@urbansportsatskl Not usually as it is rare to get blisters on the middle ones as they don’t rub on the shoes so much. But you can if you need to
The only shoes I do not have blisters from are barefoot ones that are a size bigger.

IM A FOOTBALL PLAYER & MY FEET HURTS ME SO MUCH EVRYTIM I PLAY DAM IT
I’ve had blister like the ones in the photo from my military boots. It is horribly painful.
This is bullshit that this is even a thing. Incompetent manufacturers.
You are in luck! I found a fool proof solution no matter what your problem. Cloth rock climbing tape…I prefer Metolius brand because it tears easily. It is really sticky and cloth tape breathes so you don’t sweat off the tape. The tape won’t even come off the ball of your feet. Moleskin doesn’t work or anything else you have tried and if you think maybe you have a better solution you don’t. This advice will change your world! Please listen…I would not make such a claim if it didn’t work every single time…whether you have a blister already or don’t want to get one. Best wishes to you!
Hello! It seems good but how about stains or oil transfer to the actual shoes? Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the product… ❤

Blisters on the balls of my feet are a recurring problem if/when I walk more than 5-6 km without rest or if I repeat same over 2+ days. What can I do regarding footwear, socks, lubricants etc, to avoid or prevent having to tape the ball of my foot?
When you watch this Celebrity Dr. You can’t take him too serious! I don’t think he fully understands!!!!
I run on the balls of my feet and don’t allow my heels to touch the ground. This leads to lots of blistering around the balls of my feet. I’ll have to try this next time I go for a jog. Thanks for sharing!
