Good one, however you keep on instructing even in between the time given for a particular exercise, you kept instructing even when ears were closed, how can this be a do along? You shud give instructions and say start and keep quite for the period of exercise say 2 minutes.

Pranayama ka sabse basic rule hai ki kabhi bhi use sir bilkul sidha rakh ke nhi kia jaata.
Hamesha apne sir ko aage jhukake use chin se collar bone ko jod ke rkha jaata hai.(Jalandhara Bandha).
If this is not done the energy will travel through the Ida and pingala and deal seriously high pressure to your ears,eyes, head and heart leading to immense pain.
Half knowledge from these so called teachers of a proper science of yoga will not get you what they promise but only physical and mental pain.
