I found this to be much much better on the instruction side than a lot of these videos…
however she was off time (going faster than the music in this case) for like most of minute six and it was driving me fucking nuts…

Hard on the wrists and the calf muscles alot of trainers love going in and out of floorwork on the wrists but i think this is bad if you are having wrist pain throughout the workout…seems like she doesnt even mention it as a possibility

that was a killer! I always have trouble with my shoulders and lowering them down my back. In general, my posture is terrible from sitting in front of the computer all day for work, and it sometimes results in neck ache which turns into a headache. Can you post something with a focus on the upper back, maybe an exercise I can do throughout the day to relax the shoulders so they are not up by my ears? I really appreciate your focus on posture and proper form but my shoulders just refuse to stay down.

Thanks so much Kit for the wonderful videos. I have been doing your metabolism booster and the 45 min workout on pop sugar consistently for just 7 days now (fyi other than walks I have never been into any other kind of workouts prior to this) and have already seen a remarkable improvement in my strength and balance (was not able to lift off the floor in starfish or complete leg crawls last week and today i was able to complete both with much more ease)…you are the most inspiring trainer!!..hope to keep up with this consistently for a very long time!

Some of these need to have a warning. The butterfly crunches without the modification can be very dangerous to those of us who have had back injuries. Putting all that stress on your lower back can be bad for you when you’re still burning the same amount of calories as the modified version.
I haven’t done your videos for ages, Kit and really missed them (I strained my arm last year which really affected my fitness regimes), but doing this today was great. Couldn’t do it all, but so good to train with you again your attitude and encouragement are fab!:-)

This workout was good but was way less cardio then what the title made it seem like. My heart rate only went up for a few excersises.

I like the routines but it needs music! I know there’s a little in the background but when all the routines are together it would be good to do them to some upbeat music.
This is mega! I do this set every after a while. But always dripping with positively after
God! Had to stop the class just to say it’s so difficult cause once she starts the moves she totally forgets about the beat and goes on speeding it up. And I can’t really ignore the music and just go with her voice so it’s super confusing cause then you have two “beats” at the same time.
Pushed me to the edge but never over it. Thank you so much. You’re the perfect trainer. Hope you are happy you deserve it
My legs gave out after 15 minutes. But I watched the video till the end. I am going to build up slowly, because this workout is terribly reinvigorating. You three were fantastic!! Won’t give up!

First time of doing this in an attempt to create a good weekly workout routine for myself. I really liked it! It’s challenging but not to the point where I want to give up like with higher intensity workouts. Also, really good explanations and understanding of begginers’ difficulty!

Unlike other reviewers critical of the slow-motions, this is one of my favourite workouts to do in the evening, just because of that. Medium intensity but still challenging, you can choose your pace and the music, lighting and atmosphere go well together. There are other higher intensity and faster paced workouts from Kit if you prefer a different style. Thank you Kit I would love more of this style too.

I did this workout 3-4x a week for 3 consecutive weeks and it feels great. But i feel like my arms and legs are bulking up so is this normal? My aim is to lose some weight and have toned abs, slimmer legs and slimmer arms. Thanks:) Fyi i am 158cm and 52kg.
I dont know what people are complaining about this is an incredible medium intensity workout as clearly stated on the title and it definitely made me work up a sweat. I atcually like less intenity from time to time specially after I did a heavy workout the day prior so this is a win for me. If you dont like it dont do it again she has several very good punishingly hard workouts so do those but I love that she catters to all levels of fitness that makes her an amazing trainer.
Her off-beat das make it a little harder to keep tempo, as does the fact that the dance isn’t the same tempo as the music at all. Love the moves though!

I have done this workout a few times now. Simone does a great job breaking the steps down, and the dance is really fun. Sometimes, however, the moves are out of sync with the music, which is a little frustrating at times. Overall, a good workout, and really fun!

I love the dance workout but the music doesn’t always match the pace of the dancers and I get off beat. Please make sure if you are dubbing the music it matches their pace
One thing that makes Kit special is her technique,she always focuses on correct postures.Plus her words are so inspiring.

Three days post chemo so I decided to try this workout. I was able to do almost the entire thing. Had to listen to my body and stay on my knees for all the push-ups but I finished it. Thank you Kit for always staying so positive during the workouts on here. The voice in my head will be telling to stop but I keep listening to you and finish strong.

Thank you for this. I needed this today more than I even knew. On the last move, when I was told to choose my word of inspiration, there was no hesitation in my word being “daughters’ because they are who I’m doing this for. I’m 6 months postpartum with my second daughter and it has been more than a struggle to say the least to find myself again, esp during quarantine, and try to find peace with my body. I ended my work out with tears streaming down my face because I needed that reminder of who Im doing this for. Not only myself but the 2 little girls whom i wake up every morning for. Today I did not want to work out, but I did, and I’m proud. Thank you <3

Is it okay if I keep switching between advanced and modified during the exercise? Will it affect the momentum negatively or stress out my muscles more?
Kit I love your workouts but I have to agree with other reviewers that the close up slow motions were distracting and threw me off pace. I absolutely loved the workout and didn’t stop but it definitely hindered my workout.
Day 1 couldn’t do even half day 2 remaining 20 mins day 3 remaining 10 mins and today is day 3 so it great and my body is building up kisses and hugs
Do you find it safe to bring it up and off the ground? For years they’ve (fitness certifications) told us not to.. I do but make sure students don’t get up to quick

Stop being hateful, this was great. It’s the next day and did it again though my buttocks are burning. Try to understand most of us are starting over with exercise, or it’s our first time. Try to push yourself but understand when you need to rest. Hope you all can reach these women some time ♥

This was a really good workout with some moves I haven’t seen before. I like that the exercises weren’t repeated. Sound quality could be improved, sometimes hard to hear the instructions over the music.
How do I feel?? Like a tonne of bricks in my thighs. Good workout; thank you.
The Combo was okay, but it was difficult to keep the beat with all of the host’s sound effects. I also don’t prefer the screeching of “yayyyyyy” after each run through of the combo. I love Popsugar, but this one was a fail in my opinion.

I really liked the video but I thought the slow motion close ups were so annoying. I would prefer to keep up with her rather than have a slower pace which threw me off and didn’t allow me to learn the moves as well.

Good workout but the music is awful it keeps fading out when you are dancing to the beat and it just gets really irritating as the music does not go with the workout

The abs portion at the end really felt like it isolated the muscles and I like the adequate time given to stretching. More emphasis could have been given to proper form on the plank and push-up poses. I also felt like jumping on the “baby beluga” might twist an ankle, but the non-jumping version still got the heart rate up just fine. Overall, pretty good condensed workout that really gets you breathing!

I usually dont like to excirsise.But my PE treacher sens me this and i startet,and this was the funniest exercises that i ever made! I realy liked this kind of movements.I had a lot of fun doing this.I was tired but i didnt quit couse this was very nice!

I’ve been doing your full body workouts for 2 moths now as my only workout routine and it’s been awesome, I’ve always hated gyms and am not a very sporty person and I’ve tried many different trainers videos and they have worked but they never mad me want to workout like you do, you’re inspiring and motivating and loving and it shows in all your routines.
I like all your videos and they are all great but this one was a whole nother animal all together and I surprisingly liked it.
