I was looking for an exercise video to follow that wasn’t too strenuous, as I had a minor injury some weeks back and was wondering how to get back into moving. This is perfect! Great workout. I love Pilates but have been away from it foe years! I am just getting back to working out and it has been a real struggle. Every muscle in my body needs an awakening. This short 30 min video is perfect for me. I loved it! I know I will get stronger the more I do it. I even became nauseous during the workout and had to take a break…those lactic acids were moving!! Thanks a lot Nicole. I really enjoyed this workout. Definitely had my stomach and glutes burning. Also liked the chest opening exercises. One thing though. This was too fast for my pace. I need to watch first what you do because I wasn’t familiar with the movements and obviously didn’t know what move was next so it was at times a bit hard to keep up. I’ve recently started trying pilates and I can’t say I’ve been a fan because most of the ones I did were so core focused (even when they claimed to be “full body”) and would have my neck aching/straining for long periods. This is hands down my favorite pilates excercise so far because it is so well-balanced. No strains or aches here. It’s perfect. Thank you!

Hannah-thank you for another amazing pilates video. I usually get bored with other instructors, but not with you!! time flies. I workout to your videos almost daily since COVID19 lockdown and i have seen a big difference in my body:-) Love your soothing voice too. I guess your cute doggie finds it relaxing too…he was chilled throughout the video:-)

Hello sweet Hannah!!! Still pleased to be able to practice all I want, and it’s what i did! I’m sweating a lot and it’s a good thing because I need to lose fat! I ate too much sweet food and I know that it’s really not good for me. Anyway, it’s ok and on Monday I’ll be on hydric fasting: a wonderful detox!!! Have a sweet weekend dear teacher! Namaste.

Hey Nicole, thanks a bunch! Loved this workout. Your poise, instructions and flow of movements really helped me to stretch! My body was feeling sore due to Tabata and strength training workouts at home. This workout has such deep stretches which will be very good for my back as well. Your soothing voice helped my mind to calm down! Just yesterday bumped into your channel and now I am going to incorporate it in my regular home workout routine. Love from India:)

Congratulations, this is another great workout. Which is quite a difficult one, but you and your smile make it look easy! I couldn’t make the one with the open feet in which you lift your body up not being able to do it even with the fist. I will practice more on it. Thankful for your time and energy ♥️

this workout is better for advanced fitness levels I had trouble keeping up she didn’t really offer any modifications for any of the moves and felt it was too fast for me.
