Who else is scrolleing the comments to see the list of 10 foods??
thank you to give us economic and beneficial food items to improve brain
The best ever brain food and total health healing the body and mind is to eat full CARNIVORE. Beef, lamb, goat, liver, other organs raw. Do not eat plants. Plants kill humans, meat does not. There’s no need for ANY vitamin or suppliments buying because you don’t need it by eating raw what animals you can. Wild game and pigs need chooking of course. Those sick with anything returning to eating raw animals will heal.
What if what if you are allergic to strawberries blueberries certain berries what can I do then
With all due respect aren’t those the same food they fed to the slaves
Alzheimer’s disease is caused by radiation and arteriosclerosis
coffee hurt giv my brain no like coffee dr..for me no good.i like eat fish.
Bicarbonate of soda that’s all I need to stay alert and virus free keep this government bullshit fake news to yourself
Eat all those daily! Only missing sage and coco! Also no bread at all and nuts are my main source of carbs! Its quality not quantity that matters! Fill the gaps and keep hunger bangs at bay with lots and lots of vegs and fruits too!
My memory is getting progressively worse at age 33 due to a few health reasons. At first my response was a mild “that’s unfortunate”. Now I’m kinda enjoying it, it helps me live in the present moment more, let go of what was to experience what is.
I feel that memory idealisation is linked to perpetuated assimilation of ego and productivity worship.
(Of course there is problematic memory loss) But fear of losing memories seems defeatist to me, it poses the pretence that great new experiences can’t be had. That we must live off and ration our memories of past as the only pleasures we can experience, now, and forever more.
My memory will improve as my overall health improves. But for me this has been a great learning experience, least of all, on where to place my values.
And to hold the perspective that the best is yet to come.
Then other vids will tell you how all these foods are BAD FOR YOU!!!!
Do you eat any of these foods? Would you consider trying any after seeing this video? If you enjoyed this video, please give it a like and share it with your friends!

Exercise is also the man factor.. example like math, practice solving… practice makes perfect
Cocoa, tomatoes, oily fish, pumpkin seeds, sage, broccoli, walnuts, black beans, beets, spinach.
You don’t need supplements as so easily science promotes, for omega 3 just add to your diet linseeds, be careful when they mention the word science, always connect it with pharmaceutical industry… find everything in your diet, don’t waste your money on supplements…
Knowledge of OXILATES in tomatoes…, seeds, spinach,.. ->creates Inflammations.
Not only food… I think you should add reading too.. reading will make your brain healthy all the life even you miss some foods which you have in your list
There is a wealth of knowledge in the comments. Linseed is the topper in omega 3 TAG. In fact linseed oil used, made fresh, is the topmost supplier of unsaturated fatty acids. The only reason it’s not recommended is that unless used fresh it becomes rancid within hours without suitable storage.
No to chocolate, coffee, cold drinks. If you have COVID or lung infection
Already regularly consume all these foods, except coffee.:-)
Unfortunately we have certain daily life habits which are destroying our brain. Everyone should have knowledge of that https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qGZvc96KSE8&t=15s

I have never been able to eat spinach. What substitute equal to spinach can I eat for the same benefits?
Walnuts are incredible for the brain.
Sage too!
Honey from the sage (Sage Honey) and walnuts are the ‘special combo’ for the brain and rest of the body. Highly recommending it against any ‘brain problem’.
Instead of oily fish just eat linseed oil or chia seeds which are a much more sustainable and less polluted omega 3 source.
Okay but plants can’t contain DHA….it’s in algae, but who’s gonna buy algae?

Coconut flakes help my brain. This kind of fat is needed by the brain. Raw walnuts (open shells to avoid hidden gluten) may help the brain/body. Blueberries may help. Oats may have Roundup and has gluten which may hurt the gut lining so less nutrients absorb. Tea may help and being gluten free. Green tea may help heal the gut lining. Cocoa has Mg. Protein is needed. Antibiotic free eggs have lecithin and biotin in the yolk which may help the brain/body.
Most of the video really caught my attention, but I am not too quick to believe coffee is good for the brain. And, if so Bestie, would that be straight black coffee with no sugar and cream?!! We are suppose to drink water first thing in the morning when we wake up for the that first hour. Maybe, a cup of coffee a few hours later. Supposedly, drinking coffee every day can be addictive.
Yes thats good i encourage my grade 8 daughter to drink coffe, eat nuts eat chocolate 3 days before the exams and its really works thank you.
