Did this video the year it came out as part of the calendar. It just so happened to be scheduled to be done the day i took my nursing test. I remember thinking about how much anxiety and panic i was going through & how blogilates would help alleviate some of my nerves. Everytime this video comes up, i think of that day and how good I felt being able to complete it & walk into that test afterwards.

I need a cardio movement workout that wakes my body and stretches at the same time but low mode so I know the stances I should take. I suffer from a skin disease and take a lot of medications to counter my condition daily. So my body wants rest all the time hard to do when I need to stay healthy and still want to workout. I started doing this routine once a day for two weeks, along with my other workouts. I could really feel the burn and see the improvements in stamina. Today I did it back to back 5 times in a row and although it was really challenging, the burn and feel at the end of the day is something else. I’m going to dedicate myself to doing it at least 4 times a day for 5 days a week. It’s def worth the effort. CH is right, your body does get used to the intensity after some time. Not sure how many times I should be resting in between sets, but I did at least 5 minutes in between each one, to allow my body to recover. Trying to get shredded by late July. I think this is going to get me there. Thanks for creating the content CH!

It’s been 9 weeks and I almost have this guys physique (chest isn’t as defined) 200lbs down to 155lbs
I do this about 3-4 times a week and he’s right on about eating on your days off. I usually eat whatever I want on HIIT days because if you so it right your body will burn through whatever you put in your stomach like a furnace. On off days I stick to chicken and fruit / granola.

I completed Level 1 to Level 7 but modified the exercise. I did instead of 36 reps of each round instead of 12 in 63:03 minutes (including rest time). I am sweating buckets but LOVED IT.
