Hey! so I’m trying to increase my NEAT by standing for at least 3 hours every day. Some studies say standing for 1 hour burns 50 extra calories… while others say it burns only 2 extra calories… I don’t know which is truth?

Why You need exercise? It makes you stronger both mentally and physically. Start small but do both weightlifting and cardio 3 times a week and eat at least 2000 calories and your life will change I promise you. Start very light weightlifting working on proper form with the standard 3 sets of ten per exercise. And for cardio do whatever makes you feel good, mine is the t25 workouts I do 2 every other day. So in conclusion, Do weightlifting and cardio and eat healthy(2000 calories, do not starve yourself, if you do the opposite of feeling good will happen) and watch what happens to your mentality. It’s about changing your life for good, no fad diets, no working out then stopping for a month and binge eating bc of the fad diet. Lifestyle change is the solution to the problem you are looking for. And like anything worth doing it will not be easy but with persistent effort your whole life will change!

Guys, this whole thing is terrible. We need to exercise. They also said you only burn 100 calories a day if you exercise. Not true. I do spin for an hour, (500 Calories burned) and do a session of multiple workouts (Burns around 500 calories.) I started doing this a few weeks ago to lose weight. It seems to be working. Also, log the amount of calories you consume a day and then burn more the next day. It helps.
