I’ve been eating a whole lot of can’t stop I was tested positive for covid-19 hospital and didn’t do good eating well. I was dehydrated and had diariea while sick. I hate to say but that’s what happened and now not only did I lose weight during that time but now I’m gaining weight now that I’m well. There is something just not normal about bone broth, so for that I’m out.
I have a problem. When I try to eat healthy, it’s like my body says “eat sugar or don’t eat at all. I don’t mean this as a joke. Does this happen to other people? I did this diet last summer for 1 month. I lost 32lbs. And I never counted calories or took any supplements. I drank a ton of water and basically always made sure my body had food. Simple. It’s easy people. High fat + medium protein + a ton of water will make sure your body is healthy.

It’s easier to loose weight after 30 I would think. Before that people still have baby fat that isn’t coming off and when they do lose weight it would come back quickly cause they are young. In your 30’s it is way easier to keep weight off, no matter what you eat. I also agree that we need to reduce sugar and carbs.

I was doing good and lost 10kg in about a week and a half. Mostly becoz I was staying active and playing a lot of sport. But it has been raining recently and I haven’t been able to go outside, resulting in me gaining around like 5kg, which makes me realise, my diet is TERRIBLE. I’m none of the above….I have slim belly but big arms.. forearms..legs and calves….even if I won’t eat for several days to lose fat on that part…I only end up looking like.
