I’ve been doing this 4-5 times a week almost 6 weeks on & off. I have lost 3kg of weight, 2.5kg fat & 0.5kg muscle.
Last 10 days, I have done this workout 5 days in a row, 2 days off, and then 3 days in a row. I lost 0.5 kg.
I started the workout by doing 12 minutes, build up to halfway mark, then 1-2 more minutes a day! Now I manage the whole workout. Bring a towel, it gets really wet, and a bottle of water to hydrate in the breaks:)

I’m doing the intermittent fasting since 2 months (some days I had my cheat days;)….. plus I run 3/4 times a week on the treadmill for 30/45 minutes. I have lost 8 kilograms.
I attempted Chloe Ting’s 2 week shred challenge but felt it to be too much for me, so I opted for this instead and I feel like this is absolutely great for beginners (perhaps I felt this because I attempted the 2 week shred challenge for a few days) and I will continue doing this until I feel it is too easy for me.

My diet: I don’t follow any specific diet regime, I eat somewhat healthy (with a preference of an array of veges and fruits) but I still do indulge in a number of unhealthy foods but in moderation.
