A flair usually hits me at the worst times, like when I’m having fun at a concert. Long standing just puts my lower back on fire for the next two days.

My chiropractor added some exercises after my daily stretches and I think it may be too much because the headaches have returned plus shoulder pain. It’s shocking how much these thing a make a difference. It was going so well and now I’m going back down. I’ll talk to him next time I see him and see what he says

I’ve been following this workout routine for six months. I could hardly do 2 rounds when I just started. Now I can handle up to 4 rounds.
It’s definitely effective. I did this work out once a week. In addition to that I did pull ups and worked with dumbbells twice a week. As a result, I was able to grow muscles while being on a caloric deficit.
I recommend putting on a bag weighing somewhere between 5 and 10 kg and completing only two rounds with a resting time of 1 minute between the exercises. That should be even more effective and less time consuming

Hi, i am 29 years and I train (weightlifting) for almost 13 years. Since 1,5 years I started to feel pain in one of mij shoulders (joint pain) and since a few months my other shoulder is the same, during training I can’t do a lot of exercises I used to do, I feel pain and also the feeling that mij bones come together and make really bad noise. Also just moving around I feel bones come together and cracked noise and feeling like I can’t move my shoulders any further. I have the same feeling with my right knee a few years but the last moths it is getter worser. (Pain, and cracked noises)

This is a great 10 minute workout I love the videos where Jeff actually works out with you it makes it very easy to do the workout rest etc. If you do 8 pushups per set you get 160 pushups in 10 minutes at 10 pushups per set 200. I averaged 9 my goal is 10.
I feel these in my arm more than my chest but that’s because I do 300 push ups everyday is there a push up that only isolates the chest and not the arms as much?

I like the exercises, but in my gym to get a bench over to cables, would be a major undertaking due to space and pulling a bench away from the free wt area. I had to plead to get a bench at the Smith machine. I do the standing cables, but can’t do all due to bad shoulders.

One question though… My mum has developed a low lumbar scoliosis due to osteoporosis, and after a lot of investigations, the specialists have reached the conclusion that it’s this scoliosis that is causing her the chronic pain. Her osteoporosis has improved well with medication and nutritional support and she’s doing exercises every day, but until now, none of them have been focused on her scoliosis. My question is, are any of the exercises you demonstrate unsuitable for those with osteoporosis? Many thanks and God bless! Angel

How many rounds would you reccommend? I tried 3 rounds (beginner level) with 5 minutes rest in between each round. I only managed to do 2-3 (good, I think) pushups each round (today has been the first day). How many days p/week would you recommend to do this routine? And thanks for the video!!

Great physique and genetics! One key component missing is the amount of rest time in between sets. Also, the rep range is pretty high 12 reps is training around 70% of your 1 rep max and 15 reps is 67% of your 1 rep max… You’ll be training mostly cardiovascular endurance around the 15 rep range. He only does 3 exercises as well. It might work well for him, but honestly… 10 sets of 15 is not how you build a lot of muscle.

But after that I went home, cos i Had no energy left to do the rest of the exercises

WOW!!!!!! honestly absolutely LOVED this! my shoulder pain from my workout a few days a go was killing me! i even used my massager and did some generic stretches but none of it helped until now. I’m so glad I bumped into this channel! AND THANK YOU SO MUCH for this!!
I love these 10 minute workouts! I can’t stand spending hours working out which is why I’ve never been in amazing shape. These kick your ass but afterwards you can go right back to fucking off doing nothing but know you got a solid workout in.
As someone who has been gymming for over 25 years, I’d say this is one of the worst things to do to your body! This is the very definition of overtraining a mistake I made when I first started. Trust me guys, it just leads to more injuries and it just affects your muscle gain process negatively. Terrible idea and a terrible workout.

Hi Dr. Jo. I am a woman in her mid 20s and I had scoliosis diagnosis since my elementary school did a check up on all the girls. It never bothered me too much other than the brace (S curve at 29 degrees). Now that I am trying to eat healthier and strengthen my body (my metabolism isn’t what it was in high school) I look in the mirror and it makes me upset that my hips are uneven (shoulders aren’t bad enough to truly notice). I exercise quite often, doing 100 crunches in a row for example is easy for me and etc. I do around 2/3rds of the exercises you showed us and do my fair share of moderate exercise (around 30 minutes a day) But my new muscle outlines and lack of body pain are still not enough to make me feel good about my appearance. Naturally being in my mid 20s and wanting to live up my life before I settle down I want to look amazing and due to too small a curve and lack of pain I understand no doctor wants to preform a surgery. Is their a way to reduce my protruding hip to feel more comfortable with myself?

Bro, you have a bum on your chest. Looks somewhat feminine in shape. Lose some weight on your chest. These exercises are good to change it up and shock the muscles but any bodybuilder would tell you that weights are where you mould your physique
