I don’t even know how long I’m going to do this but my goal is to do for two weeks without a rest day. My diet consists of a lot of rice and fish and meat. I try to tone down the about of sugar and chocolate and bread that I take and I make sure to drink at least 1.5 L of water a day. I’m not doing any other exercise till these two weeks are over and I stretch a lot so I’m not sore
My waist pre workout is 97cm or 39 inches
Day 1: I couldn’t do the last two exercise cause it involves jumping. I had to pause the video to take a loooooot of breaks and the no. Of reps is not as much as Chloe’s. I was really sore so I did a couple of stretches from Chloe’s other video
Day 2: I was really sore in the morning even though i did a lot of stretching so I massaged my stomach a little bit and stretched some more pre workout. Halfway through the workout my stomach just went numb so I could do more reps compared to day 1. I finished it off with some stretching. Also I feel really light headed. Maybe I should move a little more instead of sitting down on my desk for 6 hrs straight

I just wanted to say that this was one of the first abs workouts I ever did, and after 4 months of doing this 3x a week, it has become so easy that I’ve switched to a couple of harder videos instead. I didn’t take exact measurements, but I would guess that I lost 2 inches off my waist, which now appears much more toned. It was really hard for me in the beginning, but if you keep at it, I guarantee you will see results. I’m a 15 yo female btw.

hello, i wasnt going to comment about my progress since i did the 2 week shred and the flat belly is my 2nd program to do but reading other peoples comments inspire me to do it and maybe help someone too:

DAY1: i dont feel “that” bad but i look like i just came out of the pool all wet with my sweat.. i take a lot of breaks because i drink too much water
DAY2: well, now i want to throw up hahaha maybe is too hot outside or something but i didnt rest between exercises:)
DAY3: today i cleaned my house and did some laundry haha
DAY4: the weather isnt bad, it didnt feel like an inferno eating me

I used a string to measure where my stomach is naturally the “fattest”, I’ll compare when I feel done, so sometime in mid-August. As for my diet, I generally avoid candy and junk food so I’m not going to worry too much about changing how I eat while doing all of this!

Ouch. My body is sore from yesterday but I wanna stay committed. I’m clearly way below beginner level as I’ve never really worked out before in my life (besides running on a treadmill) so this workout takes a lot of energy for me haha
guys one tip= dont do this workout after eating, you will puke. wait at least three to four hours after eating and drink plenty of ice water before and after this workout to prevent stomach discomfort or vomiting.
I have somewhat already have my upper abs before trying her workout but I want my whole belly to transform it’s day 3 I’m pushing my limits

Actually it was not that hard for me i think it’s because i did Chloe’s 14 days shred challenge before so i have experience. But the day after i did first day’s workout,i couldn’t bend down because of my thigh pain

Tbh inner thigh workout is really easy to do but i’m sure i will see the changes after the program. Abs workout is kinda hard,i felt like my belly area was burning. Plank challenge is the hardest one for me from this program,maybe it’s because i don’t have body balance to do those kind of exercises but i’m trying my best.
Tip 2-Drink lots of water,it will speed up your metabolism( i add lemon to help me burn fats)

I started off on a different video but I learned that sometimes going for the harder work outs isn’t necessarily better. With the harder I felt like giving up because I wasn’t able to do them, but with this I am able to do the excessive correctly and push myself. This is my log that I’ve been using so far, switched around day 6
Day 1: it’s 2 am and I kind of am upset that I always start these before I am about to sleep and never continue them but this is to keep he doing it. So I guess I will. It was really hard and I did about 45% and then the other part I just sat there. I did 6 hip plank things so that’s a goal to beat. Measurements are starting off at 35 30 43
Day 2: So it’s 3pm and I’m proud that I did it before night. I did about 65% of the work out which is better than last night. Whether that’s because it’s not 2 am or it’s all just mental I’m not sure ♀️♀️ was pretty sore last night and today but it’s not unbearable
Day 3: I did it, my arms and core are sore, I wouldn’t say that there’s any progress, yet
Day 4: kind of disappointed because it’s 1 am and I still haven’t done it. Going to right now but I don’t think that I did enough yesterday because I’m not sore. Also might try water fasting. Super proud just finished and I did the entire work out without skipping the hard parts. I did however end up taking a break inbetween.
Day 5: somehow a 10 minute work out has turned into half an hour. Not doing great physically but I did do at least 20 hip dips so I’m proud. Overall probably my second worst day besides the first because it’s 3 am
Day 6: I forgot to update but I did completely it. I weighed myself and I was 4 pounds lighter.
Day 7: I’m tired right now but I finished. I actually have been trying out different abs videos and I might permanently switch to beginner but I’m keeping it all under this log.
Day 8: Permanently switched. I love being able to do the work outs and pushing myself. It makes myself feel a lot better, especially now that I can see improvement. I don’t believe I could’ve done this 8 days ago. Feeling amazing overall.
Day 9: The workout was actually 10 minutes for once. I didn’t take breaks in the middle and for the tests I continued working out. I noticed that after it hits “not so bad” I instantly feel relieved knowing it’ll be over soon
Day 10: I guess I’m giving myself a break today because it’s 3 am and just too late. I have to do 2 of the work outs tomorrow to make up for it
Day 11: I don’t think I’ve ever done so well. I did it two times and I was able to listen to the office while doing so. It was the best.
Day 12: Might just make doing it two times in a row the regular. I also could add another work out instead but I really like this one.
Probably hardest were the “extended plank ups” but i still got them fully done:)

I usually only do 30 seconds but this video made me realise how long an extra 15 seconds can be

Just a question but is it normal to have lower back pain when doing the last exercise? It’s almost like a burning sensation and it hurts so badly that I have to take it slowly or even take a quick second to just rest… i know core works out the back as well but this hurts a lot

Just gonna log how it’s going for me on this video as I finish the workouts! I’m on day 5 now so my first five days are gonna be a rough like, how I felt ^^
Day 1: I’m unfit as hEllcould barely do the full forty seconds of any of theseand I was very achey afterwards.
Day 2: still achey but there genuinely was a little difference in my stomach, I seemed flatter.
Day 3: the aches have gone away, though my stomach hurts when I flop onto my bed haha
Day 4: I can finally do the full forty seconds of these exercises!!:0 genuinely gassed, my abs seem so much harder too
Day 5: died a bit on some of the exercises, but yo did the full 40 seconds of the Spiderman plank so I’m happy with that haha
Day 6: I have so much arm strength now what the heck!! Alot of the planks are way more doable now, except that plank with hip dip i can’t hold for more than like 5 seconds. I think it’d because I can’t get a good enough grip with my feet tho

Thanks Pamela! Seeing upper abs after doing once or twice a day for 3 weeks. Only issue in the beginning was the neck. I am slim and also I do a lot of cardio exercises everyday so maybe that’s why progress is faster than expected. Oh I do breaks but 3 seconds only. Good luck people!

Dont do any exersize that involves ‘crunches like action’. It will cause intervertebral disk friction and it will wear out
I have problem.1st workout I”ve done my abs were burning but all workouts after the 1st one, I didnt feel any pain (I was making sure I do excersises properly),I was even doing 20 minutes of this without resting in between but I dont feel any pain in my abs,btw I can barely see my 6 pack.Does anyone have a solution,Thanks for replys

Day 1: COMPLETED!! I took a 30 second break after the first plank because I was dying a little, but other than that, it went really well! Bicycle crunches are my enemy though.

this was a good workout getting back into it! i did find all the makeup and done-up hair a bit off putting though considering that this was a workout
I did this whole work out after I did my cardio and I loved it! I’m really trying to get a flat stomach and tone my body so this was perfect and I will be doing it everyday! I started with her intense ab workouts for a few weeks and it did get my stomach FLATT but i struggled more to get through it everytime so ima start with this beginner one first and work up lol. first time doing it today and i got through this one much easier!
After over ten years I finally found something that works, I don’t even follow her meal plan and I look a lot better and feel a lot better. I have had a belly for so long and it’s a very bad gene, not due to eating wrong and not due to lack of exercise, I’ve eaten healthy and exercised quite a lot during my life and I’m 25 now and want to get married soon, I’ve sort of given up on my belly and it just grew and grew and it looked like I was slowly growing a baby, I looked so pregnant. Finally I managed a breakthrough, I switched to you programme and still kept to my normal diet, which is without sugar and starchy food. I’ve actually given up on my dream of not having a belly, since I was doing full on karate and running on campus between classes, as that seemed to work for other girls. Everything else was nice and toned and no fat. But your programme and no other exercise except walking the dog(s) has gotten me the first results. I have lost 6 kilos and I am aiming to lose another 6-7 kilos in the next 2-3 months. Thank you so much for providing these workouts for free and being a motivation during this quarantine. Btw I did the flat belly challenge, lean arms challenge followed by the two-week shred and I am on the last day of the flat belly challenge. Keep working guys, we can do this!!
The Pilates leg pulls I simply cannot do. I’ve been doing this workout routine for a while now. She makes it look so easy.

Day 1: Painful but can feel the abs kinda
Day 2: Was a little easier (also i did day one before i wrote this comment)
Day 3: Did it a little late so more hard could see some abs
Day 4: It was a lot easier to do
Day 5: hEh didn’t do
Day 6: a lil harder
Day 7:realized i messed up the days and got a lil easier and made up for the day i missed
i broke my wrists ;c
