I am 65 years old and just enjoy working out, but I have a question…..To stay in top shape is it necessary to do a video or two each day? I do the weight lifting every other day as recommended I also try to bike every morning.

Why women 40+? Men can benefit too! I carry therabands, mini bands and a 5 lb slam ball for dryland exercises after my masters swim workouts. While my wife dries her hair and dresses for work, I get a 25 min strength and mobility workout at poolside. The best part is that I save a trip to the gym!!!

Perfect workout for ankle weights. Used them for the first time ever and experienced a good amount of burn. I didn’t want to do anything too intense since I did one of those 1000 calories workouts yesterday.

What tips do you have for preventing knees from hurting? They hurt when I’m in splits, low/high lunges, squats etc. I was a gymnast and dancer growing up but no damage done to them and I’m only 23

As an experienced Pilates (and yoga) student and teacher, this isn’t correct form I’m sorry! Pilates is all about correct spinal alignment, muscle engagement and mindful movement. Your back should be straight (as possible) and not curved. Having your butt pointed out like that promotes the Kyphotic Lordotic posture. Please do a proper pilates course before you teach millions of people online. Yoga and Pilates are two different things. Know the difference x

I think people are getting the wrong impression. She’s an IFBB pro. These fitness band exercises may help her legs and she may incorporate them in her work out but that’s far from all she does to get that look.

it’s okay to watch someone work out but it’d be nicer if I knew how to do this properly. What am I looking for? How much? How often? How many reps when beginning? Is there only 5 good ones? What do you do about balance? What if you’re older and have terrible balance but want to start training your legs with therabands?
