Love the videos. I’ve been doing them for several years. I was adding in an hour of Zumba before this #pandemic. I do this one early morning to start my day. Then I get to the 5k ♀️♀️♀️ ♀️ I have been doing the 5k a month now and I love it. ♀️♀️
I have not been feeling good since December 31st… but today I actually had energy to do Leslie. I have been slacking on my walks because of not feeling good. I will admit that I have missed not working out with Leslie.
I am regular walker for your walking vdos. I use fitbit to track my steps. And your 1 mile is 0.75 miles in my fitbit. I counted, your 1500 steps is 1 mile whereas in fitbit 2200-2300 steps is one mile. Just curious how do u know your 1 mile is 1 mile??

Love Leslie Sansone’s walk videos, but not a fan of this one. It cut from one group to another which was distracting. But the part that really threw me was the count down clock. I would push myself thinking I was almost done only to have the clock reset as another portion was spliced in and the clock reset.

This is a montage video. It’s still a decent walk, but the countdown clock is irrelevant and the people in the videos change. It was just really odd for me.

It’s crazy how I just realized you could get these kinda videos on YouTube and do this in home I would have done this for 2 years already but I just started doing your 1mile walks a day and it’s been 3 weeks but I just took a 3 day break but I’m back and I was able to fit in a pair a jeans I didn’t think I would have been able to wear again, I have lost 60 lbs a few years ago from just walking but then had a baby and after I stopped breastfeeding I gained back about 50lbs so I just need to walk again so I do it before he wakes up at 6am or around 5pm and I love IT.. thank you
