the first exercise is more effective if you just sit there in squat or “horse riding position” flexing up and down doesnt do anything but reduce the effortless exercise into a pump exercise which has less strength gains adds bulk and requires calories.. the head of shaolin the past.. when he would choose a student their training begins with 1 exercise for 3 years.. the horse riding stance.. the ability to sit in it for a week without efforct is the highest zen.. and near immovable legs..

Day 1 even after 1 minute, my back started aching and at the end of the workout I literally had to sit down for a full ten minutes for it to stop hurting (I’m very unfit)
Day 2 I began the workout without haven eaten anything, so even after 30 seconds i began feeling faint and sick. I ate some breakfast (not anything too big, but just some granola) then i restarted the exercise. it was much easier than yesterday but the plank at the end was really hard and i kind of cheated

Day 1: hard fell.,. But overall okay ate normal weighted 65 and now is 60
Day2: Okay got used to easier weighted 60 and now 59kg
Day3: Amazing restarts weghtied like 50kg!! I’ma keep doing this UWU

This exercises really do work. Wow
The problem with exercises is that once you start them dont stop doing them, or else you gain twice the size you had before. And when you start from scratch all over again you have to go through the pain again.

I thought that when people say that morning workouts make you feel uplifted, it was just talk to get you to exercise but I feel so refreshed and productive and I suddenly have a rush to do so many things and get on with my to do list. day 1: i’ve done a few other workouts today but my neck started hurting a little bit in the beginning but wasn’t hurting as bad later on in the vid. abs were burning and legs were too when doing the last few exercises with the ones like scissors and flutter kicks and etc. i had to pause this once to make sure i was doing the exercise right but otherwise i tried to not do any breaks. i did this video once today but will try twice tomorrow.

The first woman demonstrating push ups is only going down half way, thats cheating. Also you should mention that you need to watch your diet. No amount of exercise is going to see you slimming down if youre stuffing yourself with food

U should be more famous than u are at the momment❤ u helped me loose 1kg a day I actually did 3 hours between the whole morning and 1 hour between 3 o clock in the after noon and another hour at 4 o clock and 2 hours at early night basically I lost 1,200 calories an hour tho I had a few breaks plus I was watching Netflix while doing this but let’s say an hour and like 10 or 13 mins I know I did too soon but I was desperate but dont worry I had alot of hours to rest and I ate whatever I wanted I know its unhealthy but ye

You cannot just lose belly fat, fat loss isnt targeted, its more of a first on, last off. It starts to burn from the place you put on less fat, and where you put on more, it burns last

Some tips:
Drink water because the body need something to burn on..
Dont eat food with much oil
Stop eating candy, ice creams for a month
Eat vegetables and fruits for snacks

i was one of those people who are “fat”
but are still too skinny to complain. i started this workout and it did take more than a week, but the results were definitely worth it. if you want results faster it’s better to watch this video twice, i definitely got stronger faster and doing this workout it much easier than when i started it! don’t give up!

Hey, I know every1’s trying to lose weight in lockdown, and I am going to share my experience and tell u if it actually works. Current weight:58.6, Height: 5’6, Target:54, I will tell u on day 30 what my weight is. I also follow a diet plan along with this and walk on a treadmill on the speed of 4.5km/h everyday Edit: reply if u wanna know my diet plan, edit 2: my diet plan is mentioned in the replies (p.s I am already getting compliments on my weight) edit 3: don’t follow the diet plan mentioned in my replies, my mother says I am becoming anorexic
I did this for like 2 in a half months and it hella worked I lost 4 pounds in a week and all together I lost 21 pounds im sooo proud of myself edit, I didn’t even go on a diet and also I started in February and stopped in the middle to the end of May:))) thanks for the video it really helped a lot of people asking for this routine:)))

bro all of u must know that u will NOT lose 10kg for a week, especially not w training 5 minutes a day. If that were possible, do you think there would be that many people trying to lose weight for months by spending an hour in the gym every day? Don’t make yourself stupid by looking for the shortest way to a flat stomach, do your best and above all arrange that diet:)

I got ice water and it felt so refreshing after each exercise. Me and my mom have a condition where it makes us sweat more than useall. I was literally walking outside and my armpits were like ♀️⛲⛲⛲
So this workout is ALOT for me, but I know I can do it! I will edit tomorrow!
Edit: day 3. Was alot easier, was able to kick my legs WAY higher in the t-kicks. Stomach is getting flattterrrrrr queenssss
