At some point I started to do them slower because my legs couldn’t keep up with the speed. Maybe not 1000, but 900 I did for sure and I sweated all through. Completely soaked. Thank you! ❤

When I am doing hip thrust, I go to the Smith machine.
There I am making first single Leg Hip Thrusts and directly after that I am doing normal Hip Thrusts. My ass is burning after that.
And for the normal Hip Thrust I hold it up for 3-5 Seconds and squeeze as hard as I can.

Im so proud of myself. I made the 1000 squats and lunges in 1 hr. Honestly the last 50 counts are the hardest. My legs are shaking in pain. And its worth it. Joana soh is so fast in completing the challenge. And im trying to come along with her. And if i cant, i stop the video and work on to complete the workout. Im burning. This is my 3rd time to try this challenge and the third is my success. Hehe.

I m doing this exercise right after taking whey protein isolate…will this be effective in losing weight while consuming whey isolate protein? I started to take the protein in order to make the workouts more effective with the movements.

How many days a week should we do these workouts? I have seen you mentioning daily in your replies to several comments. Doesn’t our body needs rest days too? I enlisted 4 different workout videos from your channel (totalling over 1 hour of different workout routines) and did all those 1 hour workouts for 10 days straight. My knees started hurting and I felt quite tired after doing these workouts for 10 days straight. So I was forced to rest a few days to relieve myself from that knee pain and also to avoid burnout. After resting for few days, I resumed that 1 hour workout and its my 5th day today and I feel that knee pain is slowly coming back.
Any tips for me?
