I am always disappointed in these so called healthy heart videos. In order to eat healthy for your heart one needs to remember this: no oil (including margarine of any sort), no salt and no dairy! When cooking, instead of using oil use vegetable broth.
You say dietary cholesterol has very little to do with blood cholesterol cos the liver makes most of it. Then you go right back and say we should cut out most fats from our diet. ♂️ make up your mind. Animal fat is not the problem. Processed food is! And canola oil is very unhealthy. And you are aware that low fat products usually have high sugar right???
