So acid in food is good for you some kids in my school refused to eat the salad because it said it contains folic acid and they thought it was the melting acid
Great video, though it should be noted that in the US grainproducts are fortified with folate. Folate deficiency is a problem, that may be scale 5, worldwide but not in the US. I’m not from the US either, but maybe it is worth mentioning.
