Big thank you… I’ve just completed intermediate class, definitely feeling a lot stronger over the weeks.❤️
Thank you! I was in a car accident 18 months ago and suffered a brain injury, fractured pelvis and fractured hip. Due to balance issues resulting from my head injury, I am unable to play tennis or run (what I did prior to the accident to stay well). I tried a few other websites and online classes, but lost interest after a few. Your workouts are fantastic and varied, so I’m not getting bored. You have a faithful follower here!
very cute sleeping dog, his ears heard when the routine was done, you can tell
A great complete pilates class, I really enjoyed that! Thanks for sharing!
Brilliant full body workout, looking forward to the next session.
Olivia

I’ve been doing some pilates for about a month now and I always find the videos about the women saying “connect with your breathing, find your inner strength…” nothing wrong with it, but I enjoy your workout because I don’t have to listen to someone being almost too calm. This video helps me get a workout done and it helps me relax, while you just speak like a normal person I enjoy that, thank you.

Your 45 min workout is one of the best workout so far. I do it every alternate day. Even though it’s long, I never feel like giving up. That tell a lot about the way you arranged the exercises. Moreover, it focuses on multiple sections and muscles of the body which makes me feel really good after finishing the workout. I appreciate that you add the instructions about breathing during the exercise.
Thanks for posting this video! It’s definitely challenging but it’s very much doable from start to finish.
Thanks for this video. I recorded it nude and it’s an amazing experience.

Don’t betray your community. It’s people like you posting workouts for free that are going to make some of us homeless.
This was so good. Thank you very much. Personally, I would have liked more repetitions and maybe at a slightly slower pace, but really enjoyed it. Thanks.
