on Earth. Just the of talking and answering questions. Imagine those millions of black kids inspired.
I have a question about powdered BCAA’s I get from the store; are those still healthy to take?
so, why are eggs bad for you? didn’t quite get what he said… koexist \/
Really, you missed excess unbound Iron causing mineral dysregulation??? There is a literal epidemic out there of iron overload totally being missed because it’s never tested until symptoms appear, and is completely missed by conventional allopathic doctors. I highly recommend a hair tissue mineral analysis along with a complete blood iron panel including TIBC, UIBC, transferrin, transferrin saturation and Ferritin plus serum copper, plasma or serum Zinc, MagRBC and Ceruloplasmin. It’s not just what your saying above, which is all true, but there is a major lack of bioavailability of minerals, especially Copper and Iron. I sure wish you would cover this important area.
thank you thank you so much Dr Berg, learning from your videos has really changed my life for the better God bless you
I’m one of his new subscribers and Nathaniel Jordan-minister of (I’m going to have to look it up so this will be edited).Minister of Wellness; You Tube video called Genocide by Junk Food! Both of these men are outstanding and I appreciate them. I’ve got to mention Milton Mills on his site.
Great video as always! ♡ Can the gallbladder or bile issue prevent the absorption of minerals?
I got a weird thought I just had that I want to entertain while laying here looking at the muscle on my legs and thinking about how he mentioned cannibalism. If I were to cut meat from my body and eat it immediately, would the saturated fat and cholesterol clog my arteries? Since I’m taking a portion of the lipid particles that were circulating through my system, would it either just replenish the lost particles and up the particle count back to where it was, or would consuming it become a hazard, promoting inflammation, damaging endothelial cells creating a pathway for atherosclerosis, would eating my own cholesterol and sat fat raise my cholesterol level? I mention eating my tissue immediately because I assume if I waited for my body to reproduce the cholesterol, the cholesterol levels would go back to where it was previously and then eating the flesh with the lipids would then add extra exogenous cholesterol to the system.
Very interesting thought I think, odd, but still interesting.
I would also add any vegetables that are grown in aquaponics, they would definitely be defficient in absorbing and containing heathy minerals…
Hi Dr Berg. thank you.but I have a uric acid problem.and I am taking gout medicine like 7months.and I want to know if you have any other ideas for the gout.and how to get well.
Let’s say I bought a liquid mineral product. If I tested the product’s ph with strips and it came back acidic, then that product is basically bad right?
In other words, if I have an acidic environment it would only make sense to intake alkaline. So the product being acidic wouldnt be a good idea
People got cancer because they eat too much protein? Oh God what an interesting story.
This was great but you forgot a BIG one: Herbicides in general and Glyphosate in particular. It chelates a number of minerals including iron, calcium, magnesium, Cobalt, Zinc, Selenium, Sulfu along with many others.
But the BIG one it robs you of is Manganese. In fact, according to a paper by Stephanie Seneff and Anthony Samsel, it reduces manganese so much that it actually will starve key bacteria that produce the enzymes needed to break down your aromatic enzymes essential amino acids like Trytophan and phenylalanine. Which in turn disables your ability to produce non-essenetial Aminos like tyrosine and epinephrine and norepinephrine -and of course all the neurotransmitters and.hormeones they make like seratonin, dopamine, melatonin etc.
i knew i t!! he is a christian… kudos, genesis 1:29 says: God gave us every living herb for meat
Now they want to harm all of the plants and soil with GMOs. Just to find ways to keep us in their hospitals and make money off of us.
Did traditional farming practices eg. crop rotation and fallow fields and grass-fed cow manure, etc.produce highernutrient soils?
This calculator gives you the recommended daily allowance values of various Vitamins and Minerals needed for the baby. Click here: https://www.pediatriconcall.com/calculators/recommended-daily-allowance-of-various-vitamins-and-minerals-calculator
Dr Berg,
Can you suggest a high quality prenatal vitamin?
Thanks
Alcohol is the major culprit to so many things. On keto diet we must refrain from alcohol to keep liver healthy.
GOD ALSO CREATED ALL THINGS AND CATTLE SO WE CAN EAT THEM AND SACRIFICE THEM IN HIS SAKE AS JESUS DID AND IBRAHAM AND MOHAMED AND ALL MESSENGERS WHO KNOW BETTER THAN YOU AND I AND ATE MEAT AND WERE STRONG HEALTHY AND FINE,, WAT KILLS PEOPLE ISNT MEAT, ITS WHATS PROCESSED WITH IT AND SUGARS AND PRESERVATIVES AND PROCESSED CARBS AN FRIED FOOD,, U CAN BE SO HEALTHY WITH BEEF, CHICKEN BREAST, SEAFOOD AND LAMB, STAY AWAY FROM SWINE OF COURSE!
I don’t understand the acidosis conundrum. Dr Gereger released a video saying that animal protein does not cause bone loss, yet here Mills is saying it does.
What about alcohol. I’ve always heard that’ll deplete B vitamins, among others, but what about minerals?
Look it up
Even god told us the kind of meat to eat wether fish or red meat so stop using the Bible to atract people to eat just grass looser
This is an intense and very informative lecture. Learning the science behind all this is really helpful in understanding.
Dr. Eric Berg DC Do you have a video on 20 Things that Allow Your Increase in Minerals?
BIT OFF TOPIC….
Dr. Berg, I have recently started taking lithium orotate (5 mg elemental lithium)…
This has made a big difference to me!
Especially mood…
I never see it mentioned.
Hello, I hope you can help me. I’m addicted to soda and have switched to sparkling water. Does sparkling water count as soda in that it causes deficiency in calcium and potassium? Hope you can help, I like my sparkling drinks, I’m not sure of perfect substitutes.x
Got my Nutrition Degree in 1984. Universities are still heavily funded by the food industry. I love that the truth is coming out. Very slowly, due to the incredible pressure to maintain the fake food pyramid lies.
Could you do a video on how to handle Keto and IF if you’re unwell? For instance, a broken leg or something like Jaundice/Dengue or even a simple high fever. I constantly get injuries (sports) and don’t know how to handle it especially when I can’t workout because of aforementioned injuries.
Do drinks like Perrier reduce the potassium due to phosphorus?
I just turn on my this. Learning processes video I get in alot out of it
Inconsistent 3:07 then 3:53… Also, number 7, 13, 14 include vegetable food…
1:19:00 I am a dialysis patient and to hear this is not a coincidence! Thank You Jesus!!
Himalayan sea salt is a good source of natural trace minerals. It contains a good amount of magnesium, calcium and potassium. Hence it’s light pink colour. A teaspoon a day should be useful.
Simple solution for most of those. Get rid of all the plant matter and eat lots of meat.
Looking good doc!! I need info on B12 though since according to my research the only place you get it from is meat and dairy which I don’t eat. Or vitamin supplements but then there are three different types of B12 vitamin supplement categories p. So which one is best?
Geez dr berg, you’re slacking off with your videos. I hate to nit pick, so I won’t, but I could make you look foolish
Now,this is the greatest of all it is like encyclopedia, waw ooh DR BERG,YOU JUST GOT IT.
Thank you for posting! Wish more people would learn this stuff so we could all be healthier
This guy also is caliming to know what the bible calls manna…most scholars are still figuring out what exactly the bible was speaking about when it spoke of manna.. but this guy knows? Hmmm…the bible says manna spoiled with maggots after one day. Sounds line unrefrigerated meat or such to me. Reasearch yourselves people
Great video! I consider myself along with my husband a flexitarian, our children are a work in progress, especially our daughter. We still consume eggs and fish (three times a month), but our diet is mostly plant based. I dropped 60lbs in the last year. We also workout 5 days a week.
Leaky gut, SIBO, Candida Overgrowth, Pollutions, Alcohol, Overtraining/Intense Cardio, Low Insufficient Caloric Intake…
Dr. Berg, Please make a video why there is a deficiency in copper. Thank you!
Love this! I have been looking into this topic! This broke it down for me.
God bless Dr Milton Mills. His teaching has saved my health.
I love your electrolytes powder Dr. Berg. I’m not as thirsty for juice soda and water. I have learned to listen to my body more it’s tell me when I need water or not. Thank you so so much.
Thank you for the info…always good stuff from you. May I ask that when a statement like “in excess” as in coffee but can be applied to other things, can yo attach a range. “In excess” for one may be normal for another in consumption, but still not good for them. I drink on average 4 mugs (10-12 ou) each morning. For me this is normal, but is it excessive?
I think the majority of the population is mineral deficient… according to my naturopathic doctor, we are doing fine with vitamins, but it’s really minerals we should be addressing
Greetings, if anyone worry about B12 deficiency or other reasons please check out Dr. Neal Barnard PCRM website https://www.pcrm.org/good-nutrition there are plenty of information pretty much agree with Dr. Milton Mills and many others MDs. Short version copy from PCRM article: “… You can easily meet your vitamin B12 needs with a daily supplement or fortified foods, such as vitamin B12-fortified breakfast cereals, plant milks, and nutritional yeast…” 15+ years being planted base diet/vegan (no any form of medication intake since become vegan) and am 58 years old and still doing yoga, walking, biking better than 20+ years old animal products consumers. There was a new doc fill “The Game Changers” is available through Netflex. Very informative.
When will you have your Trace Minerals product back?? Your website says you’re out of stock.
Thank you for this lecture. I enjoyed every bit of information and the presentation was outstanding. I want to get my entire family and sit them in front of this lecture.
I WISH THIS WAS MY SCIENCE TEACHER! He makes science much more interesting and has amazing communication skills while staying relevant to what he is talking about. God Bless you!
Thank you for the great video! If I only knew then what I know now I may have helped my love ones not suffer and die so early!
What is your opinion of the carnivore diet that is making the rounds now I can’t imagine it would be a very high one. You are not supposed to have any vegetables at all, and only add whatever spices when you are cooking the meat so you end up taking in a really low amount of carbohydrates per day. I though keto was restrictive, until I heard about this one.
a lot of rx meds make it so you can’t absorb Mg! scary stuff. stress makes us lose Mg as well. Also calcium deficiency is MAGNESIUM deficiency right? Because calcium does nothing but harm if we don’t have mg to break it down, then we need potassium to carry mg it to the cell.
Im woundering if anyone can show me the case study for the food pyramid that seems to dictate good food nutrition standard for the rest of us….still havent seen or heard of the study. Does it exist or just blind trust I wonder. I think doctors are most likely accomplices in this food war on people…but what do i know, im just a meat eating carnivore, that thinks and researches for her self..nevermind that i used to be a nutritionist for 15 years. As an ex vegetarian i can say that ive had many problems and various prognosis from doctors…all gone once I’ve changed my diet which was quite opposite from my usual vegan ways. I believe people are natural carnivores that are used to eating a various number of things other than meat….when meat is scarce that is and times are hard. We humans are made to survive rough times, but we have been taught otherwise…please stop doing crazy things, because crazy people with a degree(piece of paper,..and i got one too) tell you to do so. Do your own research and investigating on any subjuct that deals with your physical or mental well being. Dont trust No one with Your personal health. We all can educate and research for ourselves on any subject. It is more convenient to trust the so called professionals though,.. since they have the so called education on your health. Good luck peope and God Bless
This guy is the real deal.
Hope he covers more topics of My intresset.
Regards from sweden
20 hmm, ahh yes, it’s the 20th of January.:) Feels good to on track, avoiding most of them.
Be CAREFUL my brother. If you rocked the boat and disturb their $ they will come after you. STAY STRAPPED. BLESSED LOVE.
My friend’s dad brought mercury home for us to play with when we were little. Was the danger of mercury known in the early 60’s? I don’t specifically remember any instructions. We rolled it around on the floor but got bored with it pretty quick. We also licked our lead pencils, drank from the hose, rode our bikes without helmets and had a huge metal slide and monkey bars on the school macadam playground,. Growin’ up on the edge, lol.
Can you please give us a lecture about “rare earth elements”? What are they? What we need it for? Where to get it from?
Dr Milton mills that introduction was beautiful and special uncovering all the powers of nature and plants that we are surrounded by in our world!
Biology was gold. Chemistry is gold. Im expecting a physics class for why veganism is the best
Hi, Dr. Berg. I love your videos and seminars. But I’ve noticed lately these videos have more of a negative side to them. And I don’t think I’m alone in starting to feel/think that *anything* I do is essentially setting me back. Would you consider doing a string of videos that highlight more of what we *should* do and the benefits of those things, leaving aside anything more on the negative side? You know like maybe, here are 20 things everyone can do to maximize their health and start feeling better. And not so much into the waters of, “But don’t eat too much of this thing because (reasons) but make sure eat enough of it.” That kind of thing is doing my head in. LOL Anyways, love your work. Just a thought. (:
Thanks a lot Doctor! But at the end of the day do those vegans always line longer than those who eat everything?
And let’s looking at the top 10 oldest folk in the world today, are they vegetarians, certainly no! So what about
sport people, do they out-lived those other normal folk because of sport? What about this Man who Smoke and Drink and
so are so many other over 90yrs, but they live longer. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BXyfCGDnuWs
I work for a fertilizer company. Our growers are well aware of the value of micronutrients. Our most important product is essentially probiotics for the soil. Things are improving in the industry.
Dr. Berg, is there a comprehensive vitamin and minerals book that you can recommend, one that lists them all, the foods that they can be found in, what the body’s uses for each is, and the detriments of not having enough, or too much? Thank you!
Thank you for sharing this precious information. I’m taking your Sea kelp pills but, I’m wordy about taking two a day and block any absorption of vitamins or minerals, I watched some video that says too much iodine can block this. I also take your D3 & K2 and the sun for about 5 to 10 minutes daily and sometimes more if I work in the garden. I take a multivatimin and eat my 3 eggs with onion almost every day and my daily apple. I’m Trying to eat my veggies in salad daily or at least every other day. But my sauerkraut is daily. I don’t drink dairy but, I eat cheese sometimes and butter. Is anything to improve? Thank you
Is anything
I mix soil into my houseplant mixture because sterilized potting mix is not healthy. Dust will fix it, but I add a tablespoon of soil for the trillions of bacteria and other soil life.
Dr berg what is your opinion about the “all meats” canivorce diet`? All protein and fat from animal sources with zero vegetables. Sounds crazy but many do it with nothing but improved health and many who switch from regular keto feel better.
Whole grains can contribute to nutrient deficiencies as well.
Dr. Milton of the greatest being on this planet. Infinite loves to him.
So what about rice? Thats a staple of the Asian diet. That’s carbs & I believe the Asian population is overall rather healthy compared to the American population…(?)
Thank you Dr. Berg for the video. I’ve noticed that as of this time of commenting, you’re only 50+ shy away from reaching your 1M subscribers. Way to go and congratulations in advance!:-) I just want to add some details regarding the minerals strict vegans are also deficient from, like calcium (no dairy) and iodine. That is all and good day.
How does birth control lower magnesium and potassium? My birth control pill is known to increase potassium levels (somehow) and I supplement with magnesium since I believe most ppl are deficienct
Also the chemical protein of plants and animals differ in that the animal proteins have an extra carbon hydrogen nitrogen bond that cause free radicals in the body which makes the body acidic which causes inflammation and disease.
Hello Dr Berg is it safe to take zinc citrate 50 mg tabs every day?
Dr. Berg, when you say ‘coffee,’ are you meaning caffeine? I love coffee but have switched to decaf when you explained that coffee (caffeine, you said) spikes insulin. What about decaf Coffee?
Hi Dr. Berg I love your videos and am a big fan. I notice you often have lists on a white board and like the way information is displayed. It can be a little confusing however as you don’t mention the extent or percentage to which the topics listed interfere with health and nutrition. Without this it can seem as if all issues listed infer a total reduction in minerals etc. Some videos say eat plenty of cups of vegetables like Spinach, before another says to be careful of the developmentvof kidney stones. Again with PH levels of acid in the stomach how do we know how to measure that so enzyme is released to absorb nutrients. Eg if we have a diet soda or two is this going to likely cause a mild, moderate or major problem to the stomach and gut? Thank you for all your great information, keep them coming please.
Excuse my french, U guys of the vegan world, my problem is that u never talk about crude veggies (non-cook veggies)
which is the ultimate way of going but also the hardest way of going, tonight I have taken a position on going all crude witch is the hardest decision I will ever take in my entire life or anyone can take I am a smoker of 1pack of Canadian cigarette and 1 bottle or more of red wine every day I have known about food for a very long time like 40 something years and now it is time for me to take a drastic change for my health I have done it in the past for 7 days I was 23 years of age I could not smoke because it would burn my through like crazy to die for and its not easy, when I did it I went in to an appel diet, hmm don’t like to say diet but a drastic change just to try it what a blow it gave me, the first day was ok the second day was a little ruff, the third day was crazy and I was still smoking was not drinking then but the fourth day was supper crazy I could not smoke no more it was burning like crazy u know the pipes were the food or drinks gose down was burning to die for, it is now 10: 03 pm on Thurday 31/10/2019 I will give u more input in the next coming days thank you all
Dr Berg I can’t find bile salts anywhere. Can you recommend something else to help fat digestion. Also is hcl necessary to acidify the stomach or can we do it naturally?
This guy is a genius. All other doctors doped us. Hahahahaha
I became a Vegan three years ago and have never felt more energetic and healthy. Also five years ago I was diagnosed with Hashimoto disease of the thyroid. My doctor wanted me to take pills and told me eventually it would attack my brain. I did my own research instead and went gluten free and in seven months I had no antibodies attacking my thyroid and today my thyroid is perfectly normal.
Makes sense why Its so hard for me to fill the luecine requirements on cronometer everyday
Irish sea Moss and bladderwrack tea contains 102 minerals in body.. strength the bones.. cut out shity sugars like pop n sweets coffee. Replace with natural sugar like fruits. Highly recommend celery juicing every day. Gives oxygen in the blood with in 10 min. Headache dissapears….cholesterol goes down. 20 more benefits….ph, level is round 6 to 7, witch is good
As I suggest to all… grow a garden. Windows turn modern houses into greenhouses. I have over 80 edible plants indoors in a small home. I grow outside also, but my winter fresh food is wonderful.
Thank you so much for being a true doctor! We appreciate you!
Hey Dr Berg…what is the difference between your minerals and humic shale based minerals? Or are you referring to humic shale?
What about carbonated water/ seltzer water? Does that deplete minerals? I’ve been drinking it with stevia for a year as a soda substitute.
I believe I have low stomach acid except I don’t get heart burn or anything like that. I have problems with massive bloating and distention and I noticed that when I eat meat especially hamburger I bloat even more. I am deficient in magnesium, vit d, potassium and honestly have no clue all what else. Just know intake 1000 mg of mag and I’m still low.
What can I do to get my acid up to get my stomach working right to digest this food so I quit bloating and distending and having massive awful smelling gas.
Dr’s try to say my gallbladder isn’t working correctly but I have had a CT scan with dye and it showed I had ileus then the GI dr I went to told me I had nothing wrong that it was anxiety because I did the test where you drink the chalky stuff and it went through and the ex rays showed things were working. But another GI dr said it was my gallbladder even though the CT scan showed nothing nor did the ultrasound. Now they want to do a hidascan which I’m not doing. I don’t have any gallstones or sludge and it does not hurt if one is to push on my gallbladder or liver or anywhere on my stomach. I just wish I could find a dr that actually wants to help people. Someone please get back with me on how to raise my stomach acid.
Thank you in advance and god bless.
What about distilled water?
Does this deplete minerals? (organic & inorganic)
Or is it a good cleansing agent?
Read “Thyropedia: An Encyclopaedia of Thyroidology” for more details.
Google “Thyropedia”
I have a question about digestionon vegan. From other videos Ive seen some vegans develop issues. And to be fair over heard about the leaky gut from heavy meat eaters as well. Its 2 different issues. Starting to think the word strict in any diet is not good. I am or was a heavy meat eater. But diving head first with a goal of reducing meat intake to 10 to 20percent of diet. Baby steps. One of my nick names is Meat man for God’s sakes. Lol.
Do a video on fat LOL, all you plant based folk are behind the ball. It’s all about fat, not protein. And you can’t get enough of the right fats on a plant based diet.
I’ll bet you right now if I can read in the Bible of what God’s told us what to eat
Either fish
Cow
And so on
But Calcium is a tricky mineral to regulate…so precise that any deficiency or excess is…well…a really bad disease…how to make sure we get enough correct dosing of this minerals in our daily diet…let me give a harder challenge tho…a diet of existing market food products and not specially prepared home meals or diet restricted food…convenience is the enemy of diet…unless we make them both find a middle ground in terms of balanced and responsible food consumption…
Coffe can cause your hair to go grey
If I eat a meal and take nutritional yeast after my meal could the insulin levels in my body effect the B vitamins on the nutritional yeast?
I always had heartburn no mstter what and would drink mylanta and maalox out of the container like crazy. I finally started drinking pickle juice and I rarely ever have heartburn now!
In not vegan, but vegans should be well covered by the iron in beans and lentils soy and spinach.
Dr. Mills, keep making videos. We need beautiful people like you. Eating raw cauliflower with a vegan sauce I made, after having all day an abundance of fruits, salads and waiting from my asparagus and mushrooms to grill. Top vegan athlete here! My team does not want me to come forward, as we have many vegans, and are always winning, we don’t want the opponent teams to get that edge, those meatheads are so slow and always get injured. Gladiators were plant-based.
Great info as always and love the transitions with pics!
Yet supposedly preferred Adam’s sacrifice of meat over Cain’s grains. So using the Hebrew god as a reference is a bit off.
