I have S shape scoliosis…
and so many questions…. I don’t feel comfortable at all doing any exercise on my knees and hands… I can do the child’s pose, that doesn´t feel bad on my knees.. but I feel like my torso/spine would not elongate and I end up in some extra weird/ extra round position… when trying to do the pose
When in all fours, my hands, arms and neck feel like I’m putting too much pressure on them…
I don’t know how I could exercise safely …

I discovered Miss Chance when she had the only upper back pain video I could find when I needed one. The whole time through it it was so gentle I kept thinking “maaaybe this and some ibuprofen will help” but by the time I had gotten up and a glass of water my fairly severe pain was completely gone and I’ve been a serious fan ever since. I didn’t notice any adds but it could be that since her instructions are sufficiently clear and detailed I just keep my eyes closed during much of her videos.
This is so great. Every move and stretch felt amazing! Not a moment of the 12 min feels wasted or superfluous. And I like the reminder to recognize one’s non human friends!

It’s been a month and a half doing this particular exercise. And despite missing a few days, I feel so different than I did before. The difference is seen even as I sitI am now capable of sitting comfortbly even in the most twisted angles I can keep my body in. My flexibily has incresed to a great extent and I can actully feel my arm fat being replaced by muscles day by day. Despite it not being my actual aim, I’ve also noticed my clothes gettng looser around my shoulders. Best thing is, I enjoy doing this. I don’t have to push myself to do this routine every morning before going to college. Its fun, and the results are just amazing!!!

i have an upper scolios 15°, rolled shoulders and gibbosity:-:) and whenever i sleep or lay down for too long and wake up i feel pain all over my back, neck,shoulders and spine and i feel a lil better after some time when i crack my back. i have been doing exercices but nothing got better (´∩`。)i am tired of this morning pain is there a solution?

I have diagnosed scoliosis (pretty sure my right hip is also lower than my left one).. but I’m a gymnastic so I’m very flexible.
Do you have any advice for how I could correct my scoliosis while stuck in quarantine? (My doctor told me to do swimming, which I did and it helped immensely, but since the lockdown I can’t go)

It feels relaxing when Im on position, but it doesn’t give time in-between positions and no indication when to switch sides. It would have been better, if there is time to analyze the next move before the timer for that position starts. Thanks Emi xoxo

Love the compilation of stretches! As to my liking i decrease the speed into 0.75 and take rest around 15-30mins after exercises + colling down really help to gain my strength back

hey i have a weird condition, my convex side is much tighter than the concave and my hip on the concave side is higher than the other side, which side should i stretch then

i like these stretching exercises but I feel that they were a bit rushed and I didn’t have enough time for the stretches. Would be good to do one with longer time for each stretch and also perhaps repeat the stretches.

This one is still difficult but in an encapsulating capacity, if that makes sense.♀️ And it’s always on the second my cat shows up for pets just as you say that at the end.

My college does these courses called JanTerms, where you take a course that can be either inside your major or outside your major. And this where most people do their study abroad; we have had JanTerms that have gone to New York, Austria and France, Italy, China, etc. Some courses though you can’t do in January, so you do them in May when the school year is over; one MayTerm was a course in Barbados or Trinidad and Tobago about the mating season of turtles.
Long story short, one of the JanTerms was a yoga focused one and they went to Costa Rica.
i have moderate (but severely painful) scoliosis and after these stretches my back feels the best it has in years. thanks so much!

I love your beginner 15 minute workout, I have been doing it for a week now. Today I added this stretch routine after. The bottom of the video is blocked by your stretch description, so I could not see what you were doing. Would you be able to move the description to the side? Or reposition the video higher? Another suggestion is to add a notification when 15 seconds have passed so we can switch sides. Thank you!!!

Begin the exercise by standing on your feet about shoulderwidth apart and keeping your left hand on your hip.
Now, reach up with your right hand as much as possible and bend over TOWARDS THE LEFT SIDE while keeping the shoulders in line with the hips.
Is it towards the left side or towards the side of curvature right side?

Hi Sarah Beth. My downward facing dog is atrocious. I am wondering which routines or stretches might be best in order to practice and strengthen this body-forbidden pose. I take progress photos of my down dog weekly, but am really struggling to see my own improvement.

After trying so many stretching videos, this one works for me. The stretching I am doing every after work-out at home. At first I found it fast because no rest but you will eventually get it =)
