8 Relaxing Total Body Stretches Standing Hamstring Stretch. Take your left foot forward and tip from the hips, keeping the back flat. Lower down until Chest and Shoulder Stretch.
Sit or stand and clasp your hands together behind your back, arms straight. Lift your hands Biceps Stretch. Take.Place your left hand outside your right quad or your left elbow outside your right knee, pressing your right leg to the left as you twist your torso to the right. Remain long in your torso.

My husband and I did this together yesterday. It really helps relax and destress during this heightened stress of Coronavirus. Thank you Jessica. I pray you and yours are well.
Personally I didn’t find this to be relaxing at all. A lot of the stretches are ACTIVE (vs passive) stretches, meaning you have to use other muscle groups to stretch the target muscles. There are better alternatives that could have been used in place of most of these if you’re trying to wind down and relax before bed. I would also recommend doing the sitting stretches on the floor, not on your bed. If your bed isn’t firm, you will sink into it while stretching and need to activate more of your core and back muscles to maintain good form during the exercises.

I have learned something about the hip flexor stretch. You don’t really know how to squeeze your glutes and your abs to perform that properly until you have some muscle tone. And even then, it kinda feels uncomfortable on my knees. Is there another stretch for the hip flexors we can do?

I love this exercise!! I’ve been doing these stretching and other standing and floor stretches to alleviate neck, shoulder and low back pain. I religiously do them twice a day to increase flexibility and for strength. I love Kelly and Daniel and have been using these workouts for about five years. I figured it’s about time that I start leaving my comments on how much they have helped improve my health and flexibility.
A really relaxing end of the day stretch routine, if you have time, I recommend doing this every night

Hi fitness blender. I hope you will notice this. I started training with your videos. And now i created my own exercise routine. I have a question. Since january this year, up to date, i began body weight training. Mainly push ups. Jumping jacks. Burpee. All types of crunches and planks. 3 to 4 times a day (cant do everyday because im a college student, schedule is tight) on january i weigh 183-184 pounds. And then after 2-3 months, 178-179 punds. And now, my weight plateu to 179-180.
Base on my diet. Everyday, i eat 200-500 calories less than my calorie needs for maintaining my weight. And i have to be honest, in a month, there is a week where i eat calorie amount that would maintain the weight example. I need 3k calorie. For a week ill eat everyday 3k or 200-500 calorie increase. After that, i go back to less 200-500 again for another 3 weeks. Im just want to know why do my weight stays the same even though i feel better, perform better, eat (good, hehe).

This is exactly what I needed! I was having trouble going to sleep for awhile now. I kept tossing and turning and couldn’t for the life of me fall asleep even though I was sleepy. I tried this last night and was finally able to fall asleep and sleep through the night. No tossing and turning! Going to keep doing this before bed from now on

I didn’t like this stretching exercise at all to be honest. It didn’t make me sleepy and sometimes the stretching felt very weird and uncomfortable.

I am so glad you’ve thought of doing all these standing exercises that can be done in a small space, quietly and without a mat. Sometimes people don’t have enough space for jumping around, or have neighbours below, or are somewhere with a hard/dirty floor that they can’t workout on. Thank God someone has though of catering for people in dorms/hotels/studio apartments who are limited but still want to workout. Thank you!!

This is my favorite stretch video on YouTube. I do it after a workout to both stretch and relax, or if my body feels tight, or if my back hurts. I also like that there’s no talking.

Look Daniel I know you said turn off your phones and go to sleep after this but I had to comment how often I use this stretch routine 3x a week to stretch out everything. Work and my other hobbies throw off my posture and tense my muscles up. This routine is perfect. Thank you for being a big part of my life!

Great stretches! Love the floor angels and the hip flexor stretch (that was a new one for me). Did this following one of the back muscle building videos. Thank you for all these great routines.
Just wanted to let you know this stretching routine has been life changing for me. I feel like a million bucks when I do it daily, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. It relaxes muscles I didn’t even know I had… I’ve been following this video routine for about 4 years!!

I have a badly torn right Rotator cuff, cracked in about 3 places… Your exercises have helped me tremendously! At one time I couldn’t lift 4 lbs with my right arm, but when I started your exercises, I fought through the pain and discomfort and gained more strength and mobility in my arm, and have lost over 40 lbs. since January! I really thought, with my messed up Rotator cuff and knees, (I’m 66 and was almost 290 lbs.) that I could never exercise again, but you’ve shown me I don’t need to fear working out ever again! I’m so grateful, that I joined the HASfit Team and became a Patron, so thank you so much for caring enough to devote your time and effort to us! May you continue to be blessed and be a blessing!

We muslim feasting 1 full month we don’t eat from 4.30 pm 6.00 (indonesia)

This is a great stretch! The journey of this position is very painful but once completed it’s the best feeling!
Hey hasfit,i know you PROBABLY wont care about this comment but i though if you could make a vid about loosing belly fat,a 15 min vid to loose belly fat would be really useful and i know you did 3/3 party for loosing belly fats but honestly few of em are hard and i’d love to see one for girls/boys i really like your vids and it makes me sad that ur not getting as many views/money as possible but tbh i like how you care about other people more than you care about money and for that you have my respect(even tho it doesnt mean anything lol).
