6 months ago I decided to treat myself once and for all by taking care of myself and doing excercise. I was super unfit, could barely run for 2 minutes, and jumping would hurt my knees. The workout is awesome! Just if I may give some constructive feedback. One of the ladies keeps talking the whole time and commenting and it is very distracting and also at times covers up the voice of the instructor. It is too much talking on her part. Ok, SO!!! I absolutely dread HIIT workouts but I was feeling like challenging myself so I gave it a go. I DID NOT FEEL THE 30 min pass!!! It went by so quick! This is my second workout with Raneir. He’s just the best hands down!!!! Raneir and Allie Cohen for lifeee!!

This was a great “sweat sesh”, but I could have done with more detailed instruction before jumping into the moves—i.e. addressing which leg we start with, maybe mapping out the moves for us beforehand, etc. I found myself spending half of the cardio period trying to figure out the movement. Even so, I got a great workout! Thanks ladies!

Workout was fun, but felt a bit disjointed. Kind of like they just threw in a bunch of random workout moves with dance breaks. Would have preferred more cueing of the moves as well.

great little workout! couldn’t do any on the floor due to injury so i just threw in a lot more squats haha. the v crunches on the floor were also hurting my back so will modify in the future.:) loved the energy!

I was planning on doing ten minutes because I’ve already done a few of fitness Marshall’s videos today but with this workout it was so easy to just give into that part of me that’s like “come on it’s only another.12 miles” and “you’re almost to 300 calories keep going” and I made it through the whole thing! I loved this energy and my dog is now licking me nonstop because of how much I sweat

I did half yesterday and made it till the end today! I usually don’t get back to the same video cuz m very lazy and most of the videos just bla bla bla. Boring for me. U girl got so much energy! All those comments like “ love yourself” or “ ouu babe “ made me have smile on my face for the whole session! It’s very useful and fun same time! Keep it up!
This workout is a good combination of cardio and toning. It would have been a GREAT workout if the instructor had taken just a few second to explain the dance moves. As someone who’s never done a dance class ever, it was pretty frustrating not being able to figure out ball change section, even the second time around.
This is the best kpop Zumba lesson so far! I have been to more than 5 channels but this one has actual Zumba moves and you guys manage to make it actually look good. What a feel good vibe! Hope you get more subscribers because you deserve it all!

I completed this whole workout in my first attempt (which I usually can’t) and I felt so good and satisfied. It is literally the best workout and it got sweat dripping out of me. Good work ladies!!

Great workout, but they should have stated explicitly that this wouldn’t be full dance. Some people have issues with their knees and joints that’s why they opt for dance workouts where they won’t add pressure to their problem points.
This had me DRIPPING sweat! I loved the toning sections too. A really good mix. I loved her directions and counting on this one. Really helped me keep with it when I knew how much longer I would be going.

I’m so surprised by these comments because, though these are great moves, not only are they not with the beat of the music, but they’re not even starting the workouts on the downbeat. If you have any rhythm whatsoever this is horrible to follow. I couldn’t take it after 10 minutes. Sure he can count to 8, but not with the beat of the music, or on the downbeat!! Oooof!

This was great! I usually don’t do “dance” workouts, mostly because: a) they require more concentration, b) they require me to wear glasses (or contacts) which do not like doing when working out. This, however, was nice. My only wish is that you, guys, wear darker clothing. Simply because I don’t like wearing glasses when working out, and dark outfits stand out more (hence, easier for me to follow the movements). Thanks anyway for keeping us fit and toned. ^_^

Seems a bit misleading to call this a “kickboxing workout” given how little kickboxing you actually do in it until you reach those last 10 minutes or so. I get warming up and strengthening the relevant muscles, but after spending the first twelve minutes doing mostly squats and shoulder rolls I was over this video . I’m not saying it is a bad workout, but maybe call it something like “kickboxing inspired” so people searching for workouts full of kickboxing moves specifically don’t burn out their legs before realizing they’re not even getting what they came for.

Usually love Pop Sugar videos but this was a little repetitive, long and was bored half way through. If you don’t mind repetitive moves and can keep up with quick dance steps then this is a good sweat session.

The title of the workout implies high cardio burn being Cardio KickBoxing. But the only time your heart rate may exceed 150 BPM is round 2 and 8. During round 5 my roommate asked me, Weren’t you working out? Because you literally stand and rotate your arms 45 degrees at the elbow for five minutes straight. No cardio, no kickboxing relationship at all. If you already have cardio conditioning skip this workout and try Jeanette:)

First time doing a Raneir workout and l loved it and him!:) Usually do workouts with female trainers so thought he’d be mega hard and more geared for men, but l loved this workout as a non fit person. Loved the woodchop exercises to release frustration, and running moves. Did running as a kid.
It was all going relatively until the arm series. Poor Amanda encouraging me to keep my arms up and don’t drop them, hun I already dropped my arms they were gonna fall off. I’m sorry! I failed you!

I love PopSugar Fitness, but am disappointed with this video. I do a TON of kickboxing/cardio kickboxing workouts and this feels like an inappropriate title for this workout. At times, it felt like it justified using bad form, which can cause injury. I have total confidence that this instructor does an awesome dance and/or cardio workout, but this is NOT an appropriate kickboxing workout.
