oh i’ll have to try these! my fav easy recipe is satay chickpea wraps i mash some tinned chickpeas with a fork and stir the satay in, then put it on a wrap with whatever veggies i have on hand (but my favorite combo is spinach, mushroom, and bell pepper), then i put either nooch or vegan cheese in there too if i have them. then i put them in the toastie maker/sandwich press (or you could just use a pan) until they’re crispy and golden these literally take me like 5 minutes and they’re so yum!

My gosh, I have not had any artichokes in so long! And as my family has always loved Mediterranean flavours, this will probably be the one I’ll give a go first ;D Also, a strange tip for the tofu-feta: If you have some sour dill pickles available (and you actually like to eat them ;P) marinating the tofu in the brine makes it real cheesy! You have that tangy, salty and fermented flavour you normally get in feta so it is really worth giving a try!
fried tofu, peanut satay (literally so easy to make), brown rice noodles, and random veggies= delish and lots of protein <3

If it were i cooking, i’d cook off veggies first and set aside, cool and toss with cheese, slap that tortilla onto a hot comal Aftet first having lowered heat to quite moderate—first to cook it. I like it flakey and crisp—cook both sides lightly and then fill One and top with its mate, mash it with a spatch, flip it to keep the heat evenly on both sides, keep heat moderate but you know comal is hot, keep flipping every couple of minutes till cheese melted. Thats a quesadilla, bosa
The only challenge I ever have with your recipes is calming myself down to choose one or two at a time instead of all of them at once when you do these multi-recipe videos. Your recipes are just all so so so SO good!
Although I fully support this channel and find this recipees amazing, I cringe a little everytime they say peanut butter is healthy and full of good fats. Its not, its good if you want a treat but not for everyday use.

looks yummy but this is like italian pasta “ramen”. Real ramen noodles don’t have egg and needs kansui for its characteristic springy texture. All for “fusion” though!
I am an avid lover of garlic and onion, but my mother in law does not eat them.. she’s vegetarian, but I think if I cook for her she will see she doesn’t need eggs, etc. Garlic-free, onion-free recipes would be so helpful!

I made your Buffalo Cauliflower Pasta Salad on Monday. I saw the recipe on Facebook, had all the ingredients, so I made it. It was the best thing I have ever put in my mouth. My boyfriend and me ate almost the entire recipe for dinner. It was great both warm and cold. I then made it again on Tuesday haha. It seriously satisfied my buffalo wing craving. Oooh that farro bowl looks amazing! I love farro but for some reason I have every grain BUT farro in my pantry (wheatberries, barley, millet, rice and quinoa). here’s my fav pasta salad:
250g pasta, cooked
250g cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
500g zucchini, cut into cubes, sauted until golden brown
optionally 100g vegan feta cheese, cut into cubes
sauce:
3 tbsp pesto
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp italian herb mix
salt and pepper to taste

Just what we need right now. I’ve made lots of the recipes and they’ve all been a success with friends and family.
This looks good I’m going vegan and need to find easy recipes until I can get the hang of it and the chickpeas as genius I have never thought to do this before looks yummy and I can’t wait to try it. Does any one have like a guide for new vegan beginners what to eat and what not? It would be helpful I am afraid and I don’t want to mess up and make mistake by eating wrong thing
I’d say this, keep the broth (aquafaba) from the chickpeas and store it in your fridge and use it to make the pancakes so you do not need flax, though it’s a good, nutrition option too. I would also advise to steam your broccoli, you get more nutrition that way, just 10 mns in a pan with a bit of water with a basket or invest in a simple steamer, bamboo or electric or what, it will change your life, it’s also great for reheating leftovers as it warms them up but keeps them intact/perfect!
Personally I really dislike tofu and your recipe is great but I’d use tempeh instead.
Great tips overall, especially for those lazy days or for beginners.

I made the Chana Masala on Sunday for dinner. I think my 10 year old daughter ate more than I did. It was so good. My husband was stuffed and he took a big bowl of leftovers for lunch. I left out the serrano pepper and I didn’t have the Indian red chili pepper on hand so used cayenne. The only change I would make next time is my can sizes were different, so I could have added another can of chick peas. I am looking forward to making this again. Thank you!

I love this video and your channel! Do you have any tips for reducing produce food waste? Are there any meals you consider “dump recipes” where you can use those pesky produce items that you bought but forgot to eat? Currently, I have a sweet potato, brussel sprouts, red cabbage, and zucchini, and I’m not sure what to do with them other than eat them each by themselves. It seems like you approach each meal by concept using ingredients on hand or untraditional ingredients, so I’m sure you have some great ideas on this. Dear Jamie. It would be very nice if you could make a real Mexican quesadilla. That has nothing to do with real quesadillas. We Mexicans first heat the tortilla on both sides (that is a super important step), then we put the cheese and we FOLDTHE TORTILLA so that it is like a half-moon. The vegetables are made separately, in a king of salsa o “pico de gallo”, to put inside the quesadilla, but we never heat the vegetables. The result of all that is: A well-cooked tortilla, with no moist inside, melted cheese and fresh/crispy vegetables. I love everything you cook, that’s why I recommend you do it like this. Regards!

Pancake batter was way too loose for 1:1 oat flour to milk. I had to add 2-3 Tbsp more oat flour.

The last meal looked the most delish! The last time I tried Jackfruit, I had purchased something that was supported to be savory and it ended having a sweetness to it that threw the dish off, but this recipe seems like it would compliment the meal well!

I love pasta salad! my 2 fave quick and easy versions are:
pasta, cucumber, tomatoes, vegan mayo, soy yogurt, salt and pepper (a dash of orange juice is optional)
pasta, cherry tomatoes, a lot of arugula, olive oil, vinegar, pine nuts (or walnuts or other nuts/seed) salt and pepper
