This is awesome!!! I used to love taking cardio dance classes at a gym, but with Covid and some other unrelated issues, I haven’t been able to go back. I work out in my basement, which has a concrete floor and even with a rug, high impact workouts are hard on my joints. I find that a lot of short workout videos are super intense and jam-packed because I think the premise is that viewers only have 10 min to workout that day, which is fine, but that’s personally not what I’m looking for. So that’s why I loved this video, and I also loved Marnie’s energy and attitude. This workout was actually a lot of fun to do, and despite having a sore lower back the day after, I will be doing this again!

Came here for a quick warm up before another workout but now I’m sweating heaps. From a 10 minute workout that didn’t even require gym shoes . Definitely doing this again and again!!

Have been doing her workouts for almost a year, I believe this one is my favorite. Not too hard but a good workout.
Day one of this week’s home workout plan: It’s 7:42 in the morning and I have finished day one. My lungs feel like they’re about to collapse, my booty and abs feel like jello, my body is tired and I can hardly move. I called you, dearest Pamela, several names during the workout. WOW! I’m doing the 14 day challenge, and I have to say this video really, really challenged this 72 year old. I could only do about the first 10 to 15 seconds of most of these, but I’m so proud of myself that I didn’t give up. Guess I really need to work on my abs. I’ve been doing your walking workouts for about a month and your uplifting words help me so much in these days of quarantine. I live alone and so I’m starting to feel pretty isolated. I talk to my family on the phone, but it’s not the same. Thank you so much!

I enjoyed this workout..! it is manageable and fun and for the first time i am able to complete a workout.. she makes it looks effortless but i was drenched in sweat once it was over!

I sweat so much during this workout that I tried to wipe my face down but my hand was just a sweaty anyone else sweat that much…no just me… ok
Literally 1% of the people in commercial gyms actually squat, 99% are just curling in the squat rack
The end tip was indeed a “treat!” Great pointer to maintain longevity with one’s squat training.
I think this is the only workout where I was smiling the whole time
I like the intensity but it’s a bit short. So I just did the first 10 min 3 times before cooling down:D

Please tell the cameraman to stop moving the camera up and down just because you are moving up and down while squatting. He needs to stay stationary so that we can truly see your movement alone and not the camera moving up and down

this video is underrated. i didn’t think i was going to like it bc i thought only thoes intense workout videos will suit me. but i decided to try this video out and i do not regret it. it was enjoyable even when it came to squats, i never thought i’d be willingly doing squats. i laughed so hard and sweated so much as i was doing some of the moves with my sister. truly happy. thanks pamela!!!

the entire time i was doing this workout my dog kept going under me during all the times i was on my hands for like planks or other floor workouts… she kept thinking i was stuck and kept trying to help me stand up

Your legs are beautiful!! I wish mine looked like that! My legs size does not change, even if I have tried drops sets, supersets, increasing weights etc, if I eat more, I become fat, when I lose the weight, my legs are still as small as they were before I ate more. But I am willing to try more lol, I still have hope!!
