My buddy has and I working on mine I’m getting good definition but he weighs like 120 he is super scrawny he got got them 2 weeks me 2 months but I’m 185 lbs

So I’m 6’0 160lbs, and I’ve been doing ab workouts. My body fat percentage is 4.5%, and honestly I wasn’t sure if it was low enough for my abs to show. I do still think I need to do more cardio because I just don’t think I do it enough in general, but even without much cardio at all, my abs are starting to show (but without separation, so its still a work in progress) I can pretty clearly see the outline of my abs, I just wasn’t sure what the next step was. Now I know for sure I just need to work them out more and I’ll get the seperation like he said. Good luck to anyone else on this journey, it hasn’t been easy for me to give up the foods I love, but trust me when you stop eating things for long enough, you won’t crave them anymore. Most importantly, always remind yourself YOU CAN DO IT.

I eat healthy and don’t eat junk that much I do hiit excersizes and do cardio lift weights and have a body fat percentage of fourteen percent and still dont have abs,but I think the reason why I don’t have abbs is because I don’t get enough calories, you can have a body percent of fourteen and if your body needs three thousand cals and you only get twelve hundred cals even if I have a percent of fourteen body fat,not getting enough cals is probably my reason why I can’t get abbs,haha I think I just answered my own question.

I`ve got got Six pack abs following this abs guide “suza great plan” (Google it). Getting 6-pack abs is a lot easier if you are physically fit and you make use of several of the guide’s special techniques. My friend 99.99% of the food in any store in USA, is food no one should ever eat, get ur veggies and oatmeal and cook ur meals and sweet at home.
You can eat ice cream to get a six pack but make sure it has no corn syrup or no additives, the only two ice cream brands that keep my abs are Turkey hills natural ice cream (any variety) and haagan diaz ice cream but just have the basic flavors because the crazy flavor ones especially the cakes have corn syrup in it.

Question About the post workout meal, when you say “5 eggs with 3 yolks” Do you mean 5 whole eggs + 3 yolks, or just 5 eggs with only 3 yolks in the meal. (Meaning the other 2 are taken out). Thanks if you answer!
How to take food in weight loss morning, afternoon, and dinner
no offense but i couldnt care less about getting lean and all that. For me, 2 priorities:
1) Absolute strength for martial arts and living strong
2) Getting a decent body form, i.e. V shape, big arms, as our body is our temple thus let it reach its maximum potential without losing too much speed.
I absolutely don’t see any reason for getting lean, cutting fat,..etc I think most people do it because they lack self-confidence thus want to get acknowledged by women after taking their shirts off. Good on them, i find it pathetic though. Warriors work out for practical purposes.

Every man has a six pack and if your body fat gets lower you’ll have a six pack. Oh shit I didn’t know Alpha M was ripped!! I’m from New Zealand so I’m naturally a bigger build i would have to work 7 days a week for hours to build up my abs. I’m a boxer, been doing it for nearly three years, you don’t need six pack abs to be an alpha male (mind you I don’t have a gut)

Be careful with those open clams on the wraps! I broke my elbow from falling down while doing hanging leg raises. It might take over a year to get my full mobility back.
