I am so confused by this workout. She was wearing a mic, which she had to struggle and Fiddle with throughout, but the only sound transmitted was her panting. There was no audible beep that indicate when the exercise was done.
I like your no nonsense approach but a little clue as to what to expect next would help. If I’m lying on the floor doing a workout, it’s hard to tell when you’re done and the next begin. Otherwise, great workout and you look really fit.
A sans audio editing approach makes it super cool for me. You can feel the struggle is real, even for pro trainers as well. This gives me hope and perspective ❤️❤️

I only have 2 dumbbells that I can use and I can switch the weights from 2kg to 15 per dumbbell I do 12-15 kg on normal training days so I tried 10 with a workout like this and it was too much. I find it hard to do any of the high plank position moves. It is my wrists and hands letting me down because I can’t hold myself up (shoulders are fine and i am doing it from my knees) any tips to improve my wrist strength so I can do these moves properly? It burns so good so i want to do more!

This is actually a good workout. 30 seconds is not long enough but it’s a good start. One minute intervals would be a super workout for 5 rounds

Every Monday I do this workout but I get 8 reps in asap and go to the next exercise as soon as I am ready. This is my favorite WO up to date. I just completed Four55 today.

For some reason I am in better shape during quarantine than when I was able to go to the gym. Literally working out more now than I have for the past 15 years. Loving these youtube home fitness videos. Wife and I are seriously wondering if we will EVER go back to a gym after discovering home fitness and the freedom that come with not working out around others. Biking outside in the evening 6-7 miles 3 days a week. Walking 2 miles a day in the morning. Youtube training 40-60 min 6 days a week. Clean eating and 16/8 intermittent fasting. Its working better than LaFitness ever worked!

Amazing. Hazing tried it yet and I’m going too. I’ve been looking for something like this. I live in an apt so the farmers walk I’m gonna do a couple of flights (20 steps) for that duration. I need to go buy some heavy dumbbells. Right now I only have 20lbs so I’m gonna go get some 35-40 to use for other of the exercises
u are way too loud u need music also a timer sound so i can tell when it’s done smh

Hey, first of all thank you, ur videos are extremely useful.
I am 35 years old guy, I was an athlete in HS, and pretty much up to my 23s.
Now I am almost getting to 300 pounds and I am scared of getting to 40s with my weight and shape.
I’ve been doing this video and the one with dumbbells for arms, and maybe thanks to my past me I am able to finish the courses.
Just one question: with this video, I tried to fool myself thinking I was able to do it with more weight, but my body immediately reminded me how out of shape I am. I already lowered the weight to a number that still challenges me, but I am able to complete the course. Except for set 3 exercise 5, I can barely lift my arms at that point, even without any weight.
Should I just move my arms in motion? Or go with the pain even if it’s just for one rep?

I get how many exercises and how long to rest in between. So, how many sets? I am guessing its the traditional three?

I did a leg workout today with resistance bands following some of your videos and worked up a right sweat. If only I could stop eating all the cookies and cakes the missus is making during lockdown.

Coach I love this work out 10 mins is something I can always fit in in the morning. No scope for excuses. How effective is this workout compared to the longer version? Chasing 3 kids and trying to lose weight at the same time is near impossible! Just weighing my options on most effective way going about this! BTW yesterday was my first day working out with you and I did the 40 minute video and yall kicked my butt!!! Thank you!! I’ve been doing 30 min running cardio + Your upper body workout. Main goal is to lose weight, should I switch to these?
I’m very excited to do this workout,because its a short version of the 30 minute one that you already have,and it’s one of my favorite.Sometimes I can only do 10 or 20 min of that workout and I feel bad because I feel like I should have finished it.But this is great because I can repeat it.
Your program is by far the most effective one I have come across. I am always skeptical when I see whole body in 10 minutes. You are the real deal! I feel it everywhere.
