I wonder how hollow the people who dislike this must be from within. Pity for them. Prayers and good wishes to all the likers. I am also searching for abundance and positivity and a good job. I know I will get it because the job is being attracted to me. I’m starting a course tomorrow. Prof. Chesney makes a very valid point in a way that hadn’t occurred to me when she says “positive emotions are not the inverse of negative emotions.” (She then points out, correctly, that depression and its opposites can exist in parallel.)
Positive thinking propaganda has often bothered me; critical analysis has great value, and boosterism is often highly destructive. Chesney’s point is apropos. I think we need to be clear that things are not necessarily positive or negative just because somebody puts those labels on them.

Trying this out for very first time…will do this again tomorrow and the next and next.
Just an update to everyone trying to gain charisma from people. I’ve noticed at work that people began paying more attention to me and became more respectful toward me. Ladies who usually ignore my presence has been very positive lately and when they are not busy they come to my station to talk to me, asks how I’m doing and I’ve been getting invites from people at work who doesn’t usually invite me because of a past relationship I got tangled with which is an ex and that person was rather ignored instead of me. I just continue exude positive energy and it’s been great ever since I listened to this. I usually listen to this at least 3x a day or whenever I have the time. Another thing I noticed is that, whenever I make mistake (not intentional) people keep a blind eye and they’re very forgiving of me and and I say sorry and they comfort me which is not typical of these people because I’ve known them for a long time. I guess it has to come from you first and everything follows—and this music amplifies it.

The same day I started feeling like people in general treat me different and better like kinder, closer relations with my relatives… and even tough it hasn’t helped me attracting the person I wanted to attract I did attract a new person, even tough by now I don’t feel that is the person I want. I am here trying to recover from breathing trouble and an asthma attack. Already did Lee Holden 20 minute morning Qi Gong Routine to help open my lung and loosen flem. I have poor lung capacity, mild copd/mucous in lungs, chronic nasal congestion. I am trying to find techniques to prevent my reliance on asthma inhalers. Any more guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I do breathing exercise and cold shower everyday. It really help with stress!
I am 57. I don’t take any medications. I avoid the business of hospitals, like the plague. I do the best I can, to take responsibility for my own health and don’t place it in the hands of a business.
I tried to believe that hospitals care, but the few times I have gone, I couldn’t help noticing the intense effort of the nurses and doctors to place me on prescription, with little testing or evidence of the need. I had gone just for a general check up, not because I felt bad.
I keep myself at the weight i feel best, which for me is 170-175 for a 5′.11″ medium built body. I eat as healthy as i can, minimizing processed foods as much as possible. I don’t eat out, I cook my own food. I try to stick to grass fed beef or wild caught salmon, I may have wild caught sardines every so often. I try to eat as organic as i can, but right not there is not much around where i live do to COVID 19. lately I usually cheat on weekends, but its catching up to me, not feeling has healthy, it’s amazing how much ones health can effect ones mood and happiness, i am not talking, about serious illnesses, but just not being at ones best. I feel light and giddy, when I am at my best health, and when my discipline goes out, I start feeling more stress, depressed and high anxiety starts setting in, so yeah, being at your best health isn’t a geeky thing to do, it is vital for your happiness and well being.
This includes exercise. exercise isn’t something I do every so often, no, it is part of my daily routine. I take a brisk walk 10 times a week, twice a day in a 5 day period, for 30 to 45 minutes and any chance i get, specially if i have been sitting for a while, I’ll do 20 full push ups and about 50 jumping jacks, one to 3 times a day. I rest on week ends, as the body does need rest. I think what i do is the bare minimum one should do.
I don’t do anything or eat anything in excess; too much of anything is not good for you.
I of course do the Wim Hof breathing method every day, usually 3 times daily and when I am not feeling well, I can do it 8 or more times. It makes makes me feel amazing.

Oggi 25/07 comincia il mio terzo mese di respirazione guidata con doccia fredda: il primo mese e mezzo acqua per cominciare tiepida, poi col passare dei minuti sempre più fredda (se ci si allena e si è accaldati è un bello shock gettarsi addosso l’acqua fredda di botto!), adesso inizio già con acqua fredda con una potenza misurata e la mantengo così fino a progredire d’intensità col getto d’acqua sempre più forte (anziché stare ad abbassare la temperatura progressivamente). Per quanto riguarda il sostenimento a vuoto d’aria dopo il ciclo di respirazioni, ho notato differenze parecchio tangibili quando mangio non molto prima di andare a dormire, il tempo in cui riesco a stare in sospensione d’aria è molto inferiore. Cominciando col (nelle mie “prestazioni” peggiori) non riuscire ad arrivare al minuto, adesso supero in scioltezza i 2.30, riuscire a fermare i pensieri in quei momenti è davvero una manna, provo come una sorta di pulizia che poi mi “fa vedere tutto più chiaro”, mi fa essere più presente e alleggerito dalle consapevolezze sgradevoli, direi un approccio più pacifico col circostante.
Spero di tornare sul commento tra altri tre mesi e aggiornare l’elenco di miglioramenti e sensazioni!

For those who just finished watching the video and wanted to refresh on her B.R.E.A.T.H.E breakdown.
Been a massage therapist for 22 years. All headaches are caused by severity of tension in neck, causing blood flow blockage. Nervous system factors, ie: hormones, stress, sinus, sleep deprivation, etc. are triggers, that can be the final factor that increases the nervous system sensitivity which can trigger a headache, but will only trigger if there is too much blocked blood flow. The only difference between tension and Migraine headaches, is that Migraines have a greater severity of tension, causing the blood flow blockage to be more severe. Men in general have less headache pain, due to the fact that men have a higher muscle to body mass ration, making them more structurally sound, where the shoulders and neck are stronger, and don’t create as much tension in neck, allowing blood flow to move more easily through. I would be glad to demonstrate my findings to any doctor interested.
