For those ladies out there who wants to lose weight fast. You got to count your calories, know your maintenance calories and eat 500 to 700(max) deficit. One trick is lose as fast as possible, it to drop all the carbs, eat just protein and fats. the only carbs that is allow is fibrous carbs such as Vegetables. Guys, losing weight does not have to be hard (I used to think it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan known as Custokebon Secrets. Seriously, that program has changed my life. Seeing the natural ingredients and that it was caffeine free I got a bad figuring why not. I am not too much overweight and a big tea drinker so I could easily slip it in my normal routine. Let me shorten this, burn 3000K more than you eat each day. So hit the gym slow burn cardio for 4-5 hours each day while eating normal 1400K(You will need the nutrition to keep up with that extended gym ) replace all your carbs with just vegetables and proteins (the proteins are important to repair your body for the next day’s workout). Do a one minute plank everyday for a week and this 20 second plank will seem like a breeze! *TIP: move to a high plank when you’re about to give out for a few seconds and back to a regular plank to finish it off

Initial weight: 160 pounds
Day 1: it’s definitely not as easy as it looks. I had to take a couple breaks and I stopped for a few minutes half way, but it feels good!
Day 2: today was much easier. I took like one 20 second break and that was it.
Day 3: it was definitely harder than day 2. I felt nauseous since I had eaten before (don’t be stupid like me) and had to take a couple breaks.
Day 4: today was definitely a bit easier than yesterday as I didn’t exercise on a full stomach. I was finally able to do the plank without stopping half way! I also didn’t take any breaks. The only thing I did was replace the star jumps with regular jumping jacks. I weighed myself today and umm I’m 163 pounds. It could be muscle mass or the fact that I had some very unhealthy meals today, but I’m gonna keep going.
Day 5: for the first time I actually got through the entire workout without changing anything or taking extra breaks. Yayy!! I’ve never followed a workout for this long:)
Day 6: I wasn’t able to exercise on day 6 since I injured my hand a bit. I tried, but it was too painful. I did do quite a bit of walking and running to make up for it though.
Day 7: COMPLETE!! I had some trouble due to my hand, but still got through it.
Final result: I was shocked to see no difference in my weight since I stayed at 160 ponds. That being said, I noticed some difference in my body. I found out in a weird way, but there’s a watch that I always wear and I’ve always kept it on the same size setting. After this week, it became a bit lose, so I had to make it a bit smaller. There was some change, but not as much as I expected. Overall I love this workout. Although I don’t look much different, I feel a lot lighter and more energetic. I also feel a bit stronger as I went from taking breaks often to not taking any breaks at all. Do I recommend this? For sure!
Tips:
Stretch your whole body before and after the exercise for about 5 minutes. There are plenty of YouTube videos out there for that. This will help you not get super soar after.
walk at least 10,000 steps every day along with this. It helps keep you motivated and active (you can measure your steps on your phone).

Monday (day 1): currently weighing in at 52kg. Wow this actually ended quicker than I thought it was going to! I was expecting to do 3 rounds, but we only did 2 and a few extras. Quite a lot of sweat but it wasn’t as difficult as I was expecting, because all the comments were making me scared to start!
Tuesday (day 2): I’m not going to weigh myself until the end of the week so that I don’t get put off of doing it, but today was very sweaty, but not too difficult. I’m actually quite surprised with myself cause I smashed it out and did everything pretty comfortably. Considering that I had a 2 hour gym session and a workout previously with only 5 minutes rest in between each workout video (from this channel), I think I did pretty good today!

Hi, I’m a 13 year old girl and I am overweight. I weigh 174 pounds, which if you don’t know how much a 13 year old gal is supposed to weigh, it’s at least 30 pounds lighter than I am. Recently, I’m trying super hard to lose 20-30 pounds. I’m fasting, I’m running around the house, and doing squats and other exercises with my older sister. Cheat days are one of the worst things you can do! Idk why so many people recommend them, cheat meals are yeah okayyy. But in my opinion just stick with your diet, otherwise you’ll loose your routine and it’s gonna become a never ending circle.

Just chug a bunch of water until your pee is clear, and then drink event more water. I can loose 3 pounds just by peeing it out while staying hydrated
I’m getting ready for my fitness test in the Royal Navy, I got 17 days before my fitness test so my plan is to loose 20 pounds so it’ll be abit easier for the running. After that I need to do my BMI for my medical test. Right now I’m 31 on the BMI and I need to get to 28. Any tips?

Ive been doing 3 healthy 5oz meals with steak, salmon, shrimp or chicken. Veges i do broccoli, spinach or mashes sweets. The meals i do 2 times a day and for bfast i do yogurt and a fruit. Banana or apple. Eat at 9-12 and 430. Then workout. Im doing a weightloss challenge with friends for $200. Whoever loses more weight keeps the money. Im down 19.8 and one buddy is at 22. I need to lose 10+ lbs by feb 1st at 9am weigh in time. If i stick to 2 meals a day, do you think its possible? Id like to eat at 10am and 4-5pm. Also can i drink caffeine free tea? I cant do caffeine.

OMG this is 100% true! I’m still struggling with remembering to drink water more than I am and the salt intake but I have cut bread and milk down and dairy products down and once I did that I lost a lot of weight! I do low-carb breakfast with nuts a small amount of fruit and cheese instead of cereals and yogurts with added sugars and it made such a difference! I’ve lost over 20 lb just doing that but I have a little more to go:-) thank you for the great advice!

I learned about Mrs Dash because my dad’s doctor told him to stop using salt and my step mom through out all the seasoning in the house and replaced it with Mrs Dash it’s pretty good, he still uses a small amount of bullion or salt but it’s still a start. He eats a lot of lemon pepper too, switched to using lemon instead of the salt mix. Also surprisingly if you Use is right ACV can be a salt substitute too thanks for the tips!
