the only problem here is, American veggies are chemically engineered and is somewhat processed. veggies makes u fat becuz they got fatty hormones in it to get the veggie large. u mine as well call it fake veggie.
I grew up poor so eating more vegetables than meat wasn’t an option. We filled up on veggies and starches because we only got one little piece of chicken, and that was on Sunday! The rest of the week we got meat flavored beans or stew. I eat that way, still, today because it was ingrained in me.

Nowadays it doesn’t matter whether you eat processed or u processed fresh food. Everything meat, fish, dairy, vegetables, fruits is full of hormones, antibiotics, pesticides.
Don’t let the anti meat propaganda fool you. We actually thrive on animal products as long as they are derived from sustainable sources such as farms. Dietary cholesterol doesn’t affect serum cholesterol and saturated fats are actually important for hormone production as many rather new studies thoroughly proved. Oxidized LDL Cholesterol and a lack of vitamin K2 is the reason for heart disease. Also most vitamins and minerals are more bioavailable from animal sources and meat causes least immune responses in the body compared to any other foods. Some important essential nutrients are exclusive to animal products only. Vegetable oils are very omega 6 heavy and oxidize very quickly especially when heated, hence the trans fat epidemic… Also vegetables don’t simply equal health. While there are a ton of healthy vegetables, many of them are a compromise between having a good source of micronutrients and having anti nutrients which may affect the one person more than the other (which may be a reason why so many people see a decline in the symptoms of arthritis when doing a ketogenic diet). I was never better than on a meat based diet with just some plant foods on top…

I agree with the video, but although olive oil is the healthiest oil, whole plant foods are the healthiest. The healthiest fats come from whole foods, like avocados, nuts, and seeds. Oil is a processed food.

Stay away from processed meat. Fresh fatty meat is where it’s at. Eat lots of greens, some nuts and seeds, maybe a fruit or a handful of berries or a tuber on occasion… If we lived in the wild, this is what we would be doing. We would be naturally low carb probably 8 months out of the year.
Vegetables are also full of antinutrients, toxins that damage your gut, pesticides, hormone disturbers etc.. I’m sick and tired of hearing this lie that veggies are good for you and meat is bad for you.
