Day 1: I thought I was more in shape than I was…I was dying! Got through the whole thing but my form was nowhere close to right, and reverse plank? Forget it. I can’t do a pushup to save my life and side planks were done on my knees. Let’s see if this gets easier!

I am 5’1 and used to weigh 230, and now I’m down to 150. I’m still going but being obese was not pretty and it was dangerous, I still don’t understand why people flaunt it like it’s an accessory.

This was so awesome and fun for our family during this crazy quarantine time! It got my 5 year old really into doing workouts and asks to do them multiple times in a day. It really helped him to see a kid around his age doing it too; it made him feel so much more successful than watching coordinated grown ups. Can you make more of these?!?!

i think they’re both brave for different reasons. I wouldn’t say lizzo is famous because she fat, she has been successful despite it and she preaches self-love/self-acceptance. I think it’s brave to put yourself out there even though you know you’re gonna get roasted for being overweight. I think rebel is brave to admit she wants to change, because she’ll get shat on by the body positive community… who gets it worse? probably Lizzo. which is sad because it will make her want to change even less.
I honestly hate Lizzo’s hypocrisy. She posts that she works out all the time and eats these healthy things on camera but she still obese. It doesn’t work that way, her caloric intake has to be through the roof.

I don’t think Rebel’s career will suffer, if anything it’ll flourish because it gives her more options. Melissa Mccarthy was that same type cast she lost a bunch of weight and I’m sure she’s still relevant. She started getting roles at the age when most actresses begin to stop getting them. Lizzo on the other hand, her whole gimmick is that she’s big and can do whatever thin people do, if she loses weight her career is done. She probably burns more calories taking pictures of her workouts than the actual workout itself.
